The entry way in to the parking lot is through an small alley, and if you don't don't keep your eyes open, you will definitely miss it (which I did), and the street construction and Orange cones didn't help much that day. Once I arrived, I was greeted by Marc at the window and he had asked me to wait about 15 minutes in the waiting area since he was helping out other clients ahead of me and from what it looked like no one else was there. Mind you, being in a tiny room with a fussy 1year old is pure good times. 20 minutes later, had called me in with my boy.
