We were in the process of selling our home and the AC went out soon after accepting an offer on it. Being the middle of summer we were pressured by the realtor to replace the AC and the furnace (because of the age of it) before our closing date just 3 weeks away. I reach out to Technicool and they called me within hours, sent a technician on the same day to diagnose, and then set an appointment a week and a half later to replace our whole system. Their communication through the whole process was excellent and they even left all the warranty information for the new homeowners to pick up where we left off. They truly were lifesavers for us in a tight situation. To top it off I had gotten bids for a full system replacement about 4 months prior before we decided to sell our home and the pricing we received at that point was $1500 to $3000 over my final cost with Technicool.
