Had it not been for Steve, we would've missed our flight. We got picked up on time and professionally the first time with ProTrans and we decided to rebook for the return to the airport. Unfortunately, the snow had different plans causing havoc on the freeway. We used ProTrans for our group of 11 as a roundtrip from the airport to Park City. Even with a delayed flight, they were on top of it and we were so surprised at how quickly they arrived once we had our luggage. So easy! Lauren was a great driver, friendly and laid back. On our return to the airport, Josh picked us up from downtown Park City. He arrived early, and helped with the Tetris puzzle of loading all of our gear in the van with ease. I was very disappointed in Protrans. I used them going from SLC to Deer Valley and they were great. I called them to pick us up in Deer Valley for our flight home and were very disappointed--- they never picked us up. I had called the day before leaving the ski area to arrange for a pickup. The person I spoke with confirmed everything., even my credit card number to make the charge. Apparently, the person never put in the request and no one came to pick us up. Luckily another company was at our hotel and we made our plane. I called Protrans the next day and they said they had a record that I called, but no record of booking the ride. I told them I did book it and the person on the phone confirmed everything. Since we did make our plane, I would have been satisfied if the person I spoke with said she was sorry, it was there mistake, and she would speak with the owner. But instead, she blamed me for their error because I should have known they would send me a confirmation email. This company needed to understand that I was not aware that a confirmation email was needed when the booking was the day before. read more

My experience with Protrans was excellent and when you consider the price charged it was incredible. I reserved an SUV for 5 people with luggage from SLC to Park City. Once we received our bags at baggage claim, we called Protrans notifying them of our arrival and they showed up curbside within 5 minutes. The driver was helpful, polite and friendly and we enjoyed our ride to Park City with him answering our tourist questions along the way. It was a safe, comfortable ride. After our week in Park City, we reserved a return trip to SLC. Interestingly, our driver called to say he was going to be late. At first I was concerned but then he explained "I'll be about 5 minutes late". I chuckled to myself because who calls about a 5 minute delay? I thought that was extraordinarily considerate for him to call and state he would be 5 minutes late. Most would not bother but the Protrans driver made that effort which I appreciated. It turned out he was only 2 or 3 minutes late (but who's counting, right?) The return trip was just as good as the first trip. The only advice I could give to Protrans would be to never take your success for granted. You are doing an excellent job and as long as you continue doing what you are doing, you'll enjoy many repeat customers. My advice to customers - reserve your ride as early as reasonably possible. We waited a little too long and had to leave about an hour earlier than we wanted to return to SLC. Great job! Keep up the good work! read more
