This property management company is not helpful and basically useless. When trying resolve an issue I was having regarding another owner in our community Nikole did not respond to my voicemail or email in a timely manner and then a few days later sends me an email stating she had pressing issues and that it was basically not her job to get involved in matters regarding owners unless the issues continued. However when an owner made in unfounded complaint against me I received 2 phone calls a voicemail and an email within less than 24 hours of the complaint. In the future i will handle any issues regarding fellow owners in my community. A monkey could do a better job as a property manager for this company. If you are a property owner looking for representation, Progressive is probably a good choice. They are unresponsive, unethical, and will go out of their way to harass your tenant. Progressive hides behind very soft employees and utilizes their position between the owner and landlord to do nothing about problems at the property. They will fight for the landlord at the expense of the safety and well-being of the tenants. As a tenant, do your homework, anything managed by Progressive Property is a complete sham. If you are a tenant and need resolution to a legitimate problem, best to have a lawyer by your side. The owner is a non-participant, instead delegates all to very soft and disengaged employees. However, no access to the HOA financial banking records or to the minutes was granted. To all property owners looking for a management company, please do yourselves a favor and avoid this company. I come from a background of property management and I can without a doubt tell you that it has been the worst management company I have ever come across. My partner and I moved into a house under their management on 06/24 and we were told that we would be receiving extra gate remotes as we only have one to share between her and I. We were promised a new trash can as well. We've been patient and gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited through July, August, and September for these items to no avail. My partner contacted their office on 07/08, 07/17, 07/29, and 08/23 to get an update on our gate remotes and trash cans and they had the audacity to disregard all of her concerns and instead sent her the invoice for the HOA fee that wasn't even due yet. They're essentially saying that it's ok for them to ignore our requests for 3-4 months, but I have to pay my $360/mo HOA fee on time every month. Today, I was finally able to get someone on the phone. I spoke to Paul Anderson, the Director, and while I respect his intention to help, he came off very condescending. He told me he never received any email from me or my partner. I told him I had screenshots of the email threads (which I attached) from 07/08, 07/17, 07/29, and 08/23. Here's the kicker, he was even CC'd in one of those emails. Yet, he claims he never received anything from us. Again, all property owners that are considering this business, please take your business elsewhere. There are far better management companies that treat both their clients and their residents with respect and Progressive Property Management is not one of them. This review is because previous commissions were underpaid and I was not paid immediately after being terminated from my position. Truthfully, this is a company you have to walk on eggshells with. My experience working for this company brought me to stay in California initially, as for I was ready to move to Georgia but was convinced to stay by what I thought was a fair man with our handshake and conversation. Yet, I was sadly mistaken in the end. My main problem here is the lack of effective leadership in place and there's only 5 people here to help out with various tasks. They are overworked and stressed and practically ready to cry or scream every time they meet you. Don't be surprised and show compassion if you contact a head honcho and they push you aside or give you the bare minimum. Initially, I got a great deal out of it, let's not forget how the accounting department is not on their A-game. They miscalculate and don't audit anything properly from commissions down to financial statements, most homeowners and associations are unhappy with them, I would take this into consideration before you make any decisions. This team lacks accountability, honesty, humility and continuous training for workers. I pray they will improve their performance in other lives and wellbeing of the spirits behind them. We are now almost end of February and the issue is still not fixed. I have sent numerous follow-up emails and have not received any replies. My husband and I rented with this company from 2022-2024. Overall, the service is poor. For example, on the day we were scheduled to receive the keys for our rental, the individual showed up 2 hours late. We tried contacting the company multiple times with no success, until finally he called and told us he was on his way. When the rental required service, it was hard to get in contact with the property manager or someone who would help. At one point our shower head was barely spitting out any water. We left multiple messages for the property manager and it took 2 weeks for him to get back to us. The company did not initial walkthrough the property with us and took a large majority of our security deposit at the end of our lease. Overall, would not recommend. This company may be helpful for owners, but that is their only concern. read more

This company is an absolute joke. The worst HOA management company that you could have to run your community. They do not support homeowners or listen to their needs. They just want homeowners to go to every meeting to address concerns which some cannot due to busy work schedules and kids it's impossible so some choose to call or email but they never reply. They ignore you but have time to create cute holiday flyers to email homeowners about a decorating contest in the community. What a joke. If you get Noemi as your community manager rest assured you will never hear from her. I am still waiting for a reply from two weeks ago. I called and left her a message on Tuesday and she still hasn't called me back. She sent out a notice one business day before that trees will be trimmed and in fact trees were also being removed. Horrible communication. When I called to ask why it was removed because my neighbors is exactly like mine with lifted and cracked concrete she kept repeating herself that it's in a common area and doesn't need to give me an explanation but obviously she didn't answer my question. Her professionalism shined when she hung up on me because she couldn't answer my question. They have incompetent people that do not know how to answer questions of the homeowners. It was a simple question why one was removed and not the other because they're identical trees. They sent out an email at 9 am about an election meeting taking place that same day at 6 pm. That's how much you value your homeowners that you give them 9 hours to make arrangements to attend an election meeting? Some people had doctor appointments scheduled or prior commitments. They're an absolute joke and very unprofessional. The worst management company our community ever had. Stay away from them unless you want to go cheap you get what you pay for but you will lose the respect and dignity from the homeowners and community for their incompetent services. **Beware of this company** If I could leave negative stars, I would. I rent office space in a building that is managed by this company. A few weeks ago I noticed power washing and painting going on. I was concerned about the level of noise, I do hypnotherapy and vibrational sound therapy and I need a certain level of quietness for my clients. As soon as I noticed the work going on, I contacted Progressive Property Management to find out the schedule for when they would be on my particular building. I was directed to Alyssa in the office, I guess she tries to manage this property. For 3 weeks I left VM messages, NOTHING, no reply from her. There was even an email sent to her about my concerns and she didn't do anything. I am now on the 3rd day of this painting and I have had to cancel 4 clients and lost $1600. Still no reply or phone call from Alyssa. She obviously doesn't do her job and it is extremely disappointing because I tried to get the information before this loss of work happened.
