The facility is clean, the staff is very intelligent and helpful, everyone is kind, caring and I always had piece-of-mind while my father was there. If anything ever happened outside of normal procedure, I would be called and informed. The nurses, CNAs, and entire staff were kind to my father as well as all of us family members. So helpful, and always smiling and friendly. That stated that they didn't want us to worry about my dad while we were not there. They were right, I did not have to. If I ever require skilled nursing, I hope I am lucky enough to be admitted to Palm Terrace. It is by far the best in the area. Thank you Palm Terrace!

She came in after a fall, hip surgery, and a serious MRSA infection, and the staff went above and beyond in every area of her recovery. They cared for her incontinence with dignity, closely managed her diabetes, and provided her with the exact medications she needed to clear up her MRSA. The physical therapy team was incredible. When my grandma first arrived, she couldn't walk at all. With their consistent support, encouragement, and expert care, they got her back on her feet--literally. Today, she is walking again, something we weren't sure would even be possible. A very special thank you goes to Lexi in Social Services. She has been the best case manager I have ever encountered. Lexi went above and beyond in every way--always on top of everything my grandma needed, attentive to her wants, and proactive about her care. She made sure nothing slipped through the cracks and gave us so much peace of mind during such a difficult time. If you are looking for a facility that combines excellent medical care with genuine compassion, Arlington's Gardens Care Center is absolutely the right choice. My bed was too small and when I rang the bell for help to the restroom, it took over twenty (20) minutes for an attendant to come to my assistance. Their care was so bad and unresponsive that I had my husband take me home for care the next morning. I went out of my way not to cause problems with their attendants, but that didn't change anything. The activities staff was sweet and thoughtful -my mom loved the trivia, daily newsletter and manicure mondays. The Woundcare staff healed a sore we had been struggling with for almost a year. The physical therapy dept was great - got my mom stronger and was very encouraging . The kitchen does a great job and is ready to give options if you don't like something . Most of all the case managers and office staff helped us so much to understand our insurance options , apply for extra help and get us thru this difficult time . No nursing home will be as good as home but Community Care is safe, clean and kind .
