When I arrived, my pain level was intense, I could hardly walk; he diagnosed my issue within minutes, he was thorough, professional, articulate, very knowledgeable; and took his time in explaining in detail my issues, his recommendation and how he was going to address the problem. He had me out the door with little, to no pain in about 45 minutes. I've been more than satisfied with Kevin's diagnosis, it was spot on....and my recovery has been impressive. I had two teeth pulled at the dentists see the teeth that are not there . My wild hair is not from the shots Either. That was from chemo. Dr Bohan is the best. We always check in to see how he is doing too. He needs to be healthy to take care of us. If you need a knee doctor. Call for Dr Bohan. The shots don't hurt if you relax. Think of the ocean waves. I explained my fall in detail and exactly where I hurt on my knee. He carefully examined my knee and lower leg. We discussed various options for follow up care. Ortho SC at Market Common Over a 24-hour period, I…read moreexperienced a sudden loss of mobility, requiring assistance to walk. The pain began gradually in my right buttock and extended down my leg, becoming so severe while shopping that I needed to rely on a shopping cart to reach my car. Concerned about the duration of this condition, I scheduled an appointment with Ortho SC for the next day. Although the pain subsided by the morning, the incident was unsettling enough that I decided to proceed with the appointment. Upon arrival, the nurse inquired about my reason for visiting since I was not in pain at the time. Her tone suggested skepticism, as she referenced previous x-rays that supposedly indicated such incidents could occur. I then explained the situation to the PA and posed several questions: 1. How can I prevent this from happening again? - The response was that prevention is not possible. 2. What should I do if it happens again? - I was advised to return for a visit. 3. Can you provide something to alleviate the pain until I can see you? - The suggestion was to try Tylenol. 4. Should I consider physical therapy to prevent recurrence? - A recommendation could be made if desired. Overall, the visit did not meet my expectations, as it seemed more focused on pain management than prevention.

I was preparing for a surgical implant. The facility was very clean and the employees were very friendly and helpful. One even helped me remove my necklace with a teeny tiny clasp. I was taken to the room and the technician was very nice and informed. I asked if I could use this same place for future MRI's and he told me that I could not, if I had the implant, I would have to go to to Grand Strand. They have a machine that they can adjust for people having an implant like me, or for people with pacemakers. I was happy to get this information for my future. Although I have had the implant installed, I felt sorry this was my one and only chance to take advantage of this convenient facility. I highly recommend them.

They were able to get me in the same day and into see a wonderful provider. From the start my experience was great! The office staff were warm and welcoming. I checked in and completed my paperwork on one of their tablets. I love this because it was quick and easy compared to the thousands of papers that many offices still use. I got called back not too long after that by a nurse and she did some quick follow up questions. Then I was taken to get an x-ray and the provider came in. The nurse practitioner, Larissa Connell, was thorough, kind, and so funny. My mom came back with me and she spoke with both of us like we were old friends. She made me feel some comfortable and right at home. Larissa was even encouraging about my nursing school goals. She told me that a part of my hip was inflamed and that was causing all of my pain. She recommended a steroid shot and it was done quick and painlessly. The first thing I noticed that I was able to walk better. The pain has not completely gone away, but I am hoping with the exercises and time I will be back to myself again! I hope whoever is reading this will never have to use pain management services, but if you do OrthoSC is the way to go!

Worst Podiatry office ever! I couldn't believe how poor of a…read morejob this "Doctor" Dr William Parker did for me. I work long days on my feet and it took a month to book an appointment . I called several times to find a cancellation, but the nurses or secretaries won't keep track and try to get you in sooner. My appointment day finally comes. The nurses hear my complaints and say the doctor will probably xray and see me soon. No X-rays, just a couple of pokes and prods on my feet before he recommended his generic orthotic inserts. Try them for 2 weeks before my follow up appointment. I requested custom orthotics, but he denied my request. Immediately I realized it wasn't enough. I called the office the following business day only to be told I had to wait my 2 weeks for the next appointment. This office failed me. The doctor did the absolute minimum dial it in job. The receptionists have a middle school level of communication, every other word dictated to my voicemail was "um". If I could give negative stars for wasting my time, keeping me in pain and selling me costly inserts that don't help I would do so. Don't waste your time with Dr William Parker, he doesn't care about you and his practice is a joke. Good day Coastal Podiatry.
