Easy. Walked in, completed title and registration paperwork, and walked out with a smile 12 minutes later.

I went in because I needed a replacement tag. Charged 3x the regular amount here then the dmv to get the same thing in the same time that the dmv would take care of it. She took my money charged me and didn't even tell me I'd get a piece of paper like I'd get at the dmv and not a actual tag. I'd of just went to the damn dmv if I knew I'd get it in the mail either way!! I say oh I was hoping for a tag itself to prevent confusion, and she says "we don't give tags and havnt for 3 years" I'd of liked to know before I paid 17$ for the tag I'd of paid $6 for at the dmv for it to be mailed in the same time that they are mailing it to me. Just foolish man super upset because it would have been nice to have some lunch. read more

I had a nightmare of an issue with a car title that I couldn't find. I needed to get the car registered as well and was leaving town. Well they could quite complete the entire task, but told me they would send me a duplicate title to the address that I was going. I could get an emissions test there and gave me the form. I could also then change the name on the title at that time and if I was unable to get to emissions right away. I can just print a 30 day pass. It all was great they were very polite and in the middle of covid and computer issues. read more

Very disappointed in the service I am receiving. My friends and I have used prompt titles for over 8 years. Always amazing til now. My friend and I have been waiting for updates on our bonded/abandoned titles that we both paid 400 dollars a piece for. Both have been over 30 days with no update at all. I have called 7 different times with absolutely no help. Friday Katelyn hung up on me @412 pm after asking my name then putting me on hold and pick up the phone and hung up. Called back to voicemail. Today a young man picked up and told me the lady that takes care of the titles isn't it. Weird this hold time I was told Gabe takes care of them. Not sure what is going on over there since Betty passed away but the is unacceptable. read more

I am so so sorry to hear of Bettys passing as I just called to catch up with her and pick her brain. My family member passed on around the same time so we sadly lost our business. God. Im at a loss for words. Everywhere I went in business or knew in the automotive industry I pushed Betty and prompt down their throats as she had such passion and such compassion for her business and clientele. Betty did our titles for our family business and was so helpful for years on end. She was a fantastic and wonderful woman. Prompt family & bettys family , the az metro towing family gives their most serious and deepest condolences to you. Betty will truly be missed and I am so broken hearted we didn't get to catch up as life got crazy with our families loss. She became more of a friend than anything to us. Don't go here!!! I Repeat; AVOID THIS PLACE!!! The very rude and so not helpful employee sitting at the desk is a lazy obese repulsive and not helpful lady at the desk has no idea of what customer service is. She won't even acknowledge my presence there even tho I was the only one there. She would not get out the phone or the Internet to turn the fax machine on while my bank was faxing her paperwork. She was just online doing nothing... I waited there and she was so rude and when I approached her she rolled her eyes... Please this place is a pig barn with her at the front desk. read more

Avoid this business. June of 2020 I went there to get plates for my ATVs, they already had their off road stickers. I paid $ 20 each for a convenience fee. I left with 3 temporary paper plates , I did not look closely until I got home , all 3 showed different expiration dates for the previous year. I went back and was told mvd was at fault because of their new website. They said they would fix it. A week later I called and was told they were fixed, third trip and no one was there . I called later and they had gone to lunch, Fourth trip I was given the "corrected" plates.that were still wrong and was told I would have to talk to the Manager Betty. In the meantime I call MVD who told me the information was input wrong by the Third Party company and they would have to correct it. I went to the store again and spoke to Betty who told me it was the MVD and that the people who answer the phones are prisoners and don't know anything. I went back and Betty said she would give it to her best employee to fix. Several weeks passed and I was called and told my TNRs (?) were ready and it was $300. WHAT ???? Why would I retitle and register vehicles I have owned for 15 years ?? I went down again and was given 3 more paper plates, one expired in August 2020 one in Oct 2020 and one in March of 2021. I asked them to have Betty call me, I wanted my $60 back as it was not done or convenient. She left a VM saying she would not refund and could not help me. I called MVD and spoke to the Manager of 20 years and not a convict who said they had made a huge mess of my titles and registration and I would have to speak to the company who oversees the Third Party Companies. I called everyday for 2 weeks and left messages before my call was returned. I made more than 7 trips to the business and spent hours trying to get through to MVD. It is now December 2020 and I still do not have plates or anything. The Third party administrator said she suggested to Betty that they refund my fees and she said she wouldn't. read more

I just had the notary service with them. It was very quick and cheap. I could not find any of my friend who could witness my signature so a different officer there were willing to help me do it. I called to make an appointment for a vehicle inspection. I was told to come by between 9:30 and 10:00 the next morning. I called ahead of time to make sure an inspector would be there. When I arrived a young lady working there told me to come back at noon. So she makes a call and she said the inspector would arrive by 10:00. It's nearly 11:00 and no inspector. Useless. read more

I found this titling agency and they had no one waiting in line and they were very helpful. They offered to provide me a discount on the service as I was offered a better price at a nearby titling agency but their system was down.
