So unfortunate to say that this was the least accomodating service we've experienced in the Atwells Group. Doreen was our server. We were a reservation party of 12 and asked to have 3 separate checks BEFORE we even ordered anything for the sake of the server's organization. She refused and said it would be too much and too complicated when we were the only table aside from another 10 top that arrived 30 min before us (we knew because we are friends with the party but our reservations were not related). After we finished and paid, we learned that the other table was accommodated with separate checks. Every encounter with Doreen seemed to be an inconvenience for her. We had to ask to have our bottomless mimosas filled. The sister restaurant, Federal Taphouse, is so well trained and on top of mimosas. We we're not checked on after our food arrived. Unfortunately, the most efficient and friendly part of Doreen's service was after the single (not split) check was dropped, then cashed out and delivered with a smile. PBB - if you want to appeal to the college student demo - specifically PC - you need to up your service standards and be more accommodating for college students spending habits (i.e. splitting bills bc most students don't have credit cards). $15 bottomless hits the price point, but you can't put a price on service. Ordered delivery on a Wednesday night: two custom burgers with onion rings and fries. Onion rings and fries were obviously the premade frozen kind. How do you go calling yourself a burger bar & serving premade frozen fries & onion rings?? Both burgers were wrong, the single party was a double & the double a single. Paid for bacon jam and havarti cheese, received maybe a teaspoon of diced bacon fat & American cheese. The quality of the burgers themselves was super underwhelming and reminded me of premade frozen patties you get at the supermarket. Wish I ordered 5 guys instead because I wouldve gotten a better burger. Spent way more for this order than it was worth. read more

This was, genuinely, the worst service I have ever experienced at a restaurant ever. Walked in and sat a table of 4 of us total. Not one person came to our table for at least 20 minutes for drinks, utensils, nothing. There were at least 4 servers walking around and it was not that busy, mind you this is Saturday night so they should be expecting more of a crowd. Had to walk over to the manager and tell him we'd been waiting, and even then the service was pitifully slow. Food was so subpar. Truly the worst service I've ever seen, it was almost satirical. Would give this place negative stars if I could and I honestly think they should not be able to operate. They fill up with underaged kids every weekend and serve them without question. Wow. I placed an order through doordash and I usually have very low expectations on how the food is going to turn out, but I was beyond impressed. Everything was still hot and quality was great. I ordered the diner burger, and although it was incredibly messy since it was swimming in brown gravy, it tasted amazing. The mess only made it that much better. The real highlight for me were the crinkle cut fries. Crisp on the outside and soft on the inside with the perfect amount of salt and flavor. Normally I expect delivery fries to be soggy, bland and disappointing. These were absolute perfection. Next time I am in the area again, I will be checking out a different burger from PBB. read more

Customer service was very good. Unfortunately, the food was not. We ordered Mac & Cheese bites, Parmesan Garlic Wings, Bacon Cheese Burger, PBB Burger, Fries, and a Chicken Sandwich. The Parmesan wings would've been great if they weren't so salty. The burgers were regular. Nothing to really brag about. Mac and Cheese bites seemed to be made with the .99 cent Kraft Mac and cheese. The chicken sandwich was regular. My family loves fresh cut fries. These ones tasted like they were burnt or the oil needed to be changed. We had two spirits as well for a total of $71.00. We live in Wisconsin and were on a 10 day trip of the north east. We accidentally came to this place because we couldn't find the place we were looking for. What a great mistake. We wanted to watch the Cowboy game and the gentleman the greeted us told us he'd put it on wherever we sit. Almost before we got to our seats the game was on. We then stayed for about 4 hours and the food, drinks, service was amazing. I wish this place was in Wisconsin! The gentleman that met us in the beginning also came over and chatted with us for awhile, unfortunately I do not remember names very well but he was either the manager or owner. Best burger spot in the Providence area. The menu is simple yet perfect and to the point. Management and staff are very friendly and curtious. FIRST OFF WE AINT EVEN BURGER PEOPLE. This place exceeded my expectations in almost every aspect. We ordered the diner burger, the pbb burger and the loaded nachos for take out. Order was ready to go and brought out to my car in 10 minutes. Zoom so fast. Burgers were cooked hot and perfectly, veggies were crisp and the garlic aioli add on for the pbb burger was bursting with flavor. The diner burger came with a perfectly runny egg and crisp bacon. Each burger came with a large side of crispy and salty fried that were delicious as well. Total cost was only $35 which was a pleasant surprise. The only downside to the experience were the nachos. Hands down worst nachos I've ever had as everything on them were canned. But hey this place is a burger place not a Mexican restaurant so can't be too harsh. read more

This company blatantly steals from you by charging you a convenience fee of $4 for picking up your food if you order online but if you go inside the bar and you order and pick it up there's no convenience fee. Picking up your food is picking up your food. Why are they charging a extra fee. It's stealing. I have ordered from this place many times, recently I guess due to the shady customers they have this rule or whenever they make it up. A few weeks ago I ordered food for my kids at 2:30 pm and I was told that I needed to pay first before I can place a pick up, two days later I ordered again and I was able to pay inside, the girl that help me was so sweet she even brought my food to the car considering that I have small kids. Obviously I tipped her generously seeing this was a pick up. Today I wanted to order and was told that I had to pay first. I wanted to pay cash and was told I need to come in it's fine, the manager that's working tonight I can say politely hung the phone up on me telling me that's how their system works and I think that's crap, more importantly I express that It's cold have to take my kids out and I don't want to sit in the car waiting 10-15 for food. If this is a rule make this all the time not sometime. Bad business they just lost a good customer and I will make sure to tell everyone I know about how politely rude she was. I've worked this business for 20 years and never have I ever experienced this. You can take my order in the day but nothing at night. Btw my order was going to be $80 or more was looking forward to the food, food is okay but no one wants to be outside a bar if I really don't have to. If my husband was home it would be fine, guess I will keep going to ladder 33 next door.
