I got the cheapest options to take back to Charlotte in my cooler. I bought 1 lb of tuna ($23), 1 lb of XL shrimp ($16), and 20 of their $1 oysters in season. The gentleman generously gave me 24 oysters for $20. He also offered ice for my cooler. Customer service was excellent. I spoke with one of the regular customers while waiting in line and they highly recommended everything. I'm adding a photo of the tuna rice bowl I made. Thanksgiving two years ago, it was the only place in Savannah that knew what a crown roast was and how to do one! That used to be standard knowledge in meat markets. Truth is, we no longer have meat markets. We have folks who unwrap frozen cuts, package them and put them out. We do have two chain markets that try but they just aren't the same.
