We think Progressive Pest Control provides great customer service. We had scorpion problem when we moved in our house. After a few treatments inside and outside including common area around our house we don't see scorpions anymore! Zach comes out each month and sprays inside and outside. He also puts down some type of pellets too. This best service we have since have been in Las Vegas. Our previous pest control did not spray enough chemical because we would always have to spray ourselves. And treating outside was extra. And they will come out again if you have a problem after their monthly visit. But, we do not have to do this because they always do it great job! read more

I called Progressive on 08/10/2020 for a Pest Inspection for a VA refinance loan . The inspection is a requirement for VA loans and require a NPMA-33 form to be completed. I called contacted several pest control companies, but either they didn't do that inspection or they were not doing them during the COVID crisis. So Progressive came over wearing a mask and performed the inspection. It was not very intrusive and performed in a reasonable time. Best of all, it was a very reasonable price. Very disappointed!! I called them for pest control in my house and bird problem and the lady said ok we will call you shortly to let you know what time and date we can schedule you ,after 3 hours I had a phone call from them saying that their technician is around and they can come now -I told them I am at work already -wish they told me that in the morning when I called , i explained her that I am not home and 10 min it's a short notice for me . So they decided to punished me and never call back to schedule with me! But all good I receive a quote of $1400 that I am happy with from other pest control company. read more

They always call ahead to schedule and have come back for "touch ups" in between monthly service (like when it's scorpion season). The techs are professional, friendly and always on time. It takes a lot of bad service for me to write a post but this is a strange business. The communication was unclear and there were lots of late notices. Farrah was the clincher for this post. She bills the wrong people and is defensive in her actions like she's doing you a favor. I always appreciate good service but they had to come back 3 times for the same roach issue which took a lot of time out of my work day. I just moved into the house so I was embarrassed that my landlord got the bill after I told her that I was responsible. She didn't care. She also wanted me to Zelle the money to her personal account. We all work hard and we need our money but bill the right person for God's sake. She's way too irresponsible and who knows what she has the workers spray in my home the first 2 times. It makes sense now why the workers were asking personal questions like what I do, where do I work, etc. Maybe she wanted the big payout with the whole house spray service? Too shady. We been a customer of Progressive Pest control for only about 7 months, but think they are the best we have used in the last 15 years living in Henderson. Zach, who is our main tech, is wonderful, but the entire group of employees are also super. We had a serious scorpion issue and they seemed to have gotten to the issue quickly. They offer great prices, are always on time, they do a clean spray in the house, and what I love most is that they use a fireman's style hose to spray the entire back yard aggressively. Stay Away From Progressive Pest Control located at 6290 Harrison Drive in Las Vegas! I contracted them for a flat fee of $300 to eliminate rats in my attack and never got the job done in over 4 to 6 months! To this day there is still noises in my attack because the situation was never taken care of. Then after letting them know that I would not continue their service, they hit me up for an addition $120.00 services which was never agreed to or contract signed! Now they have sent me a collection notice for this $120.00! I have heard other neighbors complain about their service and this company is on the take! Run from this company before they try to extort money from you too! We've been using Progressive Pest Control for almost two years. We used to have major problems with those little bugs that look like they're crawling backwards, as well as crickets and spiders. We did have to call them back one time in the early months to re-spray because it seemed we still had those little backwards bugs even after the service; however, Progressive happily came back out at no charge and used a different chemical, which seemed to have worked really well. Andrew, our service technician, is very friendly and knows the business well as he's been doing this for several years. We refuse to let him work on our property during the holidays because we know he has a kid and believe he should be able to go home a little early to his family. We have children, and he's assured us that anything that's used in or around the house is safe for kids. This company is very professional, has friendly service (both on the phone for appointments and technicians), and decent pricing. I'm sure there are other companies out there with cheaper rates, but I would challenge their efficacy in comparison to Progressive. We're happy to say we haven't had a bug problem in who knows how long. read more

I started with this company after my last company's contract expired. While the other company was able to rid are property of all pest they just couldn't rid the place of ants. I tried PPC because A) their price was good and B) I couldn't stand putting all foods in the fridge,dishwasher crawling with ants from deep inside, ants in my bathtub/shower and covering my lawn. Farah delivers on her promises! After my dog and I had suffered severe Arizona Bark Scorpion stings, I spent hours researching their physiology and habits and many more hours night stalking them with black light flashlights and killing them with a mallet. Sensing the futility of my efforts and unwilling to devote my life to scorpion eradication, I contacted Progressive and explained my situation to Farah. She immediately arranged scorpion service appropriate to the level of infestation I described (even told me I did not need the most expensive scorpion service) and promised immediate follow up if I saw a scorpion. I did not see any live scorpions until about a week after the initial service (quite a contrast to the three to four I was killing every night when I took my dog out). I notified Farah that I had seen one live scorpion and, true to her word , she immediately arranged a follow up service. I am very grateful to Farah and Jamie for not only removing scorpions but the stress of living with scorpions. I recently had an urgent bug problem and after reading all the 5 star reviews on Yelp I decided to call Progressive Pest Control. I made an appointment to have the inside and outside of the house sprayed. Mark was on time and super friendly. He explained everything he was going to do and reassured me that it was safe for my small dogs. He was done fairly quickly. My bug problem was gone almost immediately. You would be surprised how many dead bugs you find in the days after that were hiding around your yard. I really wish we did not have a rocky start...my story begins with a fantastic nice and kind lady answering their phone and educating me on roaches...she gave me an ok price and we had an appointment to bomb the condo...now the initial work was done top notch roaches were gone for a week and then we went back to square 1 roach fest everywhere...so I wish they would have had a follow up within 10 days anyway after a couple of scheduling hick ups I made it on their calendar regularly and the roaches are almost gone. Progressive comes out to our house one a month. Our technician, Brian, is so friendly and knowledgeable. The office always call a couple of days before our scheduled spray day each month just to remind us. A couple of times, we have been out of town with our dogs when Brian has come by. He has called me and made sure that the dogs are with us because he didn't see them in the back yard. (The dogs really like it when he comes by because he always has treats hiding in his pocket for them!) We haven't had any pest issues at all since using Progressive. read more
