I must say that this local business has all the tools and resources for signage, web design and more. The end result was immaculate and I could have not been more excited to have my cards printed. The prices, and quantity for amount of business cards, you cannot overlook. Plus, the material and unlimited designs they offer, is worth every penny. It feels like that staff can produce almost any image for you t-shirt, business card, banners, etc. The customer service was impeccable from the start. The staff greets you immediately and will be very attentive when explaining the product you are aiming towards. Sergio was extremely helpful and provided all the navigation needed to get the card designed how I wanted. Oh, today was a bad day. Where in the world is customer service. Well, it certainly does not…read moreexist here at the FedEx office in the Terra Nova shopping center. I went in to laminate a single 8 1/2 X 11 sheet of paper and it turned out absolutely terrible. The paper got super wrinkled and did not come out right. When I went to pay, the guy behind the counter told me that I forgot to put the blank cover sheet around the outside to pass it through. Unfortunately, I have never laminated before so I had no clue. So, here is the great part. That guy simply informed me that the instructions were there by the machine and that the temperature setting may have been changed and it was too hot. THERE WAS NO REMORSE THAT MY PAPER HAD BEEN MESSED UP. HE SIMPLY CHARGED ME SO THAT HE COULD MOVE ON TO THE NEXT CLIENT. Where in the world was the customer service. "I am sorry this happened to you. Let's see how we can make it right." I got nothing. He just wanted to close the sale and move on. I mean... seriously how much time would it have taken out of his day to try and make it right. I told him I had the original on a flash drive and he offered kindly to have me PAY AGAIN A SECOND TIME TO MAKE ANOTHER COLOR COPY. Wow.. how nice of him. I do admit I did not notice the sign about the cover page for the lamination, but then there was this chart about weight of paper and proper temperature. How do I know what weight my paper is. I have no clue. Simple customer service would have been fantastic. Instead, I felt like I was the idiot for not knowing everything about weight of paper, temperature and laminating techniques. This year our gala programs were incorrect. When the draft copy was run, it looked good, but when he ran the entire batch of over 600 programs, they were wrong. Since he was leaving on vacation, they could not rerun our programs. When we complained about the quality, he did not offer us a discounted price. Instead, he said he would give us a discount NEXT year. That was unacceptable. We gave him the opportunity to make this right by giving us a discount off of the incorrect programs, but he did not care. We will NEVER trust him with our business again!
