Mike was not only very professional, but did what he said and had a driver gasper, at my home in 45 minutes who was also great!!! Unfortunately Iil Pete's needs many more mikes and Gasper's instead of the disgruntled unhelpful agents I had the unfortunate pleasure to deal with earlier. One which put me on hold indefinitely soo I hung up after 27 minutes. It was over 4.5 hrs and was supposed to be there in 90 minutes. 4.5 hrs and tow truck still had not arrived. Called contact center numerous times. Was told driver almost there, 20 minutes away etc... Contact center called again when another hour passed and driver hadn't shown up. Then they stated driver to be there in 30 minutes that was over 2.5 hrs ago. Still no one ever picked up vehicle. Very disappointed in lack of care or reliability.

Arranged for towing services from my insurance company & they contracted these bozos (that was at 3:15pm & it's now past 7pm & still NO ONE has showed up! I've called several times & whoever answers just picks up & says, "SERVICE!"...how tf am I supposed to know if it's the correct #, if they don't identify themselves as a business when they answer?! Anyway, I explain the situation after waiting 2+ hours, & I'm just met with excuses ("Idk, I just clocked in") Then, false promises ("I'll look into it." "I'll have the driver call you.") Guess what? Neither happened after 1.5 hours more of waiting! Called back & he sounded annoyed, as if I *WANT* to keep calling or need a tow! ZERO apology, empathy, professionalism, or humanity!! It's now dark out, I'm alone in a mountainous, wooded area & STILL waiting for this mystery driver to show up! Lil Pete's really doesn't gaf about your time OR safety!!
