They have all the expected sandwiches waiting for you including a Vegan Breakfast sandwich and of course some pastry. They have lots of cold and hot coffee beverages. I was tempted by a blood orange latte, but I stuck to my Americano. I had that with one of their huge croissants. I think the gentleman who helped us was new. It took him a bit of time to make the beverages, but that's OK. We're patient. He was very polite, asked all the right questions and got the order correct and that's what matters. We picked a couple of comfortable seats near the entrance and watched the constant flow of customers come and go. Around 9a.m. it looked like a bus load of high school students were dropped off at the door. Ha! Not an actual bus, but that line was long. This is a great spot for a variety of coffee drinks, pastry, sandwiches and meeting up with friends. The neighborhood clearly agrees.

They kept it in a cooler instead of on the counter which is thoughtful, since a smoothie is best cold and fresh. The employees were friendly. It was not very busy so it took no time at all to run in there and be helped. And it was very clean inside. The smoothie was great, nice and tropically - just as expected. And it is a very generous portion. When you have an account you get points and rewards which is cool - there was an offer when you sign up that you'll get a free smoothie after your first order..but it apparently is only good for a week. I had asked for a small container of extra gravy and even adding this to the sub did not help at all. The sub was very hard to chew because of the roll and dry turkey. Luckily, I know they serve a quality product and I will return again. Everyone can have a bad day, and I guess this was theirs.

We used Professors Market for our daughters christening yesterday and I cannot recommend them enough! Lisa was so attentive to what we wanted, she took so much time out of her busy schedule to check back in on our order over the past few weeks and make any changes we requested- she even tweaked the order for us last minute when we wanted to change the amount of some of the salads. The food was incredibly fresh, all of our guests were RAVING about it! We ordered the southwest power salad, edamame salad, pasta salad, chicken salad, turkey roll ups and vegetable and hummus roll ups for about 30 people. Everything was so fresh and delicious. Everyone kept saying how lucky we are to have such a delicious restaurant in town with such good fresh food!Thank you Lisa and PM for a wonderful catering order! read more

We asked for no cheese on one of the sandwiches but both came with cheese. Asked to eat inside but got our food packed to go. Never received lettuce that I was promised. Ya know, I once navigated to this place on accident before? Yeah. Still not sure what my GPS was…read moredoing that day. Because I normally go to the one in Salem. But on this day, I thought to myself, "Self, I really hate making that busy-as-hell left turn on South Broadway in Salem. What if we took a journey to the Andover location instead?" And so it was. I enter this cozy little restaurant carefully tucked against a slightly submerged parking garage. Although, I probably shouldn't say "little" because the interior was noticeably larger than its Salem counterpart. It's also noisy AF in there when it gets busier than a New York subway. So naturally, I ordered my usual to-go (a Country Classic with an extra egg and hashbrowns for those who don't know). Only it wasn't *quite* ready on time. Which, to be fair, is kind of a minor point. Thing is, they have to shout your name whenever your order is finally ready. This in and of itself can prove to be quite the challenge when bellowing atop the already roaring crowd of customers impeding the otherwise accessible pickup shelves. I'll do my best to describe the interior since I wasn't really able to take pictures. But try to imagine an L-shaped dining area with the longest part hosting a row of countertop seats facing the windows. Beyond that sits a rather modest dining area with a few more tables. Next to that sits the gender neutral restrooms. It's strange and cramp, particularly when the place is packed tighter than a sardine can. Sufficed to say, I'm not much a fan of the interior design here. Being the partial recluse that I am, I offer the following best practice for a place so riotous: mobile order that shiz, cuh! Seriously. I had to put in my noise cancelling earbuds to appease my misophonia. The good news is....the food is still awesome. The eggs? Creamier than crème fraîche. Taters? Eh, I don't why...but these seemed way more seasoned the very first time I tried them. Fortunately, they actually pair rather well with their refined version of ketchup. The bacon? Well...let's just say I wish it were served well done. Not sure if I'm able to request that. But I'll scope out my options next time and get back to you all. That's it though. Nice place, WAY easier to get to than its Salem counterpart, but a bit too cramp and noisy for my taste which means....I'll likely ever dine in here. It's all good though, because I'm still giving Crack'd Kitchen & Coffee in Andover 4 Country Classics with all the fixins out of 5.
