I have done the RM3 program more than once and am now on their new program (Revolex) for Semaglutide. The office has always been super friendly and clean. I think for those that are upset about the program, depending on what you pick depends on the recommendation. With RM3 you will have an extreme calorie restricted diet, I can confirm it works if you follow it and I can confirm that it is below the recommended standards of 1200 calories a day but varies depending on your current weight. I decided to try the new Revolex plan because I enjoy working out and other healthy stuff I've already incorporated into my life, and this plan allows me to do those (RM3 restricts exercise because of calorie restrictions being so extreme). I am 2 1/2 weeks in on the new plan and have lost 11lbs, but this includes exercising at least 5 times a week, and eating healthy. I am sure I would've lost more but I have gone slightly off the meal plan (which is low carb) because I use oat milk for my coffee and occasionally eat multi-grain toast with breakfast. You also have to be honest with yourself, did the program really NOT work? Or did you not track your foods properly or drink enough fluids/exercise as recommended? Given that I've done two programs and seen results with both, I'd say personal accountability is lacking in some reviews. My husband has also done a different program than the two I did and saw great results (his included carbs btw!). I can't speak to the virtual visits but do agree the wait times for seeing a provider can be a bit long, however, they don't seem any longer than a normal doctor's office and the providers have actually read my chart before entering the room which is a nice change from regular doctor's offices.

Update - I've now had acupuncture twice and cupping twice from Dr Sonya. I've also gotten a few magnesium shots - to help with migraines and muscle cramping. I'm so impressed. She really cares that I'm in pain and wants to help. Her prices are so much better than anywhere else. My dad pays $80 for acupuncture elsewhere, while Dr Sonya only charges $45 for the visit that includes both acupuncture and cupping.

Finally after multiple calls I was told "I'm sorry I'll have the dr call you tomorrow" zero mention of a cost. I was charged $95 when she did call Manager & Dr had a discussion & decided to go ahead & bill me. But they did have front desk clerk apologize. Ive spend over $1100 at this clinic only to be set back in health. The treatment caused so much pain my husband almost took me to ER but I hate ERs. My anxiety was on overdrive fr supplements, had excessive shedding among other symptoms. I cldnt handle the supplements so I stopped diet & supplements. My body started to slowly heal in a few days Dr hypothesis was my energy triad was off & my digestion was good My hypothesis: leaky gut. I got my results. Researched on my own . Sounded like leaky gut Went back to my old clinic, W clinic (didn't know they treated digestion) Dr confirmed it was in fact leaky gut which also affected my bladder Treatment in just a few weeks already doing better . Also drs are available to chat through email after prescribing supplements Bcz they want to make sure they are working for patient. Summary: Poor communication skills from the front desk (3 occasions I got incorrect info that cost me more $) Dr was polite but not helpful. Manager called to ask about my experience. Another apology with no solution to problems. Customers have the right to be informed of what they are being charged for. And true empathy is caring about a patients concerns when they tell u the supplements are harming them. I think this facility has sufficient enough clientele not to care about the welfare of any new patients. My biggest issue was not that my treatment failed (drs aren't perfect. I got my blood tested and met with Dr. Julie to go over the results... $300 later or close to it. I was told that I have stage 2 kidney damage, have parasites from dog, am low on pretty much everything they tested, and that at my stage I'm at now, I likely wouldn't be able to support a fetus in my body for about 6 months unless I take the supplements I'm recommended to take. After hearing the results, I was asked if I wanted to move forward with the supplements. They recommended I take $1200 worth and that's only a 3 month supply... I took time to think about it even though I was terrified that I'm falling apart on the inside. I work in the medical industry and immediately made a call to get a second opinion. I took her my lab results (she didn't even recognize that lab) and she concluded that the only thing I was actually low on was testosterone.. all of my levels were normal and she had no clue where Julie got her scales. She wrote me a script for 1/4 the cost that Julie was going to charge me. My curiosity was sparked so I looked at the supplements and quickly found that the supplements on the list I was given initially were extremely inflated in price. They don't take insurance so it is an all cash profit, which should have been my first indicator that something was off. After all of this, I didn't even get my blood type which was one thing I really wanted to know... this business uses scare tactics to push people to buy their supplements... Go at your own risk!
