I used George for my airport transportation this week. I thought he was excellent. He was prompt for the pickup, he kept in touch with me in both directions. The drive home last night was very challenging due to the rain. He checked the traffic and knew it would take him two hours to get to the airport. He was there on time, he showed up within 5 minutes after exiting the terminal. The drive home was difficult, rain and traffic. This was my first time using this company. I was able to book the appointment with George over the phone about 3 days before our transportation to LAX. I did not receive a confirmation a day before, so I texted the company around 10pm and George replied back with the confirmation text. I have had previous experiences being ditched by Uber and became worried when my driver did not call me by 4:45am with this company for a 5 am pick up. I called George who assured me that my driver is on his way. Sure enough Victor pulled up in front of my driveway at 4:50am with his GMC Yukon on schedule. He helped four adults and one baby who were half-way awake into his fancy car, I knew we would be in good hands. I had no more worries after that point. For the return trip, Victor texted me as we were landing back to LAX. We waited less then 5 minutes before being greeted by his clean and spacious Yukon. The baby did not sleep the whole time on the airplane but was immediately asleep when riding in his car. I can't state enough my gratitude for the services provided by this company after finding them by chance. I was pleased by their overall show of professionalism.
