I was so motivated after a few classes that I asked her to start a group for us in the Almaden area. We were inclusive so we had all age groups. There were young and milddle-ages, singles, couples, young adults, mother-daughter teams, you name it in, we had them in our group. We all had a wonderful time. We worked out 10 weeks with Sherry in the summer and although not everyone continued, it was a memorable and unforgetable experience for me. Sherry is professional and knowledgeable about fitness. I appreciate most that she answers any questions and concerns we had about exercise and nutrition. Sherry has a up-lifting personality and she makes the work out challenging, yet fun. This is it! I joined Sherry's Fitness Boot Camp a month ago and it is the most incredible class! Not only are you breathing fresh air and surrounded by beautiful trees and nature, the class is out of this world! it's held on top of the Bridge entering The Ranch golf course community. I've attended many fitness classes and have had various personal trainers in the past, Sherry takes the crown as being the best! I work out 4-5 times a week and am very particular about my fitness routine. If there is a class that is not challenging enough, boring, or the trainer is not in the best shape, I would not go. Sherry is very, very fit and has a hot body! Her age? She will tell you herself. Let's just say her body and level of fitness can rival any 20 year old athlete. Just looking at her will give you motivation to work out. Her BEST feature is her personality. She is always so cheerful and motivating especially in the early morning when I am so tired and do not want to talk to anybody. She is always there with her positive energy to boost my mood up. Not only that, she is very patient as well and takes pride in her class. She will always go around and help people with their form and modify the exercises according to the individual. Very personalized attention. If one person is more active than others, she makes it tougher. If a person is not as active or has an injury, she modifies their workout as well. No matter the fitness level, you will definitely receive the best workout every time you attend class. Her prices are definitely affordable. You can pay per class or pay monthly which is discounted. The first class is always free! She is so generous with her time too. She always stays past the class end time to answer any questions or give advice on diet and exercise. She loves training and does not rely on the classes as her income. She holds classes when her kids are in school and she also teaches a kids fitness class at Evergreen Elementary. She also does personal training as well and her rates beats any personal trainer I ever had in the past. She is an exceptional trainer that truly loves training and cares about her class. I've heard these classes are really intense. I like the cardio element but I didn't find it as challenging as everyone says it is. The strength training killed my knees as some of the exercises you are on the floor (really hard surface) and also on the bench. I wanted to skip all of these for the sake of my knees but I survived. All in all, I say an average workout. I did burn 393 calories which is great!
