Bad service. The lady made us repeat ourselves twice because she was busy talking to her coworker. We were the last ones in line can't you go laugh and talk after you finish with us? LOL. Ice cream is not too bad, just your typical ice cream. However it's pretty huge and kind of expensive too. With the cone it comes out almost $7.

If they could get the employee distribution and friendliness right, this would be a 5-star place. They had 7 employees inside this tiny hut and it took 45 minutes to get ice cream in a rainy-day line. Most employees just staring into space. Bizarre. The ice cream itself is awesome. Really delicious and a lot for the money. I've had the berry cheesecake and postachio at 2 separate visits, both fabulous.

A very good place for some ice cream after shopping at the outlet mall. The price is a bit high if you decide to get more than a single scoop, but the serving size will definitely make up for it. By the way, one scoop should be plenty as you can see it in my pic. You will have eight flavors to choose from, and you also have a choice of either having it in a cup or cone. The service is quick, but a few (especially the ice cream scoopers) can be unfriendly especially during busy hours; however, all your complaints should be washed away as soon as you taste their delicious and sweet ice creams! Strongly recommend this place during summer time, even though the order lines may be a bit longer than usual. Their regular store is also located nearby if you are willing to walk a short distance. They also offer coffee, sandwich, pizzas, soup, croissant, and etc. By the way, the regular store does also offer several different flavors of ice creams as well!

Came here two days ago and ordered a single scoop of strawberry cheesecake on a cone which was huge! I didn't think it was that big since it was only like $4 something but it was so big that it took me forever to finish. The quality wasn't that amazing but for that size and the price, I think it was pretty worth it. I've been to other ice cream places that the size wasn't that big and it costed me more than $5. The other flavors included cookies and cream, strawberry, chocolate, vanilla, coffee, pineapple and coconut and pistachio. They also sell very cute macarons that I must try next time!

Why are there always long lines here?! The ice cream is good, don't get me wrong, but it's not the latest, most innovative craze. The prices are a bit high as well although you get huge portions! 2 people can share 1 scoop for sure. And when you order 2+ scoops, they literally take their hands and pack it onto the cone so it'll stay LOL that's how large their portions are - it's like a entire pint of ice cream when you get 2 scoops it seems like. The flavors they have here are pretty standard: cookies n cream, rocky road, butter pecan, etc.

Love this ice-cream stand! My boyfriend and I visited Citadel Outlets and came across this stand. It looked cute and I suddenly had the ice-cream cravings, so why not. We got the single scoop in a cone, which was close to $5-6 dollars. It is quite pricey for a single scoop, but the scoops are HUGE! I can't even believe they considered that a single scoop. The flavor butter pecan was really good. It wasn't too buttery or sweet. I would definitely grab another cone if I ever saw this stand again. I gave it a 4-star instead of 5 because customer service kind of sucked. While the person was scooping my ice-cream, the rest of the staff was literally slacking off and just chit-chatting. It was a cold day, so I get that it wasn't going to be busy , but they weren't doing ANYTHING. The cashier literally had her back turned to the window and the other two girls were just resting against I guess an ice chest or something like that in the back. Super unprofessional and kind of rude... Also I noticed that a single scoop in a cup and cone are different sizes... I was walking around with my cone and noticed people had the cup with one scoop, but it looked really small... and the cup has a wider opening than a cone... I was wondering if the scooper was feeling generous or if that's just how they normally come.

Rude and unpleasant staff. One star is way more than what they deserve. The Mall's business is hurt by this kind of merchants. Close them.

They are Soooo generous with their servings here, totally worth the value. Highly highly recommend bringing someone along with you to split an order. They are just that massive! I got myself a matcha latte with vanilla matcha swirl ice cream. Had to ask for an extra cup because I couldn't handle the mountain of ice cream on top. My matcha latte was perfection!!! Not overly sweet, great matcha flavors, and the ice cream on top melting into the drinks adds so much more creaminess to the drink! Can't wait to try more items!!! It's definitely a great place to sit down and enjoy matcha, and they have an extensive list to order! Unfortunately, a few of their items don't taste good at all. I ordered a few unique and safe items and I realized their safe choices are the way to go I.e matcha latte and their matcha soft serves. The matcha lemonade was way too sour, and their special matcha dessert just overwhelmed the matcha itself and there were too many pieces that didn't feel like they belong and the matcha bread was overly dry. I'll definitely come back but just for the lattes and soft serves!

This last time I opted for the split scoop waffle cone. For the top I chose the Peanut Butter Brittle Caramel Fudge and the bottom, the Bananas Foster with Candied Pecans. It was delicious! Such intense flavors! The favorite of the two was definitely the Peanut Butter Brittle Caramel Fudge. If you're a peanut butter lover, this is the one for you! They also have some pretty awesome merch to purchase as well and the Tacolate collaboration with Taco Bell is a must the next time I go. They also had Tacolate sauce pack keychains to purchase too! Service was also great as the person was extremely patient as the family was sampling their wide array of options. The kids were loving every moment too! Will be heading back soon for another treat! Tutti Frutti is a franchise, so I've been to them before. This one was a little smaller, but still had a good selection of flavors. We had to laugh because we didn't see any cups on the table next to the machines, so we assumed you had to ask for one. Turns out, they're right by the entrance, and we just didn't see them. Slighly embarrassing, but in my defense, I've seen that before at other frozen yogurt places. Unlike most frozen yogurt places, you tell them what toppings you want, and they add them for you. I love this as it keeps the area cleaner and avoids cross-contamination between items. They'll add as much, or as little as you want, so don't worry about them being stingy. Of course, you pay by the ounce, so I'm sure they have no problems piling on the toppings. What I also loved was $1.50 water bottles!! Sure, they're Kirkland brand from Costco, when it's close to 90 degrees out, who cares! (In all honesty, I didn't compare bottled water to the vending machines or kiosks selling bottled water, but I'm sure it's way more expensive.) They also had several snack options (chips, etc), which is a nice touch. (In all honesty, I didn't compare bottled water to the vending machines or kiosks selling bottled water, but I'm sure it's way more expensive.) The small eating area (both inside and out) was very clean and presentable, and the people working were very nice. So, for $12 for two frozen yogurts and a bottle of water, it was a great cool-off snack. ,
