I have had PT numerous times throughout my life due to sports injuries and surgeries. This experience of having PT in my own home with his undivided attention was unsurpassed. This was also during peak quarantine season and I have yet to see his full face because he has been extremely professional about wearing full face mask and disinfecting everything upon entering the home before I touch it. He was extremely knowledgeable about how everything in the body is connected and I learned so much about my nerves, fascias, muscles, tendons, and everything in between. I was able to get used to having a space in my home that I actually use to do my exercises in and that in and of itself was one of the most notable differences than going to a PT place, where I get put on a bike to warm up, them they come show me an exercise, then leave while I do them. He warms me up on his PT table with light stretches and massage and taught me how to correctly do a series of easy to replicate excercises that were much easier on my body than traditional strengthening exercises. I highly recommend this at home or custom workout area experience from Zach or his partner to anyone.

I needed physical therapy and my doctor sent a referral to ATI in Maple Valley back in February…read more2024. Months went by and I never heard anything, but I was busy and didn't follow up. In January 2025, my doctor sent another referral and again, nothing. When I finally contacted ATI in early May, they told me too much time had passed since the referral and I'd need my doctor to send yet another one. At that point, I was frustrated that their lack of follow-up was creating more work for me, so I decided to look elsewhere. I found a different PT provider nearby with great reviews. When I called them, they asked a few questions about my insurance and immediately pointed out that my plan doesn't even require a referral for PT. They were right and I've been happily going to the other provider since. All to say: ATI clearly doesn't know what they're doing when it comes to communication or patient intake. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for physical therapy.

Scott and his team have been fantastic - not only making me feel better, be able to run again but actually teaching me how I move my body aggravates the pain. PT is a lot of work, they help by giving print outs of exercises and follow through on them for several weeks. I experienced real range of motion, strength and stability gains. My overall pain and insecurity due to joint instability were greatly reduced. I went in to see Dr. Christopher Boone at Bellevue Bone and Joint Physicians (BBJP) regarding…read moreswelling in my knee which had been replaced via a total knee replacement l5 years ago. After Dr. Boone x-rayed my knee, he determined that the swelling was due to the uneven wear of the original plastic spacer, in my knee which he indicated needed to be replaced. Dr. recommended that a MRI be performed so he could "study" what the best options were. After Dr. Boone presented the options, he recommended that the plastic spacer in the original knee replacement be surgically removed and replaced as well as the removal of 3 cysts around the knee joint. The surgery performed required opening up my knee just like in the original knee placement procedure to have access to the knee prosthesis and the plastic spacer. The surgery results were excellent. Ten (10) days after the surgery, I was able to return to my Bike Spinning Classes. Dr. Boone is an outstanding Orthopedic Surgeon. I give him my highest recommendation. Lynn Caldwell 12/2017

I had a HORRIBLE experience with Dr Boone. He did my Right Total Hip Replacement in 2019. I was 6…read moremonths postpartum. I have had more pain and problems since my replacement despite his promise that "in 6 months you won't even know you had a hip replacement." I am reminded at nearly every moment of the day STILL that I had a hip replacement. He claimed my replacement was such a perfect fit that it appeared to be "made for me" exactly. He sent me down the referral gauntlet, I've had countless injections, my liver is now in crisis from the medications I have taken to try to relieve my pain, no Drs will touch his work because "he's the best of the best," it has literally been one of the most traumatic experiences of my life. I'd gone for the hip replacement because I had dysplasia, lots of arthritis, and it was locking up on me trying to carry my infant daughter down the stairs and I was terrified I'd fall with her. I had gotten the surgery hoping I'd be able to be a more active mother, but it had the opposite effect. It has taken such a toll on my mental, emotional and physical health. He only looked at an xray and spent 10 minutes with me at my consult before he decided I was "a perfect candidate for a Total Hip Replacement." I trusted him because of his reputation. With the research I've done since, I believe he should have NEVER considered putting my body through the procedure considering I was breastfeeding (up until I was wheeled to the Operating Room) AND the fact that women's bodies, especially the hip area need time to recover from Childbirth...the ligaments and structure need time to heal. I believe this is malpractice, greed and carelessness on Dr. Boone's part. I caution anyone, especially women from letting him or his robot operate on you. I think I was one of 7 robotic replacements he performed that day. It took me 3 days to leave the hospital and I was in incredible pain.
