Vladyslav responded to my request within 15 minutes to address my GFCI outlet that appeared to be inoperable. He was able to come onsite the same day and the issue turned out to be more complex than I initially diagnosed on my own. I initially contacted ProMates Electric to investigate flickering issues our apartment complex was experiencing. Wondering if it was an internal or external issue. They were quick to diagnose possibilities what could be the issue and provided thorough and clear suggestions we as a building should take in order to resolve our flickering issue. Our lights were flickering and there was a slight burning smell. They diagnosed the problem right away, some ancient looking wires that needed to be replaced. They were very knowledgeable and seemed to know how everything worked and where everything would be. They were upfront and fair about pricing. I was a little worried at first because of the nature of not knowing how many "points" they'd encounter until they go in (which would have been the case for anyone), but the final price ended up being a relief as compared to what it could have been based on my research. The work they did is perfect! They fixed the problem, and went the extra mile to spend extra time and effort to prevent damage to the walls. They replaced a substantial amount of wires with only a couple of pea sized holes. They were always on time and friendly. They also fixed a couple of other small issues we asked them about for free.
