The owner is bipolar and rude. He blames his customers for the problems of the new cheap Rheem furnace he installed. He said it was a good furnace and middle of the road. We found out it's the cheapest Rheem and has an overheating problem. He will not honor his warranty. They make deals and promise warranties and then refuse to work on it saying you need to change your filter every one to two weeks. BS! Half the house is cold all the time and it shuts down due to overheating. Beware. Do not use them! read more

Requested a quote for central A/C I was called by Jeremy he said he would call in the morning of the day and would give a time. On the day i had not received any phone calls by 9 am. I called the office they said would contact Jeremy. I did get a phone call saying i will be there 10 -12 min. I called my daughter so she could be here. She left as soon as I called Jeremy got here before her. Jeremy look at the furnace said it needed to be changed. We said no it's good he looked at the heat exchanger and said it was good. It's a high efficiency furnace. He looked at everything inside and outside in 10 minutes. He said he will tell the office what he wanted and they would send an email. I never received anything and the next day called Jeremy. He advised he would contact the office. My daughter got a call saying they don't have time for us. If they said we are booked solid when I called that's one thing. They wasted my daughter and my time. Very Unprofessional operation read more

I had the unfortunate displeasure of being involved with Jeremy, the owner of this company. He has no communication with his customers, office staff or field staff. He will make promises he either doesn't remember making or flat out can't keep. Threw his office staff under the bus. Called me expletives. And the worst of all he called a female field staff a Bitch in front other staff members and my wife and myself. Stay away from this company and guy at all costs. I feel bad for his staff as I'm sure this happens a lot. Negative stars would be appropriate in this review. read more

Jeremy is an arrogant jerk who will never get business from us again. He left all his trash and the old appliance on my front porch right outside the door stating someone would pick it up before the end of the day. They didn't. When I finally got ahold of him, he spoke in a condescending manner acting like I was being outrageous for not wanting to wait until Monday for someone to pick it up. It was so bad, I hung up on him. In addition, he was referred to after a local electrician said our water heater was causing problems. He acted like the electrician was an idiot but didn't hesitate to go ahead and take the money to replace it. I will make sure everyone knows my experience with him. read more

I have had Professional install two different systems in separate homes and they have serviced a third home. Professional was really great to work with. They were very responsive and their quote was more than 40% less than two of the big companies in Omaha. Jeremy seemed to be even more knowledgeable about the systems I had in my Buccaneer Bay home as he was the only one who identified that the blower motor was undersized. He also recommended a radio controlled damper system that was affordable and completely solved the uneven cooling and heating between the 3 floors of my home. Professional had the new system in my Bellevue home installed within hours, followed up a couple of days later and removed all trash and the old unit the same day. read more

If you have an older furnace and don't have the money to buy a new unit, I would not recommend this company. Jeremy was prompt in showing up when we first called him. He was a super nice guy. He reviewed the furnace and said it was very old. He said he would try to patch it up, so that it would last us through one more winter. The patch up job only lasted one day, and he advised we would need a new furnace. We didn't have the funds to buy a new furnace, so wanted him to come back and try something else, but he was too busy. The only help we could get was his wife offering to look for more financing for a "new furnace". The whole focus seemed to be on getting us a "new furnace". Luckily I found someone else who knew a lot about older furnaces. He advised that our furnace was old, but the coils were in excellent condition. He taught me how to read and troubleshoot the lights on the outside of the unit, and he was able to fix the furnace with a 35 dollar sensor switch that has now lasted more than a year. The secret I think is that the newer technicians today don't know much about the older furnace models. Their philosophy is to sell you a new unit, and then they can definitely help you maintain that new unit. Check out all resources, unless you are really planning on buying a new furnace! read more

I have used Professional Heating and Air for normal maintenance in the past and they kept things going longer than I expected. But it came time to replace my entire 29 year old system. Jeremy designed the perfect system for my house and he and his crew had it done in 9 hours. It works perfect! A great group of guys worked on it, friendly and helpful the whole time. I had a disappointing experience with Service One's plumbing service. A representative and a…read moretrainee came out for a clogged kitchen drain. After a very brief inspection of the kitchen and basement, I was given two options: a basic drain snake (just over $100) or a $600+ full flush. Since we only had a kitchen drain issue and had successfully resolved the same problem with a snake in the past, we chose the less invasive option. While the trainee worked on the drain, I could hear that he was struggling with the job. The other representative spent much of the time looking out at our backyard and making conversation rather than assisting. They eventually told me the snake did not resolve the issue and suggested the problem might work itself out, but it would likely need the more expensive service. After they left, the drain was actually worse and would not drain at all. We contacted another plumber recommended by our neighbor. He was professional, knowledgeable, and after inspecting the same areas, determined we did not need a full flush. He snaked the kitchen line, and within about 10 minutes, the drain was working properly. I contacted Service One multiple times to discuss the experience and understand the qualifications of the team sent to our home. Each time, I was told a team lead, Shelly, or a plumbing manager, Alex, would contact me, but after several weeks, no one has followed up. I initially was not looking for a refund or discount, but after multiple attempts to get a response, I requested a refund for the time and service that did not resolve the issue. I haven't heard back on this either. This experience has made me reconsider renewing with Service One in the future. And I'm sharing this so others can make an informed decision for themselves as well.

Within a week the my basement was flooded again. I called the owner and told him and and he said he was waiting on a new cable as the one they used was broken. It was broken when he sent the techs out. It was too short and there was no way of putting blades on. I was assured he would call me the following Monday or Tuesday once he received the new cable. He never called or responded to my texts. I had to go out of town for two weeks and when I returned I called and was told he had forgotten about me. Then he proceeded to tell me that the cable he was sent was the wrong one and would check status and get back to me. No call backs no response to text messages. I've given up. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I discovered yesterday that my house seemed to be getting cooler. The thermostat only registered 66 and it was set at a higher number. Jeremy was at my house within 10 minutes of me making the call. They determined the problem, ordered a part and thought they had it fixed to give me heat till the part got here. At 5 pm, started losing heat again. I called and they were here very soon and was able to get heat back to working. Today, one of his crew was here at 8 am this morning with the new part and I couldn't be happier to know that the problem has been resolved. I have known Jeremy for 20 years. Jeremy stands behind the work the company does and treats his customers with the utmost respect. If there is a problem, he addresses it quickly and promptly. I also recommended him to my son, who is remodeling a home and he is very happy as well with the work they did when they installed new heating and air conditioning units and duct work in his home.
