Our car ran over curb and had a flat tire. I called professional towing and the guy showed up in less than 10 mins, replaced with a spare tire and was ready to go when I realized that there was another flat tire. Needed to get my car towed in order to get it to a dealership to figure out why it was leaking oil. After calling a few other places (one of which didn't even have their phone on) I found these guys. They told me it would take 1.5 to 2 hours for the car to get there which I understood since I was calling very early in the morning. However, they ended up getting there about an hour after I got off the phone. The driver who helped me also said that what I was dealing with was likely something minor which certainly helped me calm down (and he was right!). I decided to buy myself a project car and with that being said couldn't drive it back home. I got stuck at a stop sign because i couldn't shift gears after my master cylinder leaked. Moved the car out of the way and called towing with my roadside assistance. These guys showed up in less than 20 minutes, got my car to the diagnostic center and even drove me back afterwards. And ofcourse, when I had to tow the car to my preferred shop the next day because the shop insurance sent me to was trying to rip me off, I called them again and they had it taken care of in less than an hour without me having to get off work and go there myself. My insurance company called this place when my car broke down. They told me to expect the tow truck driver in 1 hour. After an hour, the insurance company called me to check up to see if the tow truck was there yet. I informed them that the truck had not showed up. Insurance company checked with Professional Towing and I was told another 30 minutes. Another 30 minutes after that, still no tow truck and I was told to wait another 30 minutes. After 2 hours of waiting for these jokers, I called to cancel the service request. I'm also calling my insurance company to take this company off their list. I'd rather push my car home than call "professional" tow again. It made for a great night to be waiting in an empty parking lot late at night with my wife and young child while these "professionals" strung me along. UPDATE: Daniel called me and sincerely apologized for the delay the previous time I had called. He was very sincere and informed me that 1) They can actually bill my insurance directly so that I don't have to deal with the insurance dispatch center and 2) that I could ask any of the staff to contact him if there were any escalations. I gave Professional Towing another chance and they were great. Daniel called me to give me an ETA on when his driver would be on site and then again when the driver was at my car. Don, the driver, was great and got my car taken care of and dropped off without any issue. You don't often get a second chance but Professional Towing was excellent the second time around. read more

Yelp describes 5 stars as "As good as it gets!" Yes!! Professional Towing is just that. Not only is service fast, it is absolutely Professional. Thought I just needed a jump but turned out to be more. Extremely reasonable price to tow the car to my mechanic. I'm always more than hesitant to have my front-wheel drive car on anything but a flatbed. No concerns at all with their conventional towing. I needed 2 tow trips that had a 1 week gap in between each tow from my home to a body shop, and back. This was just to get a specific part fixed in my car, and make the rest of it at home a DIY project. Customer service was great from the phone to the driver. My brand new truck died in the middle of the street on a Sunday morning and All Pro Towing showed up within 45 minutes as promised, took the time to even look at my vehicle to see if there was anything they could offer as help, towed me on a flat-bed to the dealership which was further than they were originally told, unloaded, waited for me to fill out all the paperwork and EVEN DROVE ME HOME! As the other reviewer mentioned, these guys do go above and beyond. I was having trouble starting my car, so I called my insurance and All Professional Towing was sent. Daniel showed up when he said he would and he tried to help me diagnose my problem before towing my car. He actually figured out that my car had a security feature I didn't realize it had. See I broke my key from the plastic handle the night before and I was trying to start my car with just the keyed metal part. Daniel picked up on the fact that there was a security chip in the handle that was needed for my car to start, it was a little embarrasing to me but I was also relieved. He even recommended a lock-smith that would give me a good deal on getting some replacement keys made up. Totally satisfied! read more

My wife's car broke down in a really low clearance parking garage and Don @ Professional Towing was the only towing service that could get a tow truck into the parking garage. I was in a car accident which I contacted my Insurance Company to file a claim and to have my car towed. I was scheduled for tow service with Professional Towing, Jerry. He is very knowledgeable, efficient, patient, nice and a true professional. Let me say that the ETA was 2 hours, which I was not particularly happy about and nonetheless, Jerry arrived earlier than the 2 hour ETA. He towed my car to an excellent Body Shop which I am extremely pleased with who doesn't work for the Insurance Companies, very knowledgeable, helpful and provides a Lifetime Warranty. I was so pleased with meeting Jerry and Scott, Body Shop Owner that I was no longer stressed or P'O'd about the other driver hitting my car. Extremely unprofessional. Scheduled a towing appointment a day in advance. They show up 45 mins before the scheduled appointment without any notice of arrival on a workday morning. My wife meets them downstairs and tells them we will be ready in 10 mins. They left in 5 mins before I could get ready and meet them without any notice. They would call me and tell they left and call my insurance again!! What a waste of time with these guys. read more

He addressed the issue and could have easily charged us the full amount but we paid 1/3 rd of what was originally agreed. My car died on the 4th floor of a parking garage. To make it more complicated, the ceilings were low -- about 81 inches. I went though an insurance dispatcher that had connections with a few towing companies and they were also very helpful in this process. The first tow truck company very wisely asked about the clearance and respectably declined the job -- we would have had to roll the car out, steer it down 3 levels of ramps and turns, without power steering or brakes on a car that *really* needs it. So, back to the dispatcher, who called around and came up with Professional Towing in San Jose. On the phone I spoke with Daniel, and the tow truck driver sent out was also named Daniel. He arrived at the appointed time (around 8:30am). Because of the low ceiling they used a special tow truck designed for such situations. It's equipped with a giant robotic mechanical claw that reaches underneath your car and grabs the wheels, all controlled via remote control. Daniel mentioned that they use that beast to do car repos. [[I think they're thinking small -- it's true calling is to be used for world domination when the robot revolt begins]] Anyway, Daniel was great, very friendly, navigated some tricky corners, put up with my BS, etc. I suppose a tow truck is the closest thing to an ambulance for cars. I can't say whether my car will pull through (teardrop, teardrop) but I'm confident it will arrive in one piece at the mechanic and have a fighting chance. Thanks Professional Towing! read more

MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE WITH A TOWING COMPANY !!! My car was stolen over the weekend and found the next day ! When we called the tow company we fully explained that two rims and tires were missing and the car battery! They said they would send the right truck for the job not to worry! The asshole driver AARON shows up and the first thing that comes out of his mouth is "I can drag it on the rotors on to the bed for all i care ITS NOT MY CAR"!!!! This guy was a total jerk right from the gate! Make a long story short he ripped off my front bumper and ruined my rotors,springs,shocks,struts and bent my frame plus more...! It got so bad that he tried to leave my car in the middle of the road in front of my house and at one point tried to take off with my car because we got so upset from him not knowing what the hell he was doing! We asked him numerous times to call someone that could help him and he refused! He did absolutely nothing. Me and my family and friends were the ones trying to find a way to get the car of his truck safely to not further damage it!! The situation got so bad the cops had to be called! And when they arrived AARON the driver lied and said that we were the ones causing all the commotion. ! I am in the process of getting all my information together and video that was recorded the entire time and I am presenting it to my lawyer and sewing this company for the damages that were done to my car. Keep in mind. My car was only missing two rims and tires and a car battery. NOW that "Professional Towing"got ahold of it the car is pretty much totaled with the frame damage etc! THANKS ALOT AARON FOR NOTHING!! I went through enough with my car being stolen but you just had to add to it for no dam reason at all!!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS SORRY EXCUSE FOR A TOWING COMPANY !!! There is so much more that occurred that night but this is just an idea of how my horrible experience was!!! read more
