Talked with service; they set the expectation it would get done, but no estimate. Come to find out my bike was on a lift after hours, and ready for me first thing in the AM; new tire mounted/balanced, belt adjusted correctly, washed and cleaned up. I even got a discount due to my HOG membership. To say the least, I couldn't have been happier. The service and parts folks made me feel taken care of, things were under control, and dead simple. Price (hour clock) of service was less than expected. I would have given them 5 stars except the tire was priced almost 80 dollars over what Revzilla quoted me. I drove an hour to just get the fairing bolts to be told they close down for lunch, I would have to wait an hour...(never disclosed, argued said I hung up on him. I never did, socially awkward waited for him to have a response before I hung up to make sure they had time to see the bike just for the missing parts) When I asked to schedule an appointment to check the front tire (honestly seems like it just needs to be balanced) told him I couldn't drop the bike off I would have to make an appointment I live an hour away the man said no and walked away from his desk and away from me. Awful service awful treatment ABSOLUTELY EMBARRASSING TO THE POINT I WENT TO A DIFFERENT DEALER THAT WASNT EVEN A KAWASAKI DEALER TO GET THE PARTS MY BIKE WAS MISSING.
