Chris went way out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed for my repair project. It's safe to say, they know more about my RV than I do. And I've had a few over the years. I'd drive past a dozen places, to come back to this one.

My entire experience with this particular General location was incredible from start to finish. I will start with my first text messages and meeting with my sales manager George. He was knowledgeable, patient, supportive, personable, and reasonable. He was absolutely stellar during both the negotiation process and the closing process. He made me feel like family the entire time and definitely left a lasting mark, that will keep me with General for all of my future RV needs. Samantha, who did the walk through the day of my delivery was also awesome, sweet and thorough. I was running 2 hours late (out of my control) and she was flexible and kind about it, showing me nothing but smiles and grace! She even set my puppy and I up to stay the night in their lot, since my drive that night was going to be 4 hours and I was exhausted. Safety first with this bunch! Ryan, who not only perfectly installed my weight distribution hitch (with several roadblocks due to my negligence with a trailer hitch key AND my tardiness) but also went above and beyond with sharing his personal RV experiences/tips/tricks. His technical expertise was comprehensive and meticulous. He was also SO loving to my puppy, who I had to bring with me that day...making sure she stayed cool in my truck. Even when he was finished with the job, he brought her water and love while I was inside with finance. He walked me through my entire list of questions that I had the next day, still tweaking a few things to make sure my rig was perfection and that I understood every nuance. Now that is incredible customer service! I also want to through props to Tom! While on site, I had some mechanical issues with my new truck (which was my tow vehicle). He went out of his way to make sure that my vehicle was safe to drive home, as well as taking his precious time (it was past closing time) to educate me on the problem, how to remedy it, and how to discuss it with my mechanic who sold it to me...making sure I understood their liability and how to approach the situation to be successful. GRATEFUL! This is a long review because I am still feeling SO much gratitude for my experience with General RV in Winter Garden. I feel like not many customers get to say that after making a major purchase like this. I usually hear horror stories and this experience from start to finish, was like a dream. Thanks ya'll!! Lily and I will be back for sure!

The first response regarding the price was just giving me the same price so I questioned what is the get best price button? I was told by Kevin that would be $500 off. I asked very detailed and specific questions regarding final out the door, price terms and interest rate. He only responded with the out the door price of the RV so I didn't respond. Then I started receiving text messages from Devon asking if I wanted to move forward. Again, I said I needed to know the terms so I could decide how I wanted to finance it. Devon only quoted me a monthly payment of $329-$359. I didn't respond. Again, I was asked if I wanted to move forward with the purchase. So again, I asked what is the interest rate in term? Devon responds with 8.9% for 180 months.!!! I respond with the figures and that none of that math adds up. Then this morning the sales manager James Spallino starts interjecting in the text thread and is extremely rude. Calling me out like he's smarter than me talking about something totally different. Very unprofessional and totally uncalled for. There are thousands upon thousands of RVs for sale. You would think as a sales manager, the goal would be to get one sold. Instead of trying to be little or intimidate somebody into buying, his role should be high-level customer service with the ability to understand and communicate financing options and negotiate the best deal for the customer. The one portion of the text chain below should give a good idea

They're a locally owned business that offers both for purchase and rentable options. We opted for the coachmen leprechaun rv that slept 5 of us very comfortably. The process was smooth, educational and comparably priced to others out there. The rv was clean, in good condition and ready to go. Pick up takes about 30 minutes due to instructions and ensuring all rules are known. The drop off took 1 min. Park, drop the keys and go. We'll be back!

They are in the process of a big expansion project, so they will have a lot more inventory soon. The store had recently opened, and we found out that they had a lot of new year-end models, so we got a really good deal since they wanted to sell it and get new inventory! They even included an anti-sway hitch system and $300 worth of things you need to have for your RV, such as wheel chocks, toilet paper, hoses, and tank enzymes! Everyone there was really nice and answered all of our questions. If they didn't know the answer, they found out! I thought it was great that they take a couple of days to do a thorough inspection of the trailer and make sure everything works before you can take the trailer. We did notice that some trim was damaged, and we're waiting on it to arrive from the factory and get fixed. Hopefully, this will be done soon and without issue since it's covered under warranty. Rating from F to A+++, they get an A+++.

We left with damage to our camper, an inoperable A/C and softstart, and no confidence that any of the work was actually done. We paid about $1000. The tech damaged the outside vent trying to get at the a/c unit (when this was unnecessary). The tech damaged the wall, trying to remove the table. The tech incorrectly wired the softstart making the a/c inoperable. The tech lost a couch button cover (later recovered in the a/c storage area). All the work was sloppy, with no respect to the camper. No attention to detail. No work quality. Leftover pieces and parts from the work and tools were just left in the camper when we picked it up. Dirty hand prints were everywhere. Cabinets were opened. When we returned the camper to say the A/C and softstart were not working, they held it for a week, claimed nothing was wrong, and returned it to us still broken. And they did nothing to offer recovery for the other damage they did to the camper. There was no way we were bringing back a third time. We took it home, researched the error, opened the A/C up, and found that the wiring was incorrect, and we fixed it. The tech attached the camper white wire to the softstart blue wire. It should have been the camper white/blue wire to the softstart blue wire. This is terrible service and incompetence. Good luck to you if you choose to use their services.

I bought a 45' coach from Quality Motor Coach a little over a year and a half ago. I live in Oregon…read moreand the coach was in Florida so communication, general knowledge and photos were extremely important for me to feel comfortable sending a deposit, fly to Florida and expect to drive the coach 3000 miles home without difficulty or disappointment. I have a 25 year background in the yacht industry and am a diesel mechanic so RV's are very familiar to me because they use very much the same components in their assembly and day to day operation. After talking to Gary several times I could tell that he had more knowledge about these coaches than any average salesman, he's basically an RV technician that sells motor coaches, not a car salesman selling RV's. This knowledge base allows him to not only to understand every aspect of the coaches for the buyer but also allows him to buy the finest quality coaches at the best prices for his dealership. When we got to Florida he had his wife pick us up at the airport (very nice) and when we arrived at the dealership it was late so we just got comfortable in the coach and retired for the evening, he also had a mini van there he offered us to use to go eat and get groceries and supplies for the trip home. The next morning Gary and I went over the coach (a little more thoroughly than he expected I'm sure considering my background) and found a couple of problems even he didn't know about. He had already changed the engine and generator oil for us at no charge because he wanted us to have fresh fluids for our trip home. We stayed on the coach at the dealership for a couple days while we sorted out the issues completely to our satisfaction at no charge. After spending some time with Gary wrenching on stuff and checking out his shop, meeting his family and understanding his knowledge he and his brother have in heavy equipment, truck bodies, construction, body and paint, it's not hard to feel comfortable buying from Quality Motor Coach. We have sold our house and made the coach our primary residence and had not only no problems with the coach not only on the trip home but none since, VERY HAPPY!

They offered me a very fair rental rate and a primo spot I was able to access 24/7....a rarity in many places! I was thinking about possibly doing a consignment deal to try to sell my 2015 Winnebago Era 170 while I was there, so the guys went through my unit thoroughly and gave me an idea of what it was worth. No hassle and they let me think it all over for a couple of weeks. No pressure. I decided against a consignment sale and opted instead to continue to drive it for another year. I'm headed back in a month for my annual trek. I wouldn't consider storing my unit anywhere else. Great guys who make customers feel like family. Who knows, I just might do that consignment deal this year!!

I was happy with the final price and they did a very thorough walk thru with me showing me how everything worked and fixed any of the things I found wrong which was mostly superficial broken things like trim molding, plastic parts, etc... after getting it home I started encountering more issues that my test drive didn't reveal but I don't really think it was intentional on their part. I did the needed repairs and got it ready for a trip to Montana. I bought it during the dry season and about a month after I purchased it, we started getting very heavy rains everyday. About 100 miles into my 6000 mile trip out west while filling up the gas tank I noticed a very small deformation on the front side of the nose cap. There was a stick on reflector where it was protruding and I pealed it back to reveal a quarter size hole in the fiberglass right at the seam. I put a piece of tape on it and kept driving. We made it to GA and the tape had pulled off and the side panel was swollen and pulling back from the corner seam. I bought some incredibly strong "as seen on TV" waterproof sealing tape and taped over the hole and the seam. We did not want to cancel the trip over this but it was extremely nerve wracking because I was afraid that side panel was going to start ripping off. We kept an eye on the tape and added more as needed but the air pressure was causing the swelling and delamination to get worse. By the time I got home it was swollen all the way back to the bunk window. I called a delam repair company and they told me it would probably cost 5-7 grand to fix it! I was completely devastated as I still owe 22 grand on this thing. After further research I figured out that the stick on reflectors were added to cover the hole as they were not on any other Greyhawk I saw for that year. I brought it back to RV World expecting them to tell me to kiss their ass and that it was sold as is. They were very calming and said that they would try and fix it for a lot cheaper than what I was quoted and only charge me what their costs were. They had my RV for a month and when they called me to tell me it was done I was expecting them to say it was thousands of dollars to fix. The water damage got into the overhead bunk and all behind the panel. They had to replace a lot more than we originally thought but they fixed it right. They replaced the bunk, had to pull the bunk window and replace the panel behind it. It was a major repair and they did a great job! I couldn't be happier and they didn't try and rip me off or even charge me what the repair was worth. They took great care of me even though they had zero obligation or anything to gain.
