I made an appt for Friday 1-3. They never showed up, they said the appt was written for a water heater and they couldn't waste time for me because of a/c issues others were having. Why make an appointment then? So I reschedule for Tuesday 9-11. I wait here for an hour then get a text that again they can't make it because of a/c calls. Then why even make an appointment with me? Don't waste your time with this company. They'll end up wasting yours. Why make appointments and not fulfill them, people have to get off work, move around schedules ect. super short sighted.

What ended up happening? He never showed up and no one called to tell us where he was. We called the office and apparently he was behind, which would have been great information for my wife. He finally did come and fixed the issue but he pointed out some other issues we needed done. We scheduled him a second time, and made sure to stress that we needed him to come first thing in the morning so my wife could switch around her schedule to be there. Once again he didn't show up, at least this time he communicated to my wife that he would be late that day, at a time neither of us would be there so we gave him the code to our door to let himself in. He never came!!!! Again!!! Both me and my wife have been texting him asking if he came and what was done and what still needs to be done and he never answered. So unprofessional, ridiculous, wish I could give them 0 stars.

Pureclima offered to find and fix for a reasonable price. Turns out it couldn't be fixed and I was only charged a service fee after several hours work. Dave found the problem and gave me options from replacing just that portion to (at my request) a full system replacement. They finished replacement yesterday and everything works. I found Dave easy to deal with and reliable. He shows up. His price was good. I wish his business well.

My daughter and I purchased a home a little over a year ago and only have about 7 months left of a warranty for parts on our furnace. The furnace is only 4 years old, however we are not the original owners who had the home built in 2022 which is why the warranty is almost over. Our furnace started making a horrible noise and then all of a sudden it stopped. We called another company to come out and look at it. They told us that the blower motor cage had cracked due to faulty manufacturing and the blower motor basically fell off and broke. After getting a list of authorized service/warranty providers from the manufacturer, we called CTR heating and air. They worked with us and the manufacturer to try to process a claim on the warranty but it was a nightmare! We were getting no help from the manufacturer and we were stuck. We finally got it resolved, after about 2.5 weeks, and ended up having to go through the initial installer when the home was built. Here is where the review gets good! Even though we actually didn't end up going through CTR, their constant communication, repeated attempts to resolve with the manufacturer and their daily updates/ communication with me was outstanding! Never once did I have to reach out to them for an update. They always contacted me first! When we communicated, it was always extremely professional and very customer service centered. They provided much needed recommendations for the future and were very patient with us and the situation, and never got frustrated even though it was taking so long. Even after all the work they put in for us, when we advised them that we were going to have to go through the original installer, they STILL remained professional and wished us well, hoping that everything would work out on our favor! What an amazing and incredible company! I'm only allowed to give 5 stars, but if I could, I would absolutely give them at 10! Would 100% recommend CTR as they are friendly, helpful, professional, and honest!!

Our furnace was on the fritz all week and finally quit last night. The guy called me back within 5 minutes of leaving a message at 11:30pm last night. With nighttime lows in the single digits it was a concern. He was super nice, and let me know the price difference if I waited until morning, that our house would be fine for one night and not have frozen pipes, and also that it would be better worth our time to have him come when he can get parts right away. He had our furnace repaired within 45 minutes and we finally have heat. Also, he helped save us money on our very tight budget. In less than 12 hrs, our heat is on and the house is almost warm again. Consumer beware... this company serviced our furnace in the attic and right after they left…read more(unknown to us) the furnace started leaking as the condensation pipe they had blown on during their 'tune up' they unfortunately jarred apart and it started to slow leak condensation into our walls!! We gave them a fair chance to take responsibility for this before posting a bad review by sending an email and certified letter to them with repair invoices (costs we incurred) and photos of the flood damage asking for reimbursement (under 3k), but they took zero responsibility. Despite being the last ones to touch the pipe they sent me a lengthy email back blaming the people that installed the furnace five years prior when the house was built, claiming it was installed incorrectly! Can you imagine?! Mind you these people have serviced our furnace the last three years and never once mentioned a faulty installation as part of their duty to let us know if something with our furnace wasn't right!!! I would absolutely not use this company unless you're willing to have your house flooded due to their negligence and then get stuck with the bill ontop of the stress of your brand new home being damaged. What a shame they wouldn't take any kind of accountability. I'll never use them ever again.

Over all those years, that intrepid little clip worked its way down three stories, across three or four feet of nearly horizontal travel and three turns, and wound up jamming the inducer blower on my furnace. How do I know this? Because Kelly from Professional Heating and Air Conditioning found that clip at 6:00 AM on a 15-degree Saturday morning in February and got my furnace running again. I didn't need a new furnace today, but when I do need one, there's no doubt who I'm going to call.

3 years later the evaporator coil this company installed had small leaks. They told us that many…read moreof their customers have complained to them about this very issue. They figured it was a defective coil from the supplier. The coil leaked all the coolant and the company had to come refill it with coolant and a dye to see if the coil was leaking. We had to pay $400 to repair this problem. Obviously the warranty had long expired on the part and labor, so we got charged for coolant, the new part, the dye and the labor. I'm very disappointed that this company KNEW that this part was defective from other customers complaints, yet they still insisted to bill us $400. Is this a scam they use on all of their customers? It seems like they didn't want to compensate us or offer any type of discount for this issue. At least offer us a couple of free tune ups or something! Disappointed big time!!
