I live in an apartment building and our leasing manager hired 360 Pros to update our AC controller. Diego was the technician that knocked on our door. Very polite (took off his shoes even) and quiet despite drilling into the wall. He also attached air flow probes to our vents to make sure nothing was inhibiting them. I found this company quite responsive and the service technician incredibly friendly. Called them because I needed a replacement gasket for a part on my heater. Although they did not fix the issue, it was my desire to have them send someone who was at least able to assess the replacement part required so as not to waste time nor money. Well, the low rating is because the part that was identified that needed replacing is apparently a standard item within heaters. Not something requiring a particular manufacturer's replacement brand as was suggested by the technician. Further, the gasket that was needed is a type of material which I rather easily obtained for $15. And I only found this out once a heating supplier was called. Pros360 advised they would gladly replace the entire heater for a boat-load of money but was unable to even advise what the gasket would look like if I merely wanted to correct the issue on my existing unit. Now, after searching and finding not only the gasket but the replacement part, let me say, I have no knowledge or desire to have knowledge about heating stuff, but this was really not rocket science. The gasket material was obtained and replaced on the sight glass and ultimately the entire bill ended up costing about $50 (including installation) and if I need to replace the part entirely - it is $44. According to the heating supplier, it's not a big deal and is a standard part. I don't mind paying for a professional's time and expertise. But, I now feel more like an expert than the people I paid to help me with this process. Why? Because if you do a simple Google or Amazon search for gasket and you know the part in question, it is fairly easy to assess how to quickly make a repair. Then, when you see the actual replacement part and have a look at the material, you can quickly come up with 1+1. However, it seems, while the tech was super-duper nice and friendly, I did not get someone who was as knowledgeable as desired (so stating because he couldn't advise what type of gasket would be needed for a standard heater part) and the focus was more on trying to up-sell into a higher priced unit and service contract and not help a customer merely repair an existing problem. Oh, he did want to make sure he gave good enough service for a 5 star rating on Yelp. I get it. This is just a good to know for me, for the future. I waited a long time to give the company a rating because I wanted to make sure the heater was fixed and on and not incorrectly identify the magnitude of the issue. Had I known then what I know now, I would have given them 1 star. Thankfully, I found a guy who is incredibly knowledgeable and charged merely for the 5 minutes it took to attach the gasket to the part and light the heater. He gets the 5-stars for his knowledge, honesty and exceptional use of time management. After much reflection and consideration of Pros360 service, this is the best rating I can come up with and only that is because the tech was so incredibly friendly. read more

They made recommendations to fit our budget and then the installation was quick and smooth. We especially love the care they took to make sure our home stayed clean during the process and to not mark the walls or the floors. All went according to plan. Four years later, the system is working perfectly, and it's maintained by Juan and Mynor -- both of them are excellent, they explain the whole process, and they take great care of our house during the maintenance (they even wear booties when walking around). We recently had maintenance on our HVAC system and had an excellent experience. Our technician was Eduard. He was knowledgeable, courteous and kind. He was on time and let us know in advance when he'd arrive. He treated our house like it was his own home. He followed covid protocols which meant a lot to us because we have a toddler in the house. He wore a mask and shoe covers. He took detailed pictures of the system. He even inspected our attic despite our warning that there was recent rodent activity. A big relief to us that he was willing to take a look and let us know if there was damage. Lastly, I really appreciate the office staff. I have used Pros 360 for several years now as part of a twice-yearly maintenance/Tune-up program. They are friendly, show up on time, and do a thorough job of preventative maintenance. Even better, they have saved my butt TWICE when the A/C wouldn't start due to a blown capacitor (which is one of those things that you can't really prevent). These events were about six years apart. Both times, it was the hottest day of the year. Even though they were swamped, they were able to get someone out to me the same day and fix the issue quickly and affordably. Other than those two capacitors, I haven't needed any repairs to my years old system, which I credit to their proactive maintenance program. I did have them replace a couple of small elements of the system that were not optimum (the doing of the original installers-a different company.) Pros 360 are my go to HVAC people. read more

So sad to write this review after 13 years of being a Pros 360 customer. They installed our unit around 2005 and we have been good maintenance customers with yearly check-ups since then. Unfortunately, this year we've had some trouble. An in-experienced technician made some wrong repairs in May and we haven't had a properly working system since then. After having a very heated conversation with Nisim, they sent a more experience tech and seemed to solve the issue. 2 months later, we are having problems again. I called Pros 360 to have someone come out and they said they have nothing available for 3 weeks. It's the middle of summer and we have been customers for over a decade. To me this said they aren't interested in our business anymore. Sad break-up. If I were you, I would call someone else. read more

I'm generally pretty skeptical about annual subscriptions / only get them if they really seem worth it. But I must say, the annual subscription to Pros 360 is SO worth it. They just came out today for the annual visit to service my AC units (they come in the Fall they come and service the heating units). Today the 360 rep who came was Juan, and he was so kind it made me feel like I had gone back in time to a different era of how people treated each other. From scheduling, to showing up on time, to handling the whole visit and sharing what he was seeing and doing -- knowledgable, conscientious and helpful. Juan and the whole team is great. And I feel like it's absolutely worth it being on their subscription. This way I don't forget maintenance (which I used to do...life is so busy). Ultimately this will save me in terms of the lifetime of the units, plus I'm never stuck cold or hot with them going out unexpectedly. Yay Pros 360! read more

This was a case of aggressive, way overpriced attempted upselling. Read on if you want the details. Hate to give a negative review, but with all the 5 star reviews combined with the fact that I found them on Yelp, I felt I had to post on Yelp so others are aware. Before posting my review, I called Pros 360 to tell them my observations to see if they had any comment. I won't paraphrase their response - I'll leave that to them. What happened: I initially called them out due to a dripping condensation pipe. The technician was very nice & professional, used nitrogen to clear the drain. No issue there. BUT... he came back to me and said "that unit is low on R22. R22 is not manufactured anymore due to concerns about the ozone, so it's expensive." "How much?" I ask. "$598". "Well, how much R22 do I need?", "It doesn't matter, we charge $598 per unit no matter what the volume." mmmm...doesn't sound right to me, especially with anything that is rare or precious. The tech then adds, "Oh yes, and the units also need a clean. We charge $318 for a chemical clean." I respond: "I have 3 units, is that for all three?" "No, that's the price only for one." I ask the tech "What's the actual pressure reading on the unit that needs an R22 top up?". He tells me "50 psi". So, I thank him & reflect, my gut instinct telling me the pricing seemed high. So I pick up the phone to Bryant, the air conditioning unit manufacturer, they give me a couple names of authorized techs (duh, maybe should have done this the first time). First guy tells me it would be $350 to $400 per unit, or $800 if all 3 need a top up of R22. Second guy tells me at 50 psi, it's $150-200 for a top up of R22 to bring it from 50 to around 70 psi, the optimal level. He also says that a reading of 50 psi is slightly low, but no big deal. Could do it next spring without issue. Remember, Pros 360 was attempting to get away with $598 to top up just the one unit which was only slightly low. I have one of the Bryant approved technicians come by and top up the R22. I ask him about chemical washing the units, telling him that Pros 360 wanted to charge me $318 per unit for a chemical wash. He laughs, says "Here's the chemical wash" grabs my garden hose laying nearby... "The chemical is called H2O (aka water). That will get you 92% of what a cleaning agent would do, and anyone looking at your units can see they're relatively clean, so that's all you need. Come back in 5 minutes - your chemical wash will be done. For free." Moral of the story. Beware of 5 star reviews. Do your homework, get some other opinions before trusting one technician. read more
