I've bought over 20 cars in my life time and I'll tell you that buying a car from Professional Auto Sales was by far my best experience hands down! The atmosphere and the vibes were absolutely fantastic. I was looking for a specific car with certain options and Professional Auto Sales had what I was looking for exactly as well as another dealership in town but I will not say names. I went to the other dealership first because it was closer and they treated me like a number and not a customer! Once I walked in the front door at Professional Auto it just felt like home and that all the employees have known you for years! I have never came across that anywhere! From the minute I walked in to the minute I left it was all an ease! I was already pre-approved through my personal bank and my bank insured me that nobody would beat the rate they gave me. Abe got me a lower interest rate than my personal bank by 2%!! I honestly couIdnt believe it!! Abe also made it so I wouldn't have to make a payment for 3 months! It's just like things kept getting better and better! The car was in excellent condition and a 1 owner which is tough to find when the car was 5 years old! I have been telling everyone about them and have already had 3 family members buy a car from Professional Auto! Don't get me wrong, it means a lot on how you are treated during the sale but being treated after the sale means the most to me! They called me a day later checking in to see if I needed anything and how the car was! That's how I know they don't care about the money like other dealerships do! And it definitely makes sense as to why they have been in business for almost 20 years! I 100% support local and family owned businesses and this is why! I like that everyone seems to be up scale and know how to stand behind their job description. I went to professional auto sales to look for a vehicle and have been everywhere in town looking at either low quality vehicles with outrageous prices or salesmen being very rude! I was driving by and noticed their beautiful building and went inside and it was even nicer! The staff was by far the best I've encountered. Not to mention their vehicles were all very clean and you could tell have been serviced! Not just the typical car lot that gets a car and puts a sticker on it and puts it out on their lot! The cars were priced extremely aggressive and could not pass that up especially with them being serviced and detailed. I love this place. I bought a 2004 boneville, a 2006 civic, and a 2015 sienna from here. I recently tried to purchase a 2012 volvo s60 and i got approved. If it werent for still owing so much on the van we would have the volvo too! The service prices here are very reasonable. If you think they are high, think about this, youre not paying for some backyard mechanics to fix your car with bubble gum and ductape. Youre paying for ASE certified technicians to fix your car properly. That being said, you can expect the best prices in town on the best service in town due to their experience and low labor rates. There is no argument there. Stop by, you wont be disappointed. Awesome people!!! No sales pressure. I have been looking for a new used car for about 3 weeks. When I arrived I was able to look at a few vehicles before anyone approached me. I was able to test drive 2 different vehicles and pick which one I wanted. They helped me with the financing and explained the term and interest rates. I put a little more down than I was planning but my interest rate dropped and my term went from 60 months to 48 months and my payment was under what I was expecting. Plus I got a warranty!!!
