I found this place by DEFAULT. I was gifted gift cards for a mani/pedi for a competitor nail salon. I was searching for a pedi place and the place I had gift cards for had no walk-ins available. I searched on Yelp and it lead me here! My first experience, I had a mani/pedi. I was more than pleased...$40 for both. I typically don't do a mani since I change my nail color on a Daily. But I was quite pleased that they did a phenomenal job on my feet! I am kind of picky when I have to pay for my nails and I never have any complaints here. For instance, I like for my nail color to go to the edge of my nails and for them to make sure I don't have the color bleeding onto my skin. I wanted to like this place! I went in yesterday for a gel mani/pedi. The entire service took 2.5 hours, which feels a bit long for very basic services. My manicurist wasn't very nice - while doing my cuticles she cut a bit deep and drew blood. When I instinctively drew my hand back a bit, she squeezed it hard, yanked it back, and continued without acknowledging what had happened. Less than 24 hours later, my nails are already chipping. I have three chips on different fingers, and the polish on another is bubbling and lifting off of the nail. If I lived nearby, I would just go in and show them. Unfortunately, i live an hour away (I was in Roseville running errands when I got them done), so I essentially just threw away $50 for the mani. I don't have high hopes for the longevity of my pedicure. read more

i am absolutely disgusted with this horrible nail salon. i went here with my mother and my sister and its was okay service the workers were some what chill but the over all nails were very bad and the worse part is that i got a horrible infection on some of my nails, who ever did my nails u did a terrible job, not only did u do a terrible job ur disgusting tools infected me. luckily my sister didn't get this infection. i am so disappointed, this is unbelievable and unacceptable. I am a regular customer of 5 years. I get my nails done every 2 weeks. Although the shop is clean and the lady that does my nails does an amazing job, the customer service is consistently disappointing. Recently, I received a fill and polish change on my feet (not acrylic) my total came to $80! How?? I am there every two weeks on the dot. I pay $37.00 for a fill and $10 for polish change. When I questioned why it was $80, they replied that the prices went up. So the prices doubled? They were rude and dismissive. They don't give you eye contact when they talk to you. They mumble with their already broken English, so you're constantly asking them to repeat themselves. I asked them why they haven't informed the customers that the rate changed. They ignored me. There are no signs of a rate increase and no price list posted. As a regular customer that has been loyal and tips very well. Their disregard for customer sustainability is a clear indication that we as customers are disposable. They can care less if we return or not. They'll just get new customers. There's a lot to be said about the way business owners treat you. This is a nail shop that doesn't value their customers. After 5 years of going there I'll be looking for another shop. It's not worth the horrible customer service and negative energy. The takeaway- Don't spend your money where you aren't welcomed. read more

5+ stars for nails 1 star for pedicure services! Well about 10th time trying on the pedicures. This time I didn't want a soak, scrub or massage. Kinda a polish change & clean up. She used a drill on my toe cuticles for maybe 30 seconds , cut 2 toe nails did 1 coat of polish than slapped on a top coat. Maybe 5 minutes total time in the chair. After my AMAZING nail services as always with Billy, looked at my toes & you couldn't even tell there was a shine with topcoat! I'll be honest. I've had some awful nail experiences. I went in not expecting much at all. But Lily, did such a wonderful job. She was so meticulous and detail oriented, a couple other workers came to help get the perfect glitter for my set. This set I've been dying to get for over a year now and she blew my expectations out of the water! I don't get my nail done often but now I know my go to place. You have a vision, you get that. I came to this place because of its 4star reviews. I showed my manicurist a picture of what i want. It was a darker red and gold. She said they do not have any dark reds, so I did a bright red. I wasn't happy but whatever. Then she cut the skin on my finger. Later on, when it seemed like she was finishing it up, I asked her about the gold color. She said she had asked me and I had said no. Well, I must have misunderstood or didn't understand her. She said she doesnt usually do it but she will add the gold for me. The gold didn't even look like the picture i showed her. I was not happy. My first pedicure in months since the lockdown. Had some messages back and forth with the owner over a couple days and finally got an appointment for Sunday morning. You have to wear a mask and it's cash only. It's small and crowded inside especially cause they have clear plastic dividers between each pedicure chair. The lady who did my pedicure was a little rushed and messy during the massage and exfoliation, but my toes ultimately turned out good (and they were in bad shape ). Well, this is a mixed review. 1) appointment's are 30 min late due to booking issues and lack of staffing they said. Okay. I get it. I understand things just reopened. No loss of stars there and no issues even waiting 30 minutes. It's not my favorite thing, but I get it. 2) Wish staff wore name tags. Why don't they wear name tags? 3) The gentleman helping all the customers when they come in, started my pedicure, wish he didn't. I do not think he was qualified to do pedicures. He was so distracted and talking to the employees and clients as they walked in. He removed my polish, and scrubbed my foot quickly with a yellow scrubber. That's when he cut me. He was so preoccupied he didn't notice so I pulled my foot away. I pulled my foot away twice more with the other foot since he was so rough. You can also see the bottom of my foot in the photo too. Like I didn't even have a pedicure. My heel hurts so much now. It's been two hours. I took this photo in front of the salon before leaving. It is like I didn't even have a pedicure! 4) reason for stars: Tammy finished the pedicure (polish only and lotion/massage) she was sweet. She also did a manicure. Also done well. I was really looking forward to a pedicure after 12 weeks. It was a big deal to come out with my friend and have a relaxing time. Times are tough, money is tight. I will start out with the good. I loved my pedicure she was amazing, she made my feet look wonderful and she gave a really great massage. But my nails are just so off. They are straight on one side and rounded on the other. Even the gel is off one side is longer. I tried to tell her it was off but she kept trying to fix the side that was good and I just gave up.
