The Best Buy Title staff were very nice, courteous and professional and quick. I have a special needs child and she needed an ID. They were extremely patient and kind to her. Three years later we went back to update our drivers' licenses to the travel ID. They are still very nice, courteous and professional. The transaction for myself and my husband was fast and efficient. Usually not a lot of wait time either. We do not live near this business but make the effort to go there as I believe once you find a good one you need to keep going back. Don't let the location or looks deter you. Highly recommend.
