They came out the same day I called and fixed our A/C without breaking the bank. Highly recommend.

Their techs have always been friendly and polite to deal with. Our most recent experience with them, though- wow. I will never ever use them again. I called and set up an appointment for a bid on a new AC. The guy showed up 3 hours late. By then, I figured he wasn't showing up and had gone on about my day. He told me that that's just how it goes and it wasn't really his problem because the customer service people are supposed to schedule them to show up at any point in a 6-hour window. He went right into telling us that we had to buy a whole new heating and air system that cost $22,000.00 without ever actually looking at our system. I told him we only needed a new air conditioner, not the entire HVAC system. But he also never even went and looked at the air conditioner that needed replacing. He argued with me when I told him our budget was $5000 for a new air conditioner, so obviously affording $22,000 was completely out of the question. He wouldn't hear it. I was gobsmacked by how extremely pushy, argumentative, and rude he was. We had to tell him "No, we are not signing up for anything on the spot; we just want a bid" probably 10 times before he finally left. I've never had any of their people act like that. When I told him we were getting at least two more bids before making a decision, his exact words were "Why do you need to get other bids? That's just stupid." Yikes!

I saw J&T Plumbing's truck in town and thought I'd give them a call. After all, they're a local family business (as are we.) I'm so glad I called. They came out for the quote very quickly, and once we accepted their extremely reasonable quote, they got us on the calendar right away. They installed our new heater this morning and did an EXCELLENT job! Everything is neat and organized, and very clean! Renee at the office was so easy to work with and informative! Michael did the install and we couldn't be happier. They have earned our business forever.

She knew exactly what we needed because of their experience with this issue and NFM. I told her I would not be home but my partner would be as he's in a wheelchair, so please ask the technician to give him time to get to the door. She asked for his name and number and she'd have them call ahead to give him plenty of time to get into his wheelchair. The technician was also extremely helpful and kind with my partner. They actually offered to help with more than what we requested and we can't thank them enough. Above and beyond all around. Thank you!!! Will definitely be using this business for any future plumbing needs.

Kevin and Good2Go was assigned to our case by our home warranty people to fix our hot water heater…read more It had started leaking and was flooding our basement. Despite having to reschedule several times for things like "I have junk in my truck that I need to get out" and "my wife needed an emergency doctor's appointment" he arrived about a week after we had placed the ticket with our home warranty. When Kevin arrived, he took one look and said it was done. I wish that was where this story ended - that he submitted the information, got us a new water heater and installed it. But no. My wife kept refreshing our case and seeing that no paperwork, no pictures, no specs had been uploaded. She finally took it upon herself to upload the pictures of the leaks as well as the specs that we needed in order to get a replacement. Five days after his visit he finally uploaded something to the home warranty people. After that he began a text conversation with my wife telling her "you need to stop talking with them (the home warranty people)" and that "I've never had a customer do what you're doing". On top of that he constantly said "you need to relax, calm down, and be patient. You're getting a new water heater, stop complaining" or something along those lines. Being lazy is one thing, but insulting your customers while you are basically representing a home warranty is something completely different. I took it upon myself to reach out to him an air my grievances. Starting my text with "I have a meeting in 30, so I'm going to get this out as quickly as possible." When he responded - he immediately tried to call, when I was in the meeting showing that he took absolutely no care to read our complaint. He stated later that he was the sole reason that our claim got accepted, despite my wife being the one who sent all the pictures. He then went on to insult me saying "I have a very poor perception of time" and "I can tell that you're the type of person who can't wait to try to get someone in trouble. You live for it." Side Note: I didn't have a yelp account before this, or if I did, I haven't used it in YEARS. I had to sign up for an account JUST so that I can post this review about Good2Go and Kevin. The real kick in the shorts is that this morning he claimed, after the conversation last night, that he was going to have the water heater ordered/delivered to our home/installed and finished by EoB today. The guy who took 5 days with constant poking by my wife to upload stuff to the home warranty was going to find a second wind and manage to finish everything today. Absolutely laughable service, poor communication skills, abysmal time management, and an absolutely disgusting personality. The proper response would have been to apologize to my wife, even if there was an excuse in there, and then move forward. But he doubled down and then insulted me, so I insulted him back and called him an "Undercooked Hot Pocket." I don't know if it's just time to retire or what, but this was an absolute joke of service. Do not use Good2Go. If your home warranty attempts to assign him, ask for a more reputable service person. I wish Yelp allowed for 0 stars.

He took the fee I owed him per my home warranty and after that he was very hard to get ahold of. He was supposed to come back on Wednesday, but didn't- I had a hard time getting ahold of him to find out where he was. He said he was unavailable can he come Friday, I said fine. He said he'd be there between 11-12:30 and that he'd give me a call to confirm. I said that works. I didn't hear from him in the morning, so I called and left a voice mail at 9:30 just to make sure he was still coming. No answer. Then again at 11:30 and 1:30. No answer. He finally calls around 2p and says he will be there in 1.5 hr. He showed up just after 4p with no tools to do whatever it was he said he was going to do. He asked me what to tell the warranty company. I said I don't know- he's the plumber, he needs to figure it out. He declared I was wrong and there's obviously nothing wrong with the water heater and left. Whole thing took maybe 10 minutes. I am still stuck with the same problem. I strongly suggest anyone else who uses him to request to see his plumbing license and make sure he has the tools to do his job before he comes in the door or you will get scammed like I did. I strongly advise against the use of this gentleman and his company.
