I love that she also takes candid photos, and that I was able to add that to my package. The day of my event, Jasmine was very early and prompt, capturing every detail of the event for our memories. The Photobooth setup was so cute and effortless. It was such a hit! I love how they included theme props and were so thoughtful and easy to work with. I also had her capturing photos at my event, and am so thankful she does photos on the side. She has great customer service, is easy to work with; and does amazing work. High tech booth - different than what I have seen at other weddings, definitely a few levels above the basic photo booth vendor. Planning/logistics - I researched and called a few vendors and this company was one of few that has insurance (which was required for the wedding venue). They were responsive from initial contact. From start to finish it was extremely easy to work with Kande. We were able to book instantly online to secure the date. My friend had a few changes last minute and they were able to accommodate. Day of the wedding, the staff was professional and friendly. Really couldn't have asked for a better experience. My latest experience with Kande was by chance that they were at a movie premiere that I attended. I love their social media kiosk - they had animated gifs which was a nice change from a regular booth. My guests and I were able to post photos immediately onto facebook. Friendly and fun staff. They gave us ideas on how to pose and was entertaining all the guests the entire night. I highly recommend Kande for any event. Their product offering is definitely more unique and has a lot more capabilities than the more basic standard photo booth vendors. It was awesome to see them at a corporate event too. However, our DJ recommended their services and after looking into their website, we decided to move on it. Before the event: In terms of communication, Kris was incredibly responsive both via text, phone, and email. There's nothing that I appreciate more than responsiveness when it comes to a vendor. To help inspire the Pics Stop team in the creation of the border for our photobooth printouts, my sisters and I sent Kris a picture of our invite. They created a beautiful border that perfectly matched our parent's invitation and our black/gold theme. We were quite impressed! During the event: They were quick to set-up and so personable. They engaged our family and friends to take photos. Kris and her team made everyone feel comfortable enough to be their goofy, lovable selves. After the event: They provided a gallery link to all our photobooth pictures about a week after the event and we were able to share it with our loved ones to relive that joyous occasion. Overall: I've been to at least a dozen weddings with photobooths; however, the professionalism of the set-up and printouts are outstanding. Not to mention that Kris and her team are so friendly and awesome. I feel like they are now members of my family. You get to customize the look/layout of your photo with The Pics Stop beforehand. The best part was I was able to make Thank You cards out of the template that The Pics Stop provided. We had been in the hunt for a photobooth for many months for our wedding, and couldn't find any with the right combination of booth (we wanted it to hold at least five people), price, and quality. We also wanted one that provided props, printed photo strips for our guests, and provided a CD for us at the end with all our images. Sai came through big time on all counts, without some of the ridiculous markups we had with other photobooth quotes ($100 for props, really??). He was responsive and easy to work with in the initial scheduling/contract phase, and got back in touch without us hounding him to help us work out some set-up logistics as well as square away the custom graphic for our photo strip in the weeks before the wedding. On the day of, we walked into a perfect set up with no snags, and were happy to see guests already making use of the booth. We weren't sure whether people would actually use it much, but it was a huge hit and was just packed with people all night. One of the greatest things Sai did was track down myself and my bride to be sure we got a photo set together, and it resulted in one of our favorite shots of the night (nothing like a bride in a Viking hat, I always say). The photo CD came in a few weeks later, just as promised, and we had a great time seeing the tons of fun our guests had throughout the night (including several groups of eight packed in there!). I would absolutely recommend Krazee Photobooth/Swag for any and all of your photobooth needs. Sai was mellow and easygoing in dealings with him, but responsive and professional to the core. And the product, from the actual booth itself, to the props, to the photos themselves, really and truly speaks for itself.
