At the bare minimum, they needed new heels but I decided to go big time (since I don't want to wait a decade to break in a new pair) and had them thoroughly cleaned and conditioned. No matter how many times I hear it, I never think to condition leather shoes until they look awful and are cracking (or about to do so). Don't make my mistake if you love your shoes (or leather bag)! A few days later, I picked up my shoes and they look brand-new (without the long break-in time); for about 60% less than the cost of a new pair, I just gained another 10+ years of life from my shoes. Great little place on Main St, definitely go in with you you need repaired!
