So the BYO you choose a sauce, and two toppings included for a minimum price of $24.00. After that you can add more toppings for the additional price based on what the add on is. My only issue here is that you order from the self serve kiosk, even though there was a guy sitting behind the kiosk and I'm sure could have taken my order, but they want you to take your own order. The good thing is, if I'm doing all the work of placing my own order, then I'm tipping myself since all they are doing is preparing the food item we ordered. That is what we are paying for. I did however had some questions which the guy helped me with, so I gave him a small cash tip for the little bit of help. The pizza came out after about 5-7 minutes since they have a super nice brick oven that cooks really fast. The pizza came out perfectly crispy, a little bit of a flop but not enough to give a lower rating. The pizza was well worth the wait until today's order became a reality. A future pizza order is looking very promising here on a future visit. Like I said though, there so many options to choose from that it might be a while before I try Dough Dudes again. Besides what is available inside the food court, there are also walkable eateries just outside located in the same parking lot of the plaza, that you can order from and bring it to the food court area.
