A very good place for some ice cream after shopping at the outlet mall. The price is a bit high if you decide to get more than a single scoop, but the serving size will definitely make up for it. By the way, one scoop should be plenty as you can see it in my pic. You will have eight flavors to choose from, and you also have a choice of either having it in a cup or cone. The service is quick, but a few (especially the ice cream scoopers) can be unfriendly especially during busy hours; however, all your complaints should be washed away as soon as you taste their delicious and sweet ice creams! Strongly recommend this place during summer time, even though the order lines may be a bit longer than usual. Their regular store is also located nearby if you are willing to walk a short distance. They also offer coffee, sandwich, pizzas, soup, croissant, and etc. By the way, the regular store does also offer several different flavors of ice creams as well! read more

Came here two days ago and ordered a single scoop of strawberry cheesecake on a cone which was huge! I didn't think it was that big since it was only like $4 something but it was so big that it took me forever to finish. The quality wasn't that amazing but for that size and the price, I think it was pretty worth it. I've been to other ice cream places that the size wasn't that big and it costed me more than $5. The other flavors included cookies and cream, strawberry, chocolate, vanilla, coffee, pineapple and coconut and pistachio. They also sell very cute macarons that I must try next time! read more

Why are there always long lines here?! The ice cream is good, don't get me wrong, but it's not the latest, most innovative craze. The prices are a bit high as well although you get huge portions! 2 people can share 1 scoop for sure. And when you order 2+ scoops, they literally take their hands and pack it onto the cone so it'll stay LOL that's how large their portions are - it's like a entire pint of ice cream when you get 2 scoops it seems like. Love this ice-cream stand! My boyfriend and I visited Citadel Outlets and came across this stand. It looked cute and I suddenly had the ice-cream cravings, so why not. We got the single scoop in a cone, which was close to $5-6 dollars. It is quite pricey for a single scoop, but the scoops are HUGE! I can't even believe they considered that a single scoop. The flavor butter pecan was really good. It wasn't too buttery or sweet. I would definitely grab another cone if I ever saw this stand again. I gave it a 4-star instead of 5 because customer service kind of sucked. While the person was scooping my ice-cream, the rest of the staff was literally slacking off and just chit-chatting. It was a cold day, so I get that it wasn't going to be busy , but they weren't doing ANYTHING. The cashier literally had her back turned to the window and the other two girls were just resting against I guess an ice chest or something like that in the back. Super unprofessional and kind of rude... Also I noticed that a single scoop in a cup and cone are different sizes... Came to Citadel for the first time, and saw a long line for ice cream. People were walking around with these huge ice cream cones everywhere and we had to try it. The line was LOOONG. It was worth the wait though. I'm not sure why others are complaining about the price. It costs $3.75 for a single scoop with cone, but the portion is so big it can be shared with another person. The amount that they give IMO is equivalent to spending around $5 and up elsewhere for that same portion. The ice cream wasn't the "blew my mind", super special kind of ice cream, but it was good. Vanilla was meh. Butter pecan was yum, but missing a bit of flavor. Pistachio was delicious. The cone is thin and crispy- it was the best part of the whole ice cream. I'm giving it two stars because they have such bad customer service but the icecream was good. The cones are weak. I was literally eating my icecream and the cone decided to break (i should have known, because as i was looking at them put my icecream, the first cone broke and they put it on a new one, im guessing it was stale???) anyways, i went back and asked if i can just get a tiny scoop in a cup since mine fell, and they were saying they were gonna charge me for a new one but i couldnt even enjoy the icecream that i bought. Went shopping at the Citadel Outlets Sunday 5/6. Stopped by here after a long day of shopping before we left and was not satisfied. The girls working that afternoon seemed to not care about their job and ignored my brother and I. Neither of them had smiles on their faces and did not seem approachable. The cashier had her arms crossed in front of her with her back to the register, totally unwelcoming. One of the scoopers kept getting small spoonfuls of ice cream and eating it in front of the long line! When we approached the cashier, she a fellow employee were clearly talking badly about the couple they had just helped. Do not recommend getting ice cream here. Go to Ruby's instead! The ice cream is very good, but the customer service is absolutely atrocious. We were four people in total, and three in our group asked to try one flavor (so three samples in total). We were told (with plenty of attitude no less!) that they can only give out two samples. So if I had gone alone or with a group of 10, there's only two samples that would be handed out. How crazy is that?! Obviously, this is no big deal (no one's losing sleep over ice cream samples), but it was the attitude and the rude customer service that frustrated us more than anything. So, we went ahead and played their game: we split up in two groups, underwent two separate transactions, and received a whopping FOUR samples!!! Woohoooo!!!!!!!
