The parking is located in the back and the entrance is easily accessible. While I walked in the lobby, the reception greeted and handed me some paperwork to fill out. I was then ushered into an examination room, sat on a chair and took off my shoes. The doctor came in and was very cordial, communicative and most importantly patient. He answered all my questions and assisted me with my concerns. Great experience overall.

Had she understood what her computer read, she would see I have met my individual deductible. She wanted me to pay what left of the family deductible. So she told me I need to pay $140 plus whatever services are rendered. That was upfront! I hadn't even seen the doctor yet. I knew I I wasn't responsible to pay for the office visit in full. As soon as I got in the car I called Blue Cross who told me that I was right. They put me on hold and called her and explained to her how it worked and that she should not have asked up front and taught her what she should have done. I did not return as I did not trust this office anymore. So please make sure you speak to your insurance company first and ask reception at the office to check:understand your insurance benefits BEFORE you drive all the way down there.

My daughter has been sick for over six months. I've paid for her to see the doctor to get medicine and the doctor has refused to give my Daughter medicine, claiming she has allergies. I told her the last time that I can't keep paying her not to get medicine. She said I can just call in and she will proscribe my daughter medicine. After my daughter getting sick again and again with a fever, I called the Doctor yesterday and the nurse said the Dr called in the medicine. I waiting for the pharmacy to call and found out this morning, on a Saturday, she never sent it in. I called the Dr and she stated she sent the allergy medicine to the pharmacy in our last visit, which we already picked up and have been using. At that point, the doctor told me I would have to pay for my daughter to see the Dr. again. I told her I can't keep paying her to not treat my daughter and got into an argument with her, because her solution was for me to get a different Doctor. Now, after six months, I'm in the ER with my daughter who has a fever, high blood pressure for the infection and ex rays to make sure this continued non treatment has not cause pneumonia. As I told the Dr. over the phone, she is a terrible human to take peoples money and refuse to treat them. I will be making a written complaint against her license to n Monday.

Then when we finally get in to see the doctor, he confirms the diagnoses we had received from Foothill Presbyterian two days before -- Croup. Then this friggin' guy goes on to tell me that we need to go back to the ER, because he "can't in good conscience send us home" because the baby "could stop breathing and he didn't want that on his hands." He said we needed an xray of his throat and chest immediately or he could die. SERIOUSLY? We go back to Foothill and they immediately start questioning what the hell this dude was talking about. We are in the ER for an hour and they were able to do 10x more than this doctor did. They confirmed he was NOT AT THE RISK OF DYING, and not to worry. Seriously? I am done with all these damn scare tactic doctors and these false doctor reviews. What a JOKE!! Don't go here! PLEASE!! I am changing doctors immediately.

So far no bad experiences with the therapist. My issue is with their schedule and communication…read moresystem. Here are some issues I've occurred. 1. I've been on a waitlist for an afternoon appointment since June. No follow up. I've given up and just kept my regular schedule. 2. They have an automated text reminder. 3 times I received it and emailed them to confirm because the therapist told me she'd be out that day. Once I showed up and was told their new therapist doesn't start until a week later. Despite me getting the reminder from them. 3. I called for a day of the week change and was told they need to confirm the therapist availability and that they'll call me back once it's confirmed. I never got that call. 4. I had some problems with FSA where their receipts aren't accepted and they told me they would change my receipt from ST to say speech therapy. That never happened. Anything schedule related I just settled and work around the day he has. As far as FSA I go in have have them print me a detailed itemized receipt. Overall if you need something done and they can do it then and there, it'll be done quick. Phones and emails gets answered quickly. And you get a fast response. The problem is with their follow up and follow through. Interesting for a place that teaches speech has poor communication themselves.
