I can't say enough good things about TechniCool! They have been my go-to over the last 2 years since I bought my fixer home. Soooo........ imagine waking up in the morning in the middle of winter and it's so cold that you don't want to get out of bed or go to work because your furnace isn't working. That's what happened to us. We don't know much about furnaces or anything like that but we looked down at the unit and we found a technicool sticker on the furnace so we figured that they've already been out there to work on it before before we bought the house so we might as well call them back out because they probably know our unit pretty well. They were able to send out a service technician who was very courteous and very helpful. Apparently this system had two filters but we only knew of one when we bought the house and the other one wasn't changed for a super long time and I guess was overheating the system. We were so thankful that they were able to find this other filter and fix the problem so we can get our heat back up and working. These guys are awesome!! We had our air conditioning go out on 4th of July weekend. We were hosting a get-together and we were so stressed that we wouldn't be able to get anybody out there to come and help us. We called up technicool and they said they could get someone out there pretty quickly. The technician who came out was Charles and he was so friendly and very knowledgeable and he was able to get down to the root of the problem very fast. We were expecting to pay an arm and a leg to get it fixed but he was very upfront with the pricing and it turned out it wasn't going to be that bad. When he was done fixing our air conditioning he went through the system with us so we knew what to take care of and how to properly maintain the unit.I would recommend them to anybody especially their service technician Charles. read more

My tankless water heater was not working. Two other companies came and looked at it but didn't have a clue how to diagnose the problem. Technicool showed up and diagnosed the problem right away including calling the manufacturer to confirm the problem. I had several conversations with the owner about how quickly the water heater could be fixed. The owner and mechanic and the person answering the phone were all very helpful without any BS. The part was air shipped and installed the next day. While the mechanic was there, he noticed my furnace was short cycling so he cleaned the flame censor at no additional charge. TechniCool Heating and Refrigeration was great. Really glad i got in touch with this company. They hold to honesty and integrity, saved me a ton of money with my heating/furnace situation. Other companies said I needed to replace a certain few parts to the whole entire system which was a result of a couple thousand dollars. Technicool saw no need for replacing but just maintenance work and only cost me a few hundred which I was so grateful for. TechniCool and their owner/staff are lifesavers!! Our clinic had our AC go out at the very beginning of summer and we tried for MONTHS to find someone to get it fixed. Nowhere had AC units available due to low supply and high demand and we thought we were out of luck, and just had to wait it out and deal with it.
