Found this company on Yelp and used them last month for a surprise for my dad's birthday. We rented a limo for four hours. Jon made sure to confirm the itinerary with us ahead of time. I surprised my wife for our 10th anniversary with a limo ride "night on the town" that required a route/plan change at the moment we were picked up. Jon was forgiving and rolled with the change. For over 8 years, Jon has provided excellent service to my family. We have used Jon for transportation to and from the airport for both international and domestic flights and trips to Amtrak. There have been emergency occasions in which he has also picked up my then very young son from school. (My son still recalls that Jon gifted him with a harmonica on one of these trips and that Jon also allowed him to program the car's GPS.) There was one trip in which an IPhone had been left in the back seat of the limo. We were able to contact Jon who promptly informed us that it had been found. It was safely kept for us until our return. Simply---Jon is reliable. He confirms your travel itinerary a few days in advance by phone or text. He shows up early- allowing time for loading bags. We actually are pulling out of the driveway at the assigned pick up time. He also has the uncanny ability to anticipate freeway trouble spots as is able to avoid them. We have NEVER been late or stressed over making a departure time. When he is scheduled for airport pick-up, he will be waiting for you at a close-by parking lot. Once you have retrieved your checked bags, you text or call Jon who then magically appears within minutes of your notification. Often, Jon will offer you cold bottled water. Jon somehow remembers details about previous trips and your situation and is able to engage you in lively conversation but is not intrusive. He really creates a nice sense of anticipation for the upcoming trip! Each time we see Jon, another several months have passed and it always feels like touching bases with an old friend.
