The appointment itself already felt off because the tech appeared extremely tired and unprofessional, and there was a noticeable smell of alcohol on her. It was concerning, but we tried to give the benefit of the doubt and move on. Later, the doctor informed us that the ultrasound had to be repeated due to a technician error. That means my dad now has to come back and go through the entire process again because the scan was done incorrectly the first time. This is not just inconvenient it's unacceptable. Patients trust imaging centers to be accurate, professional, and safe. When you're dealing with people's health, mistakes caused by negligence ar impairment are a big deal. Very disappointing experience, and I would seriously reconsider coming here if you're expecting quality care.

From the moment he opened the door to the waiting room, his kindness and professionalism calmed any nerves that I had. He was very communicative and answered all my questions with ease. We even shared a few chuckles. I don't hope to ever need an MRI again, but if I do, I hope he's my tech. The procedure m: The MRI took about 45 mins with a pause for them to add contrast through an IV. The IV was inserted before I was slid into the machine. The machine is loud and rhythmic. They have ear plugs but I brought my own. It's also a chilly process so dress warmly. Don't wear makeup or metal. I recommended this spot for your MRI needs. :)

Imagine waiting to see your doctor in February; asking to see a specialist for a health condition, setting your appointment with the specialist in March and being told in June, just THREE DAYS before the appointment that the provider is not taking any NEW patients?! Well my appointment was scheduled MONTHS AGO! The caller announced without any consideration for the extremely long time spent anticipating my appointment, what I am and have been physically experiencing to rudely try to give me my only two options; I cut her rude butt off and I let the caller know that what she was saying was ridiculous and that I could not talk to her because I was in the middle of something. (on top of that I was quite upset and try my best to be mindful of my thoughts not instantly producing nasty words!) So, I waited until the next morning to email my response: Greetings, I received a call yesterday afternoon saying that you are no longer accepting new patients. That's understandable, but the fact that I had to wait weeks to see my doctor, requested a referral and the time to wait for the approval was lengthy. Then I get approved and waited another very lengthy period of time to get an appointment months later. I received a nice sized packet from your office and filled it out; taking extra care to list the diary of my symptoms. Then three days before my extremely long awaited, very much needed scheduled appointment, I get a very disappointing call abruptly telling me that after all this time that you're not taking any new patients???!!!
