The three one-star ratings and only one five-star rating speaks for itself. As a new patient, I was completely blindsided by two separate charges for what I believed was a simple check-up. No one--not the front desk, not the doctor, not the billing department--ever told me that I'd be billed for multiple visits or that I'd be expected to come back just to complete what any other office would handle in one. This kind of billing feels deceptive at worst and wildly disorganized at best. When I tried to ask for clarification, the billing department was unhelpful, but what really shocked me was the behavior of the owner of the practice. She was unbelievably rude, condescending, and talked down to me like I was a problem, not a patient. She showed absolutely no accountability for the lack of communication and made no effort to resolve the issue respectfully. There was zero transparency, zero empathy, and zero professionalism from the person at the top. If you value your time, your money, and being treated like a human being, find a different practice. This one is a nightmare.

So I asked this guy if he was using the machine and he said "you can use it" So I did, he was doing pull ups. Then he asks me "Can I use it" in which I said I have one more set.
