The 2 stars is for the receptionists are always pleasant even if they are shining me on. The man who came to measure was nice, quick, and wore a mask in the house and answered all of our questions (just not how much- still waiting for that). It is a shame I'd actually respect the company if they could just be honest and say we aren't taking new clients, we are X weeks backed up, or we don't want to come out to your town instead of stringing me along to wilt in the heat.
