I replied that I was unsure whether it was a bad joke of bad faith on the part of Kemper that they would send the letter after the statute expired, considering that they never communicated with be in the three years before it expired. (They never responded to my claim, nor will they respond to this review, because it's true.) It was, admittedly, a relatively minor accident. Someone dented my right rear while I was parked in a parking structure in a Best Western hotel in San Francisco. The Casualty Adjuster's concise reply said: "That is standard letter we sent to call claims nearing the statue of limitations. Our SIU dept reviewed your claim, they concluded it was moving at the time of the accident not parked." To which I replied: "Glenn, Your SIU department lied, as is their design and nature. The car was parked overnight. Your company was negligent in its accident review and its communications with me. Kemper is a disgraceful confidence game, which is why you earn an average of one (1.0) star in 180 Yelp reviews. I will be 181. You and your coworkers are casualties that cannot be adjusted, creating and created by moral bankruptcy. What a waste of Grace. That's just my empirically derived opinion, of course. She has helped me to get a ton of discounts on my car insurance and helps me understand where my money is going. Every other Insurance agency I've spoken with also said they cannot match the rate I have with Farmers. I feel comfortable calling or emailing Amy for all my questions; whether it be about something I heard that might qualify me for a discount, or when my car got broken into, or when I need to get my title from the DMV, or really anything car-related. She answers my questions right away and is very easy to talk to, she makes me feel like she has my best interest at heart. He gave insight into which plan and carrier would support our needs and would protect us best for our future. Kevin was very easy to talk to and didn't try to push anything we weren't looking for.
