    Project on Mercedes CLS550

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had, period. No BS, I worked in the car industry. I had been to dealerships who said one thing and added fee's after you drove there or when you pick up the car. Project one was honest about the value of my Mercedes E550 and I verified that after going to a local dealer. Mind you I drove from New York for my CLS550 at Project one. I will absolutely buy my next car from Project One and can not recommend them enough.

About a month ago my husband and I went to see a car we'd found through Capital One's auto financing program - we weren't quite ready, so we looked and said we'd consider the car .. Then last week we decided maybe now is the time, the car we originally liked was still there and we refreshed our pre approval with Capital One .. they called us to say they had been notified of our pre approval and ran the figures for us - so my husband and I went over the finances and decided to go back to the dealer to take the car for a test drive - we loved it and said we'd be back the following day - however, as we were leaving, another car caught my eye, and I slept on it .. when we went back the next day, we asked if we could take the other car for a test drive and we (me!) fell in love with it immediately, and next thing I know we were driving off the lot in our new car .. Kevin and Jess were so helpful in the whole process and would recommend them to everyone ..

The fact that service area closes at 5pm sucks but my experience with the Bellavia service department correcting problems covered by the extended warranty that they sell has been stellar! James was great with explaining the process and the repairs needed. NO ONE tried to up sell me a service I did not need on any of my service visits. I repeat NO ONE. When was the last time you took your car anywhere for servicing where some one did not try to up sell you something additional? So in my opinion if you need to buy car that you plan on holding on to until it's not worth repairing buy it from Bellavia and don't forget to buy their extended warranty.l because they stand by it. Yes you might need to wait for an appointment but it is so worth it. James N told me he was just doing his job when he called to tell me my car was ready to be picked up. James was awesome! He told me that a good review would help him and the dealership, and I specifically asked if it would also benefit me. He assured me that it would. Looking back, I feel like I was pressured into leaving a review that did not honestly reflect my experience. It made me realize how important it is to be careful when dealing with salespeople who may be more focused on getting a good review than providing honest and respectful service. My advice to anyone considering Quality Ford in East Rutherford: do your homework before you go. Read the reviews carefully, compare other dealerships, ask questions, and don't let anyone pressure you into writing a review or making a purchase before you feel completely comfortable. I'm sharing this because I don't want another customer to have the same experience. Take your time, do your research, and consider other dealerships before making your decision.

Buying a car, specially a used car can be a real pain. I walked through the doors ready for battle…read moresince I have a lot of experience purchasing vehicles. To my surprise I was assisted by July Ponte who helped make the whole process go pretty smoothly. I used common tools available such as carfax, VIN lookup, etc., and started the negotiation based on real $ price, not MSRP posted on the window. After going back and forth a few times I decided to make the purchase. The dealership delivered on promised second set of keys and was very patient since I financed through my credit union. Did not force me to run my credit report after I notified them I wanted to purchase through my bank and all I needed was a purchase order. In summary, it was a great experience. I truly recommend you seek July Ponte if you are shopping for either a new or used car. She was very familiar with the vehicle and was very accommodating to my needs. Just a word of advice, never purchase a car by negotiating monthly payments. You are only screwing up yourself and then blaming the dealership for making extra money of you. Negotiate on total vehicle sale price, know your numbers... How much are you getting for your trade in? What is the sale price before taxes? Understand that you pay sales taxes on full amount if you don't have a trade in, or on the difference of total sale minus trade in if you are trading in, etc. Use common tools like car loan calculators, VIN lookup, car fax so you know the real market price before you walk through the doors. Get a pre-approved loan up to certain amount from your bank or credit union. Don't let a dealership or worse several dealership run your credit with several banks which will lower your credit score. Always be ready to walk out if you don't agree or don't feel comfortable with a price or negotiation process. That being said, the dealership was very professional in the negotiating process and respected the fact that I came prepared with realistic numbers. I gave the finance guy the opportunity to pitch the extended warranty, but didn't insist once I said "hard pass". I totally recommend it, specially July Ponte and always be ready to walk out if you don't like or feel comfortable with anything.

"We don't waive fees" - Michelle, a service department rep from East Coast Toyota…read more I included a photo showing the $0 bill Parkway Toyota gave to compare with East Coast stating on the phone they don't waive fees. Here's the context: I will preface this by saying my situation might be very specific and niche, but I got an engine required message on my 2020 RAV4 dashboard which require required me to visit the dealer. After some research, I found that it may be the coolant bypass valve. I visited a different dealer, Parkway Toyota, who verified the issue and stated that this problem does fall under customer support program 24TE04. it was stated that they would have to do a formal diagnosis, but according to Toyota since it falls under this program, the fee would be waived due to this being a known issue as long as the code does come up, which it did and they gave me paperwork stating the services needed with a $0 bill. The only problem was, they didn't have the part due to national back order and that it could be a bit of a wait. I decided while waiting that I would check if other nearby dealerships had the part and fortunately the parts dept at East Coast said they did. However, when I decided to go make an appointment online, there were time slots but there was no option for my specific situation to proceed with booking so I decided to call it in. I was immediately told by the representative Michelle that the appointments online are for regular maintenance and repair appointments are not available for the next two weeks. I still asked if I could make an appointment just in case Parkway toyota still didn't have the part by then. She then stated since I saw another dealer, they will still have to diagnose me which I was more than willing to oblige to, but I asked to confirm if the fee would be waived if a problem was found. She mentioned to me that East Coast does not waive fees, and the fees would be put towards the labor or work of the car. However in my research it was stated if anything was found in the diagnosis, the support program is supposed to cover everything for free. She still stated I would still be charged for the diagnosis fee, which didn't make sense to me since another dealer confirmed I had an issue and I had the paperwork to prove it and also since the support program is supposed to cover the whole bill. Long story short, my rating is not only so much for the fact that they would still charge me a fee, but more so on how Michelle poorly handled this situation. She did nothing to de-escalate the frustration I had and only kept adding to it with her attitude and tone despite her trying to keep it professional which she failed to do. Even if, on the off chance that I'm wrong about this program, which Michelle seemed to be implying didn't trump east coast's fees, she didn't offer to look up program, see if my situation applied to it and kept dismissing me and stating this dealership does not waive fees. If the other representatives at this establishment robotically handle situations the way Michelle handled mine, I recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Be on notice, I will be filing suit for (3) times ascertainable loss in accordance with New Jersey UDAP law. The vehicle which Mr Petrullo sold me has various hidden damage which he was aware of but did not disclose and in doing such has violated UDAP law protecting consumers from fraud. If you have been the victim of Unfair Deceptive Acts & Practices by this dealer then please contact me at here on Facebook or at ThomasKukla yahoo com In addition, I will provide evidence of fraud by Mr Petrullo in charges made by the Bureau Of Fraud Deterrence, Department of Banking and Insurance of the State of New Jersey. I purchased a 2012 Jeep Liberty from Anthony Petrullo which was sold to me on the premise that it was like new, fully inspected, one owner no issues. Well, less then 700 miles out of the gate and a check engine light came on. I will not go into detail of the problems with this Jeep because other problems are likely hidden and my pending suit will disclose all found. Do your homework folks, start with all the deceptive reviews. The Royalty Auto positive reviews are fake. Start with the review by Marissa Petrullo (daughter of Anthony) or Anthony Perona, fictitious, and you will get the picture. Reviews that have no comment or 1 review, 100% fake. If the reviewer has more then one review then look at who they reviewed and you will see the cross review scam. I will also site google being complicit in allowing these fake reviews by non-customers. When I asked Anthony the history of the vehicle I was told it was clean but Anthony said he was having trouble getting a CarFax printed while waiting for my loan approval, but assured me again, it was clean, (I went in fair and trusted him, big mistake) (1) owner when in fact it was in (3) accidents and (2) previous owners. I did not find out the true history until after I had completed my loan and the check was given to Mr Petrullo, and only on 7/12/19 did Mr Petrullo finally produce a Carfax report for me, but still stated it was (1) owner and only a small bumper accident, both statements untrue. One thing that I will give Mr Petrullo credit for is replacing the cracked windshield which was hidden by a large advertising sticker prior to and during the sale. This is a vehicle which I was charged $15,221.00 for but only has a resale value of $8000.00 due to the Carfax accident history which was not disclosed. I am sure Mr Petrullo will rebut claiming he gave me an adjustment on the cost when in fact he sold me a vehicle for $14,005 ($15,221 tax & tags) which has a book value of less then $8000 due to the Carfax history which was not disclosed during sale. The $2000 adjustment was in fact the balance on my trade in of $5500 which Mr Petrullo then sold the same day for another $2500 profit in addition to the $6000 profit on the Jeep. As of 7/24/19 I have not received my tags, registration or the one year warranty (which I found out is a worthless Cars Protection Plus warranty) which was promised upon sale, nor have I been contacted as to the whereabouts of the aforementioned. The statements made above are 100% truthful and accurate. In no way shall these facts be misconstrued as slander. Bottom line folks, do not trust this dealer.

"Manager" Sam bolted when I called out the scam. Good reflexes, buddy, next time expect an undercover agent with the handcuffs. Complaints have been filed with the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs, NJ MVC Business Licensing Bureau, and the FTC, all documented. Stay away from this place.

Worst experience EVER!!!…read more LOOK OVER YOUR PAPERWORK AS PRICES ONLINE ARE BAIT. I had been in contact with Diego and Juan for about two weeks. Both sales associates were great--very attentive, personable, and kept me updated on when the car we were interested in arrived. After going back and forth between a few options, we finally found the right car for our child, priced at $12,895. However, things completely changed once we sat down with the finance department. I was presented with paperwork showing a total of approximately $18,895. As I reviewed the breakdown, I noticed an extended warranty charge of $3,999 that I had never agreed to, which was for a 3 month warranty, not an extended warranty. When I questioned it, the finance representative told me that they do not sell cars without including the extended warranty. I have purchased several vehicles in my lifetime and have never encountered a dealership requiring a mandatory warranty like this. It's very disappointing because I truly liked the car, but I was not willing to pay nearly 40% more in added fees that were not clearly disclosed upfront. This experience felt misleading and left a very negative impression.
