He lives far and I was impressed that he was still willing to drive over and help us. Mike is a highly competent technician. He was able to diagnose the issue with our boiler and narrow it down to one of two possibilities. After ordering parts, he came back, as promised, to complete the job. We finally have a working boiler. Mike is a great and kind guy. He's honest, respectful, friendly and reliable. He won't let you down. I appreciate that he kept in touch when he was en route. They help trouble shoot simple things over the phone and are quick and responsive when someone needs to come out. I had a an emergency today (my heat went out), a Saturday, and the on call technician (Anthony) came out quickly and was very thorough in checking everything out and ultimately found the problem. The house is now heating back up. I had a similar emergency years ago when my water heater burst and they were equally responsive and helped me also get a clean up crew out.
