However by far theyre not the cheapest reasonably priced, extremely professional, courteous, hard working and never fail to go the extra mile . No request I made was too small or too large . I had Professional relocating moving services pick up and transport and deliver to a second story a 300 pound elliptical exercise machine. The person whom they picked it up from said they did a great job moving it out not damaging anything. Then professionally wrapped it for the journey to my house where it rained a little. Once arriving to my house they moved it to my up stairs loft not damaging not one thing I can't express what a professional job these guys did and for over 10 years I've been using this crew to move me from house to house or just moving heavy items. Alex came to my home gave me a realistic quote and I gave him the job. His crew showed up on the day of the move with equipment and professionally wrapped all the furniture and really went the extra mile 3 days later as promised Alex arrved in Texas everything was perfect. The owner has behavioral issues. He also leaves some of your stuff behind , because he does not use the right sized truck, but a long trailer. In addition they are way too expensive. We were reimbursed, otherwise I would have rejected them outright. I asked him to come and look at our house, but he refused and instead made a decision over the phone, which ended up to be the wrong one. They came with 3 people, of which the owner Alex is rude, and uses his foreworker to threaten you when you criticize something. The owner complained about the amount of stuff they had to move for us. I guess he did that to not look unprofessional for showing up with the wrong sized truck. It took them more than 12 hours to move us. Even with the added driving time of 1.5 hours for a relocation it took them 9.5 hours to move us. I moved 11 times, and while those were not all great experiences, not one company used anything but a large moving truck, or worked longer than 8 hours. Don't hire them, and do not trust the "great" reviews! RESPONSE Yes, I'm sure it's you. I have your signed paperwork. Don't know what you do with yours. Can't say enough about these guys. They were on time and on memorial day no less. Alex took time to take the fridge doors off of 2nd fridge to fit in the laundry room.( I wouldn't have done that.) These guys also hoisted an adjustable king size frame weighing an easy 5-600 # to our 2nd floor master bedroom. I hope they're around for my next move. Thank you guys. Great job read more

This company has no idea what they are doing but talk a good talk. Alex the owner has no concept of customer service. I used him in 2019 and when I called a year later to ask about helping me move some bulk items the day before the move and said that another moving company had indicated I should ask them because that's what they would do- Alex told me to " go with them". I was taken aback because I was a repeat customer and had referred him another client for a move the day after mine. My move in 2019 took 3 guys 9.5 hours. In my most recent move, I had gotten rid of a washer &. Dryer, dining room pub style table with chairs, a king size bed set, 3 dressers, a leather couch and Ottoman which had been part of the previous move. When they still hadn't finished loading at 5 hrs in, I called Alex and he said "I am not there, nothing I can do". Then he said maybe I had acquired more things and hadn't realized it (uh, what?). I packed my first two closets in 15 min and the next three took the guy 90 min and I found 12 jackets wrapped in a sheet and shoved in a laundry basket. When they finally couldn't fit the refrigerator and headboard in, they took a trip over to the new house. THEN, all four guys went back to the old house for the remaining items. My sister, brother in law are unwrapping furniture that has been wrapped like it is going on an international trip instead of 2 miles away. (They charge you for the wrapping and tape). When they attempted to bring a heavy dresser up the stairs, I stead of taking the drawers out to lessen the weight they attempted it and tore off new paint off walls, banisters and baseboards. Not one of them said "I am sorry". Robert then told me he could fix it but I would have to wait for his day off? My brother in law spent the whole next day patching it and painting and was worth a lot more than the $50 Robert gave us and has Robert done it, he would have been in my house for a whole day while the multiple layers of paint dried. Then they broke a lamp and quoted me .60/lb. I told him he didn't explain that at the beginning and he said "because people never understand and I have to end up repeating myself". They ended up adjusting my bill 30 min of overtime +$50. Alex kept telling me to "not stress out the movers and I was over reacting". A typical misogynist thing to say to a woman and it was really clear he had an issue with women. Despite all that I tipped the guys because I felt like they were being misdirected and mismanaged from the top. My friends used them the next day and stayed on them constantly and got them in and out in 6 hours. Stay away from this- pay a little extra and get peace of mind and respect. read more

We used Professional Relocating for our most recent move. We have used Alex and his team about 5 years ago when we moved from Valencia to Porter Ranch. Now we moved from Porter Ranch to Murrieta. As always the guys showed up on time and ready to work. Robert who moved us the first time was there again and did a fantastic job. They put down floor runners and were very careful with our furniture. Our new place was brand new and the crew made sure nothing got damaged even hoisting a couch upstairs from outside to avoid scuffing the walls and banisters. Thanks Alex, Robert, Javier and Jose. We used this company to move from Corona CA to Kingman, AZ. We were under a lot of stress since a big move involves a lot of that. The beginnings went well and we had been given a recommendation for them so we had some confidence in what they were doing. Alex, Robert and a team of workers came on moving day on time and were quick (maybe too quick) to get things wrapped up and loaded into a large enclosed trailer. As a moving company, I had expected a moving van. But no choice on moving day and we should have asked. A Super Duty Ford dually pulled it. So our moving company turned into a cargo hauling business on moving day. OK, you grit your teeth at that point. Robert, the second-in-command, was a big & a bit surly fellow and Alex revealed some quirkiness too but we were on our way. We paid half down and had no other choice. If you have any family items that you value, stay away from these guys. I have an expensive elaborate king size bed with canopy. The owner, Alex said he would take it apart so he would be able to reassemble it at the other end. After doing it wrong twice on assembly, he told me it was a piece of junk and he wasn't doing it again. He put screws thru the wood willy nilly and assembled the base backwards. The mattress barely fits now and it is very difficult to put sheets on. So many other things are damaged, I cannot name them all. It's mostly broken glass, gouges, and chunks missing from wood. The crew who moved us from Corona was different from the crew who unloaded us in Kingman so I suspect they were contract hourly labor. Not guys you want handling your family heirlooms! It was just Alex alone, sleeping in his truck in front of our new home until the labor arrived. The sellers had asked that we not block the driveway that morning, which we relayed to Alex and, of course, he did block it. Which initiated a series of calls to both Realtors, to me, and me to Alex, to get out of the way of the sellers moving truck. Not the end of the world but one more avoidable problem. When my husband asked Alex about damage to my hope chest, which was a family heirloom that came across the plains in a covered wagon, he said well, insurance is .60 a lb. I'll give you $20.00. There was plenty more damage, we are still finding it weeks later. I have found chunks of wood tossed into drawers to hide it until they were gone. Please realize, Alex talks a good act, like he's concerned for you and your situation in the beginning but we experienced a change, by degree, from happy Alex to give me the money and don't complain Alex. $8655.00 and no charge for the crappy attitude at the end. read more

My dad and I moved yesterday using the Professional Relocating team and I highly recommend them to use. Not only were they friendly, helpful, careful, clean, fast and dependable but they also are affordable. They had to work in the rain and the yard was muddy and they made every effort to ensure that the mud did not get in the house and carpet. And when they finished the house was perfectly clean. Every piece of furniture was handled with care as if the pieces were there own and care was taken to make sure the beds and furniture were assembled correctly and put into the right rooms. horrible customer service from just the estimate call! as many of the other reviewers mentioned.... the owner alex is outright rude and arrogant. i received a flyer mailed to my address and gave them a call for an estimate. he was boasting about his many years experience telling me i need to unpack all the dressers, even though the dresser i was referring to is light enough for me to carry and i am a 5'2" girl that does not work out. his tone kept going up as i asked more inquisitive questions. also, his prices are higher than professional competitor movers, such as osmon moving & storage (call osmon moving, they are amazing!). now i know why professional relocating sent a mailer directly to our address with a stamp, they have to poach for customers, probably through listings online, because you will quickly choose someone else the minute you speak to them! i hope this saves others a very frustrating phone call with a horrible owner with terrible customer service skills. read more
