They have taken money from friends of mine and never finished their house. 90% done and they screwed them over. Everything has a lien on it. Even the damn outdoor toilet. It appears as they are taking money from customers through construction draws from Shephards Financial for the building of their own home in Grant, FL. It appears liens are being filed against them on their own home...so it appears that after they file bankruptcy the liens will be negotiated to nothing and they will have a free home. Because the owner is the builder and the builder is the owner. That's FRAUD. They are a bunch of crooks. I don't know why they aren't in jail. They have committed a fraud. So many liens filed by contractors that they never ever paid. Nobody will even bring a trash can to the property. The district attorney needs to intervene this company. They are crooks. I wouldn't even rate them 1 star. This is just my opinion.
