We purchased a 2022 21BH Grand Design. Right off the bat, we had a water leak issue. It was a Saturday and we were heading out the next day to camp. Called the facility directly, couldn't help us. Called the tech line, couldn't help us. They had us a call some jackass out of Milwaukee that was supposed to be a remote tech. When we called him, this smart arse just started the whole conversation off on a bad foot. After he notified us that he doesn't work Saturdays AND he's booked all the way through the first week of July, he Immediately accused us of not winterizing our trailer and that EVERY line was broke and It was our fault. *sigh* My neighbor, who has a 31 ft, told me when I bought it from then "Burlington RV" said I should have called him. They are the absolute worse with service. That being said, him and I started taking apart the area where the leak was. Welp!!! There it is. Shotty work by the manufacturer. A hot water line had popped out, cause they didn't push it in far enough. We removed the inferior product and replaced it with a quality connector. Do NOT buy from this company!! We have never received worst customer service than we did here. The sales manager was great but from the time the papers were signed, we got treated like garbage. Staff was trying to tell us what came with the truck we purchased years prior, when service told us the purchased everything we needed to haul our camper. No one would come service the RV before the 30 day mark when we encountered a leak. We called about the jacks getting serviced before 30 days and pretty much got told to figure it out ourselves. We just spoke with staff regarding winterizing the camper and covering it. We were told this isn't a make they sell, even though we bought it from them, to contact the maker regarding winterizing and that they couldn't sell us a cover. On our first day camping with our gorgeous Spirit Ultra Light which we bought fro Lazydays - the snap strap hold the giant hidden pantry closed cam open, causing multiple areas of damage!! We brought it straight back on the way home. A few days later we received a call - none of the damage is covered by the warranty because "straps" aren't covered!! This is our 4th camper, but our first one there (not our first rodeo) believe me it will be my last, I am spreading the word!! read more

Terrible service. Purchased my rv when this used to be Burlington rv, they transitioned to lazy days shortly thereafter. Our rv was brand new off the lot. Upon purchase, we were never disclosed any work that needed to be done. Imagine my surprise 8 months later when I get a call saying that parts were ready for my brand new camper. Turns out there needed to be work done. I dropped it off in June. At that time I also noticed that there was an issue with the flooring popping up. I mentioned it then and they looked in to it. It turns out the slide room was out of alignment. All of those things took 7 MONTHS to get parts and fix. Oh, and at month number 5, I got a letter in the mail regarding a recall for another item in my camper that needed to be fixed. Communication was terrible. And because it was there for so long, it needed to be winterized. They wanted to charge us for that! But they ended up not which was good. The communication between the issues going on with my camper to me have not been great. It has not been a great experience. Picking up the camper after the work has also been a challenge. I waited for 15 minutes until someone was able to even take my name to help me. I will never recommend coming here to purchase the camper or use their service department. The battery was dead upon pick up and they couldn't even test the slide room for us upon walk through when I went to pick up.. They wouldn't even try to work with us to try and test out the slide room. And to top that off, the exterior was visibly dirty. They didn't even try to keep it nice when they stored it. read more

Bought a Forest River 24rlxl and have had issues with sky light leaking and bubling on the roof and a panel had a half inch gap. The service dept. had it for over 5 months and failed to properly fix the panel and the leaky sky light. I was told at time of my purchase of a motorhome that it would have 3 inspections before I drove off with it. When we did an inspection before driving off with it I found several things inside the motorhome that were either broken or missing that needed to be replaced. When the tech was walking around the outside of my motorhome he was supposed to show me everything on it and explain the different components according to my sales person. He would open a cabinet and would say huh, what is this. I asked some questions and he would have to go in and ask another tech. I have had my motorhome for one month now and IF there was a so called inspection done, why did my son in law find the rear diff seeping and needing a new plug, I also will need to replace my brakes as soon as possible. We have been on our site for a week and the temps have dropped low enough to need the heat. Went to use the heat and it went out. Looked up what issues could cause that and the filter was one. Went to check the filter and it was coated in layers crusted on. That's not the only filter that was dirty. The air filter was trashed as well. We used the toilet for the first time last week with the cold temps and found out it was clogged. Had to do some serious snaking when we hadn't even used the toilet yet!!! It was clogged up from previous owners! So disgusted with the service department and the lies that the sales person told me because this clearly was NOT inspected and I already have a service claim in for repairs to the heat. So disappointed and DO NOT RECOMMEND!! One star for the sales guy who was very nice and helpful and one star for the financing department who also was very nice even though I was told lies. I have to convey this experience we had with a Grand Design dealer so others will not have a similar one. I gave Lazy Days RV of Milwaukee, in Sturtevant, Wisconsin, a last look at a couple of the other offers we had on a new Imagine 2970RL. I conveyed to them exactly what the deal was, and they said it was a go, they would match it. I clearly laid out with the salesman, Tyler, everything about the deal. We scheduled a time for us to come and do the paperwork. We went and got our trade out of inside storage, spent a few hours emptying it and lugging the stuff inside. Then, we took off of work a half day and were ready to head up about 50 minutes away. The Business Manager called me about an hour before our meeting and said they had good news, We were approved at a certain rate and my payment would be 20% more per month than the deal we agreed to. He said that the deal they agreed to was with $2,000 down. I have a trade in with huge equity in it. I NEVER AGREED TO NOR DISCUSSED PUTTING $2,000 DOWN! What SHYSTERS! Our credit is over 800 and they are trying to charge an enormous rate so they can make money off of it. That will be the last time I give a dealer the final look and, certainly, the last time I frequent Lazy Days RV. How to ruin what should have been an exciting day. I have two other dealers that have already agreed to this deal. My biggest issue is that they wasted our time and tried to cheat us. read more

We bought a brand new River Ranch from this Dealership in October 2021. Dave in their service department has been the only Rockstar in this entire RV Dealership. First, the sales lady did an ok job but there was a lot of miscommunication and you could tell she was new to selling RVs. When we arrived to pick up our rig we learned that some of the parts that were under warranty had not in fact been replaced as they had reported weeks earlier. It was our understanding that they had been replaced and it immediately put a sour taste in our mouth. This RV is our home for the majority of the time and now we have to make accommodations to take it to another Lazy Day dealer to get the hydraulic jacks replaced that should have been done prior to taking possession. That means we have to rearrange our work schedules, spend money on gas and most likely get a hotel room for an unknown amount of time if the other dealership can't get the replacements installed within a days time. Secondly, the financing manager (Andy) at this location is horrific. We were told we could not license our new trailer in the state that we are legal residents and have our truck and other vehicles registered because it wasn't a physical address. His reason for this was stated while we were signing the paperwork that he didn't think we would make our payments and probably would skip out on them. "I have reluctancy in doing this transition." Well the bank determined the decision of the loan not Andy! Andy has some serious customer service issues and he may need to be retrained on who pays his salary. Without customers, you don't have a business. I have 25 years worth of great credit and always on time with payments. Not to mention I probably make more in 6 months than he does all year stuck at a desk. So these types of comments were simply appalling!! Please do your homework and get everything in writing and make sure you look at other camper dealerships before you do any business with Lazy Days of Milwaukee. They were real nice when purchasing my RV but after getting home and going out on our 1st outing we had not had the water pump on 4 minutes before finding water running all over the floor which I found very unfortunate considering they told me how the RV was put through a inspection process and everything was good to go so they said . I lived four hours away so I did get it the water issue fixed . I asked if they could replace the one blown speaker and two cabinet struts to compensate me for the very poor inspection they had done . Needless to say I got the run around and now I'll just fix them myself . It would have costed them about 70 bucks and they couldn't even make good on that ! Worst customer service, and communication I've ever dealt with in my life. We bought our camper in 2020 it was Burlington RV at the time. Everything was great, until their service department got our camper. Getting it back from them is a nightmare, they literally had our camper longer than we had it. A girl named Laurin was our service rep. every time I called her for an update she made us feel like we were bothering her and annoyed by us. The first time we camped everything worked great, the 2nd time out we noticed a significant difference in our water flow. I brought the camper in to have them look at it. they kept in for weeks, then when I asked her for an update she was irritated and insulted my intelligence by telling me that the water pressure is not going to be the same as in my house. I told her that I realized that and that we noticed a huge difference from the first time we used the camper. She still insisted that there was nothing wrong, and that it was ready for us to come get it. I insisted they hook it up to water and show us that the pressure was fixed before we drove off. It was only then that the technician agreed that there was a problem and when they opened the floor they noticed that the water line was kinked. She never apologized and acted irritated that we were right. That next winter we brought it in for some minor warranty corrections and to have them winterize it. They kept it all winter, when we asked for an update late in the winter that year, they didn't have one in fact they could not find our camper in their system, it seems that Laurin somehow failed to transfer our camper in their new system when they changed over from Burlington to Lazy dayz. When we finally found this discovery nothing other than the winterization had been done, and low and behold we had a new service Rep. as well. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this company with your RV needs. The best thing they did was change their name to Lazy Dayz as it fits their customer service department perfectly!!! This last fall we took our camper to New Generation RV, and the service department was night and day difference. They gave us weekly status updates without even asking for one, what a breath of fresh air that was!!! read more

Our Wildwood Trailer had a few minor issues and we took it in for warranty work on November 3rd 2022. At that time the lady in the service department said 2 to 3 weeks for repairs to be completed. Then after calling to check on it, I was told supply chain problems and lack of service department workers was holding up the repairs. Then the winter weather made it hard to bring the thing home as i live 50 miles away. What ended up happening was the camper sat in thier lot for the entire winter. Five months. I thought they forgot about me! But as it turned out they installed a ladder at no charge. And the whole experience worked out fine and the 5 month delay didn't affect any plans to use the camper. Expect the service dept. to be slow, it worked out ok for us because of Winter, but if this would of happened during the short Wisconsin summer I would have been upset. My husband and I looked at a used camper here and it was so overpriced compared to the brand new fully loaded one we got from American Campers in Beckley West Virginia! Yes it was worth the drive to be treated like family and actually cared about. Southern hospitality is real y'all. If you want to be treated like family and not pay for overpriced merchandise make the extra drive to purchase out of state. American Campers even through in the sway bars and solar panels for free! While we have been on the road we have called them multiple times with questions and they are happy to answer and teat you as their own. We bought a barely used 17MKE form these guys. Drove all the way from Colorado to pick it up. Eric, the sales wizard, was awesome, as was the rest of their sales staff and service dept, which replaced a defective door catch and replaced a set of lost keys at no charge. Everyone there was friendly and professional. The only room for improvement I see is they need bigger bottles of complimentary water as the mini-mini bottles create too much plastic waste as you need at least 3 to equal a regular sized bottle. read more

What happened to the great service I received before Lazydays RV bought Burlington RV? Yes, this is a rant but I am so frustrated. The new phone system that Lazydays has is embarrassing. I am often cut off. When I call the call often goes to "corporate" and I ask what city am I calling. Really? I call the Milwaukee number and get another city? Geez. What is most frustrating is the lack of communication. I have called the service department no less than six times in the last two weeks (plus emails and texts) and heard absolutely nothing. Crickets! They have had my RV for six weeks and I have had zero response from them. I really loved working with Burlington RV, however, Lazydays RV will have to work extremely hard to retain my business (I will soon be looking to purchase another RV). This business has been a major disappointment since it has been taken over by the LazyDays Corporation. The waiting list to get RV service is months long, getting simple repairs takes weeks. So I bought an rv here, a used unit. The salesperson told us that they had completely overhauled the entire unit. The first time we ran our furnace the lights began to flicker and the kitchen cabinets became very hot. After investigating we found that none of the duct work was connected. So much for checking everything. So while everyone in the store is very nice,they seem to have a problem with honesty. Burlington RV had a trailer we were highly interested in. Feb 2020 we went & looked at it & talked with Jim Kirkman regarding any potential issues we may run into with a trailer this old. Jim made it known that the front cab seal had a leak that they had fixed & resealed along with replacing the interior bedroom ceiling which was affected by the leak & there were no other issues with the unit. We went back to the dealership a week later with my father to have another set of eyes on it. My dad immediately noticed a bad seal. So we sat down & started talking numbers & ensured the 1 seal we noticed was bad would be replaced, all other seals & slides would be thoroughly checked. I noticed an "as-is'" clause in the paperwork & we asked what would happen if we noticed issues coming from this leak they had fixed once the weather got nice? Jim told us to let him know & we'd work through it since it was still freezing out. We got the trailer home & I had begun to do some updating to it, we planned on new flooring & a fresh paint job. What we didn't plan on was extensive water damage. The vinyl on the wall where the "cab leak" was, was lifting off the wall nearly an inch. I cut the vinyl wall open to see what we were dealing with. It was a saturated, moldy wall. We talked to Jim & we decided we were going to repair it (since it was already missed when they had the trailer) we just needed some guidance as the entire wardrobe needed to be removed for a proper repair. We then found wet carpet, so sooner than we planned we removed all of the flooring, carpet & subfloor are saturated, we noticed one slide was incorrectly pitched letting in enough water to sound like a waterfall, the seal tape on the corner of the kitchen is nearly gone, & the bulb seal over the couch slide is half destroyed. We began searching for more water damage, we walked around the outside of the trailer knocking on all of the slide floors & immediately the bedroom slide floor sounded like cardboard, you could see the mold coming through the tarp; the first question I asked myself, "how was that missed?". We call Jim & leave him a voicemail with no return calls to follow. We took a trip to the dealership, Jim connected us with their Service Manager, Patrick. We explained everything that was going on. Patrick walked us through how to remove the slide & replace the floor, but that wasn't what we needed. We brought the trailer to Burlington for everyone to see it in person. Immediately Patrick was pointing out flaws in the seals, the mis-pitch of the kitchen slide, & then he mentions that Burlington RV saw a leak in the bedroom slide & replaced the top seal tape & further asked who replaced the ceiling because it's a mess. I'm sure anyone can imagine my frustrations at this point. We're walking through the trailer, my fiance is explaining what we need done to make it right at this point because these are things we either discussed having fixed or that shouldn't have been missed. We left the dealership & waited for a call back. A few days went by, nothing. We call the dealership to get in contact with the GM; Les Johnson. He explains that for the work to be done it'll be 15hrs of labor at $140/hr, excuse me, what? We go back & forth hearing comments such as "we don't have a pain & suffering account", "if you bought a house & the foundation had a crack would you go after your realtor" (I said no that's what a good home inspector finds), "this is the first time in 20 years something like this has happened" followed by "if I gave everyone who had issues money, we wouldn't be in business". Those are just a few. We flat out said we need something to settle on. Les agrees to kindly give us $500 off the service, still not satisfying this mess we're in, it's Thursday Les promised us a call back Friday. You guessed it. Friday came & went almost as fast as Saturday, no calls, no updates. So shortly before they closed on Saturday we again drove out to Burlington. We meet Les in person who gives us personal news & that's why he didn't call us back. We sit & talk with him for about an hour. I'll keep it short; he tried telling us that they only look at the plumbing & appliances on used units (so how'd they find & repair a leak? & why do I have a multipoint inspection sheet?), the slide being pitched wrong he "kindly" told us they don't take a level to it, however neither did we. & we aren't the experts here. For some reason he felt the need to let us know what the company makes after everything with a transaction is satisfied. I wasn't there to figure out how much money they make, we don't care, we want OUR problem fixed. Time passes & we learn we were sold a well known "fixer upper" & for whatever reason they "couldn't disclose" that information & our sales guy "misread us" for being the type who would love a project this big. Because us asking a dozen times about further damage wasn't a clear sign? They offered us $1,000 & at this point we took it & left. read more

We purchased a camper trailer 3 weeks ago and picked it up last weekend. Sales person was a pleasure to deal with but it ended there. We asked three times before signing the offer if there would be any "document fees" or "delivery fees" and were assured that there were none at this dealership. Then after we gave the down payment and went into to meet the financial manager there was a $199.00 document fee. We complained and both the finance manager and then the sales manager said "too bad, then just go away". The financial manager went on to say that "if you don't pay it won't be fair to all the others who paid". EXTREAMLY rude dishonest management. We ended up still going through with the deal for a hard to find camper. When we took delivery they assured us that the entire camper would be cleaned and waxed and that they would set up the electric brakes. They said they ran out of time and did not set up and test the brakes. They are not functioning properly so Now we need to make the 100 mile trip to get them repaired. When we got home we decided to check out the roof of the unit and it was not only not waxed but they only cleaned what they could reach from the ground and the roof was filthy And covered with algae and mold. Sales was good, have no problem with them. The service department, however, is pathetic at best. My 5th wheel was there for 4 months to do some upgrades and repair a slide that was not working. A list of the mistakes they made would be too long to post but here are the highlights: barrel locks were to be installed; one was installed almost correctly, another was installed incorrectly and another was not really installed at all. Slide parts installed were wrong ones, other parts were wrong size and all were installed incorrectly, took my RV to a well know and highly respected shop in Indiana and they literally removed 3 bolts on the slide mechanism by hand... they weren't even tightened down! On just the 1 slide that was worked on, this new shop identified more than 12 errors that were made in the "repairs". Communication throughout the 4 months was horrible... the only way I could reach service was via text and often times, it would take over a week to get a response (after calling the corporate office). The service we received from our salesman Steve was above and beyond what we expected, very knowledgeable and really helped us to decide on which one was right for us. Josh and Kelly did a great job detailing our unit for our pickup. And when we picked up the unit Dee went over everything thoroughly which was greatly appreciated since we are newbies to RVing. We had a lot of issues with our new trailer, both cosmetic and major repairs. Becca worked with the manufactures to an outstanding finish and took care of everything. This is the second NEW trailer I got at this place first one was ok but not big enough so we traded it in for a bigger one...we have had this trailer 2 years..last fall we happen to notice that the back wall was soft...(buy the way it was a apex they have the azdal walls will not rot) so went out there to talk to service about it...wanted NOTHING TO DO WITH ME ...out of warranty would NOT be under warranty any way water damage...so I ask how could this happen it was made with azdal should be rot prof ...O NO the back an front walls ARE NOT ..? When spent my $30,000 for this trail I was told it will NEVER ROT. So all they said was call the manufacturer an walked away from me...I ask if the could help pay to get it there they said NO ..NOT ARE PROBLEM ..not a bad answer for some thing I spent $30,000 on two years ago...so I DID pay to send it to manufacturer an got problem solve....BUT THIS DEALER DID NOTHING TO HELP ME... Left numerous voicemails.... then I spoke to the main operator and I told them nobody has returned my messages for days. Due to phones, closing was somewhat dysfunctional. Beware on buying a camper at Burlington RV. Purchased a brand new Forest River Camper. Picked it up on Wednesday and it rain Friday- Sunday. We went into the camper Sunday morning and it was raining in the camper. Water damage, possible mold, electrical problems are some possible problems that we can't see because of a seal that was placed on backwards. They fixed the seal and will fix the wood, however I ask for a new camper because that's what I purchased. The owner Pat won't even call me to apologize for the inconvenience. We made a trip up to look at a 2011 Newmar motorhome they had advertised. After checking it out and taking it for a test drive we negotiate a price we were both happy with and had a list of things that were to be fixed and or replaced that was all written down on the purchase agreement. The parts I was told were already ordered from Newmar and were coming in. We put $20,000 down and was given a delivery date of April 16th which was over two weeks from the day we signed the purchase agreement. WHEN our greatly anticipated day came it all went bad. Starting at the walk around and checking to see if everything had been fix or replaced we were disappointed. They never changed the oil, the three slides were suppose to be adjusted but were NOT, a tech took a picture of the slide assembly to send off to Newmar to see how to do it. The generator had been replaced because of a noise in the stator before we had looked at it and there was still the excess panel from the old one in the bay that you might of thought the cleanup crew might of cleaned it out? Back where the power cord is stored is where the phone and coax comes into the motorhome and the two flip doors were laying in the bay to cover them when we looked at it but now they were gone and not reinstalled. They did secure the water tank and reattach the sensors for the water tank but didn't bother to put the support board under the tank that Newmar installs from the factory. Once we got inside they hadnt installed the Newmar parts that were ordered to install the upper bunk that was missing and had started to frame with 2x4s a bunk bed nothing like we had agreed upon. The showerhead and hose was gone, the light above the sink in the bath was broke and laying in the sink when we looked at it was gone but wasn't fixed as the salesman told us would be. The drivers side wall panel was loose and spaced about a inch and a half away from the wall wasnt fixed and we noticed everywhere someone put dict tape it took off the finish of the wood. Instead of picking up a a new to us 2011 Newmar Canyon Star motorhome we were totally disappointed in this dealership. And after we purchased the motorhome they raised the price on Rv trader $10,000 But left the ad up. I think it's another one of their games. The owner did call and apologise for all our time and money in gas we wasted and how disappointed he was in his people and salesman. BUT A APOLOGY ISN'T A SOLUTION TO A PROBLEM. Because we had some special requests, we were blessed to work with the incredible Service Manager, Theresa Wardon, who cheerily and promptly accommodated every request we made. Even more impressively, the superior support we received from Mrs. Wardon and others at Burlington when we were on the road was amazing. Unfortunately while traveling southward, we had a road incidents causing damage to our RV. When we called Mrs. Wardon in the Service department at Burlington, she compassionately and expertly "jumped right onto" trouble shooting our problem and finding a way to get us repairs at no inconvenience to our travel schedule. Her efforts were highly successful and allowed us to continue our travel knowing that Burlington was watching out for us and that all would be taken care of in the best way possible without any worry or effort on our part. Additionally, Larry Dickerson in the Parts department worked very quickly to get the part we needed ordered and delivered to another RV dealer in the location to which we were traveling so it arrived before we did! Periodically Mrs. Wardon would contact us and make sure all was proceeding per plan and that we were well taken care of. On top of all this, the owner of Burlington, Tim Wegge, also became personally involved. He emailed us himself and oversaw that we were given first class service throughout our repair process. To say that we are pleased, impressed and highly recommend Burlington RV is an understatement. We did not buy one of their more expensive units, but the care from sales through service to support that we have been given is at the million-dollar level! Family owned, and they treat you like a friend of the family. We just purchased our 2nd RV from them. This one is used, 2010, the price was fair, we check other places selling the same year, make and model. The entire buying process was easy and without pressure. We now have both that we bought from them. The first purchased RV our daughter and her family uses and my wife and I will use this one. After the sale, Burlington wants you to stay in touch they offer great seminars on topics for your RV. Their service team are knowledgeable and helpful. They installed a 2nd Ac unit, tankless water heater, awning fabric replacement, added Fantastic fans, vent covers, all delivered on time at a fair price. What a fantastic place. This RV dealership is family owned and operated and it shows in the way that they interact and treat people. It's obvious to me how much they care about their customers. While everyone's experience may not be as great as mine, every person I met or worked with at the dealership, I truly believe they have people's best interests at heart. Sometimes there are circumstances out of our control, and they go through great lengths to ease the tensions and find helpful productive solutions. If you ever have a problem I recommend going straight to the management or ownership, as long as your reasonable, they will work with you and find a solution that you can be happy with. The worst customer service I have experienced in my life. They have had my trailer for three months for minor warranty repairs and will not return phone calls or emails. I have filed an official complaint with the Better Business Bureau and contacted the consumer complaints department of all four major Milwaukee television stations. I hope all the other unhappy people I have spoke to do the same. read more

terrible service department. We would NEVER buy anything from Burlington RV again. We had a new Jayco that needed warranty repair work and was left in their shop in September 2018 and was supposed to be ready in about a week. I finally picked it up the end of November (9 weeks later) and some of the work was not done correctly! The trailer had to go back again this spring (250 mile round trip for me) and the owner Tim explained they had over 300 open repair orders last fall and had difficulty getting to them. The service manager ,Patrick was minimally helpful. My trailer eventually even ended up missing some safety stickers and it took awhile to get those sent too. I have found RV places will only service what they sell, so be very very careful if you buy a RV from them. I have rarely written bad reviews, but they really were slow and difficult to deal with. We were traveling from out of town when our furnace stopped working in Yellowstone park. Our travel trailer is a Highland Ridge Open Range model 2410 and is only 3 months old. The temps at night were 38,39,37 I called the manufacture and they gave me Burlington's name. They told me contact them and set up an apt to have the furnace repaired. I called them and discussed my situation with a female service person. I told her I was willing to leave my unit for a week while we were in the Racine area. She proceeded to try and tell me how warranties work. Having owned 4 other trailers I already knew how warranties work. She told me she could get me in on September 29th. I told her I would be home shortly after the 29th. I asked her to have the service manager Patrick to call me. I called his voice mail 4 additional times before he returned my call. Patrick told me he couldn't help me because he was "slammed" with 150 units and only 10 techs. He then told me I could hire a Mobil RV repair person and pay him and get reimbursed. I told him to put that in writing but he refused. I then called Highland Ridge to seek their help. They told me they couldn't interfere with the dealerships scheduling because they are privately owned. DOES THAT MAKE SENSE? NO. I called my selling agent Richardson's RV in California. I spoke with Dale Hooper , VP , of service requesting any help he could offer. Dale called Patrick and left a message to seek a resolution of my situation. He also left several message. GUESS WHAT. Dale never received a call back. I was also told bY the female service writer I could go 3 hours West of Racine or to Illinois and they could "maybe" help me. YA WORKS FOR ME , NOT. All I can say Buyer beware. They will sell it to you but heaven help you if you need a repair. Being the only circus, yes, circus oh I mean RV Business , in town, the family business feels they can do anything they want to buyers. They better have a serious look at the negative ratings for they show how unhappy people are with their service. IF i could give THEM A 0 I WOULD. Just a heads up, if ya own a slide on truck camper and want to trade up no reason to contact these individuals. Straight up told me they didn't want my unit because they had no way to move it (why would you have to move it once it's in place). My husband and I really love this place. We took a long time and many trips here to decide what was best for our family and every time we were there the staff was super friendly, not pushy, and treated us like family. And when we finally decided to purchase the process was super smooth. Highly recommend. Especially for first time RV buyers.
