Talked with service; they set the expectation it would get done, but no estimate. Come to find out my bike was on a lift after hours, and ready for me first thing in the AM; new tire mounted/balanced, belt adjusted correctly, washed and cleaned up. I even got a discount due to my HOG membership. To say the least, I couldn't have been happier. The service and parts folks made me feel taken care of, things were under control, and dead simple.
