I can't say enough about Leal and the Pros 360 team. I used another company to install a NEW HVAC system in 2021. We had ongoing problems after the installation. They came out several times, but each visit left me wondering if they had done a good job on the AC in 2021 because the system never seemed to properly regulate the heating and air, even with a $6,500 regulator doohickey ( a technical term, I believe) and two nests. When the system quit again in June 2024, I called the other company. The registers in several rooms provided no air. They were completely unhelpful and couldn't give us an apt for three weeks. Also, they wanted $160 to check the system they installed! The woman who answered my call reminded me that they had already been out a few times since the system was installed. I would find out there was a darker reason for the repeated visits. My disabled son needs AC, as does anyone who lives in the San Fernando Valley and is seeking to survive the annual summer swelter. Furious, I started looking for another AC company without much hope of getting immediate help. I checked around and found and called Pros 360. I spoke to the owner, Leal. He listened to my rant and was very kind. He said one of the Pro 360 team would be at my house the following morning. To my surprise, Leal called me back that day and said someone could come out the same day. I couldn't believe it. They came out the same day, checked in the attic, and told me the old company had NOT replaced ANY of the 20- to 30-year-old ducts when they installed the new AC/heating system. Wow! I felt so disappointed that I had trusted the old company and felt like an idiot for paying for a system that was never correctly installed and had been running up my bill for three years. Some of you reading this can relate, I am sure. But I digress. Leal and his team were superheroes. Not only did the guys come out the same day and try to fix the broken ducts that were blowing air around the attic, but they fixed the entire system within the week and over one day. One day, I tell ya'! They were professional and worked happily; there was no complaining while on the job about not being paid enough or long hours. Also, they replaced all the old registers in the house with nice, new white ones that are energy efficient. Again, the old company didn't do this when they installed the new system in 2021. You don't know what you don't know until you know. And now I know. I was amazed and appreciative and felt lucky that I called Pros 360. The level of care and service is epic. They charged me $99 for the initial visit, which went toward the new work. They show up in nice work trucks and work fast. Within a matter of hours, the job was done. I am so impressed with this company. Moreover, the AC in my house has never worked better and my solar panels and the new ducts have reduced my electricity bill. These employees care, and Leal is in the business of service, not trying to make a fast buck and then leave customers stranded like the other company did. There was no effort to sell me on a plan, nor was it discussed, which I appreciated. I don't know what we would have done without Pros 360. I feel blessed to have found Leal; and his trusty, hardworking, professional team. Today, the tenant at my rental property called about a problem with the AC. I called Leal. He said he could be at the rental house after 3 p.m. This rarely happens with other companies. Leal has been at the house and suggested a cost-effective fix that is being installed tomorrow! Leal has got to be friends with Superman or Dead Pool, because he gets the job done. I'm not sure how he does it, but he is professional and helpful because he knows customer service and care create loyal customers. And loyal customers build strong brands and businesses that grow and thrive. So many businesses look to take advantage of people and make a quick buck. I can't tell you how many times I've been trusting and regretted it--kicking myself in the process. If you are trusting like me, you can find yourself frustrated and fed up with having people abuse your faith. Fear not. Have faith. Leal and his Pros 360 team will treat you like you matter, value your time, give you all options, work with your finances (important with the sky-high cost of everything now) and get the job done quickly. To be honest, five stars are not enough. I wish I could give 10 stars. (Hey, Yelp, can we talk to the star people about getting more stars for great companies like Pros 360? :-) Anyhoo, if you need help or guidance with your HVAC, call Pros 360. Leal and his team will not let you down. As a fiftysomething redhead with a hubby of 30 years; three kids; three cats; and one fluffy, needy Golden doodle (see photos) who lives in the San Fernando Valley, I am happy to refer Pros 360. Thank you, Leal, and your whole team! 10 stars to you from one grateful--and cool--family who are customers for life. Well done!

This isn't my first rodeo, and as a real estate professional I've dealt with a lot of HVAC companies. This was one of those moments that just left me shaking my head. I won't say that pros 360 are scoundrels. I won't say they attempted to take advantage of me as a customer during the height of a heat wave, or that those actions seem immoral. I'll simply state the facts. My normal HVAC guys were swamped with calls and unavailable. I used Yelp to find a company to service a leaking mini split. The technician did eventually show up (late, didn't do a great job of communicating how late they would be, but given the heatwave I can look past that.). They then quoted me $1700 for a repair plus the cost of gas. (The attached bid for $1600 included a $100 credit for the service call). I instantly told the representative that I could buy a brand new 12K BTU replacement unit for less than that, and that I knew the labor costs for this particular job should reflect no more than 1 hour of work. He proceeded to upsell me on a new unit for $2200. I was embarrassed for him. They then tried another pressure tactic, asking me if the technician should tell my tenant I didn't want to fix it for them, or if I was going to tell them myself. I dismissed his technician and sent them on their way. Fortunately, the next day one of my regular HVAC professionals was able to service the unit. The labor price? $250+ the cost of the gas. If you want to use this company, be aware that they may try to over charge for unnecessary services. I don't recommend you do business with them.

Marc and Ean were amazing…read more I had a issues with my garbage disposal and drain. They came over and took a look. They found the problem with my drain, fixed it and cleaned out the built up sludge. They also found a broken piece of plastic in the disposal. Like the other reviews said, they were very professional and personable. They gave me full transparency with what was going on with my sink. The next time something comes up, they will be the first people I call.

What started as a "simple" job quickly turned into a full blown oh-no-this-is-bad situation once our cast iron pipes and sewer line were inspected. From the very beginning, Marc was incredibly transparent, knowledgeable, and calm. He laid out the situation clearly, explained the risks, and gave us the facts, never once pressuring us. That alone earned our trust immediately. Marc and Ean are the kind of professionals you hope to find but rarely do. They're genuinely good people who clearly take pride in their craft. Communication was excellent at every step; calls, texts, in person, you name it. They showed up on time, kept everything clean, went above and beyond what was required, and treated our home with real care and respect. And let's be real for a second: they absolutely saved our ass. Big time. The work they did gave us peace of mind, and their pricing was more than fair, no upselling, no nonsense, no nickel and diming. Just honest, high quality work done right the first time. If you're on the fence or comparing companies, stop. Make it Drain is the real deal. Marc and Ean are true pros, and we wouldn't trust anyone else with our plumbing.
