Progressive comes out to our house one a month. Our technician, Brian, is so friendly and knowledgeable. The office always call a couple of days before our scheduled spray day each month just to remind us. A couple of times, we have been out of town with our dogs when Brian has come by. He has called me and made sure that the dogs are with us because he didn't see them in the back yard. (The dogs really like it when he comes by because he always has treats hiding in his pocket for them!) We haven't had any pest issues at all since using Progressive. read more

I really do like this company, we had another company that was so so they I think have too many clients and cant not give all their clients that attention they should have I mean you are paying for a service. Anyways, Progressive ever since we tried them out after researching them they seemed to have the better reviews and reasonable prices. Since day one they have been very polite the employee who comes to spray our place every month, Derrick is very happy and nice when he comes here, he also goes through our place and lets us know where he thinks we need to treat places more. He is very knowledgeable of the pests that drive people nuts and give recommendations. I think this company knows their stuff, I mean they are easy to work with and it if you need to change something or need more services they will help you out. This is a great company. I used them last year to take care of a recurring ant problem that I had in my kitchen since 2004. They were the first company to get rid of them for good. In the 15 years that I have been using Progressive I have moved four times and each time Farrah has been there to take care of the house before I move in and every month after that. I have been with PPC since day one. I was introduced to Farrah by my old pest control guy, who worked for Orkin. I have had Farrah, Gaspar, Mark and a few others service my house. They were always professional and compasionate. When and if I had a problem, they would always respond and treat the problem the same day. However, over the years and with all businesses, they grow and sometimes it is hard to still maintain that relationship with all your customers. Just not enough hours in the day. Gaspar and Farrah were like family to us. Unfortunatley due to our financial situation, we had to stop service. But even during that time if I had a problem they would always come and help me, one time we had a swarm of African bees make a stop in our neighbors tree, and my son went to Gaspars house and he came over and told us they would move on with in 24 hours and he was right! I wish my financial situation was different and I could afford them, especially now since yesterday my neighbor descided to take care of a huge bee problem himself and did not let us know and my dog was attacked by over 100 bees, and it cost me a fortune at the vet. He now has someone coming over to fix the problem for $40.00 I can't imagine what we are in for today. Guess our family and dogs will remain inside for the duration of the day. I had my house sprayed inside and out on 7/3/09 it cost me $85.00 and they are back ( roaches) I called 9/25/09 and spoke with Jason he stated they guarantee only 30 days BUT it is no where to be found on their invoice. Jason states that they are in the process of changing their invoices to reflect the 30 day guarantee. They just lost my business, please do not use this company very unproffesional the mother/owner Farrah hung up on me also very unprofessional they must use over diluted chemicals!!! When they came they said they wouldn't give us the discounted rate that we had discussed unless we signed a year contract!!!! Why should I sign a contract until I have seen if your products work? Nick is the best! He comes by once a month and thanks to him we are pest free. In addition, he has a great personality and is very knowledgeable about what steps you can take to prevent any issues. He's a pet lover and all the solutions he uses are safe for our fur balls which is reassuring. We had some hornets move into one of our bushes after he had already come out that month and he came by again for free to spray and remove the nest. I would not recommend this company! I scheduled a home estimate appt for service. The tech was to arrive between 10a-12p and never showed. They never called to notify me that tech was running late. One hour later I called to see what was going on and was informed that the tech was held up at another job and they were very busy. Continued to wait, called multiple times and only heard excuses! Terrible. Our HOA called for this company to deal with unsanitary situation in our community created by the pigeons. But this guy created unsanitary situation on our balcony by using powerwash and forcing all the dirt inside our balcony. Also we stored several paintings and antique items and some other staff on the balcony. Everything went wet. The paintings were basically soaked in the water. When I asked the guy why he did it without our permission, he suggested that we call HOA. On the paintings (oil in canvas) he said to put them under the sun. He did what he was not asked to do by cleaning our balcony and destroying our things. On the top of this I have just found two bleeding bodies of the pigeons on the grass of our community.... I guess they used some poison to deal with the birds... and this is supposed to sanitary??!!... read more

I have had Progressive doing my pest control for over two years now. Nothing but good things to say about their service and thoroughness. I think in two years we have not seen any live bugs in the house and only 1 dead one. Pretty good results in my opinion. We use them more for preventative than for active problems. Better to be pro-active than reactive when it comes to pests in the home. I have had the same technician come to my house for the two years with Progressive. A fifth star would be added if the price was a tad lower. But if that is my only complaint then I'm still ahead of the game. read more
