I bought a whole new set for the season and Alex was so patient with me and my child. We ended up spending a lot of time with Alex and he answered all of our questions. We are highly satisfied with our purchase (skis/helmets/goggles/poles/boots) and our rentals from here! We recommend this place over and over again. Remember to bring cash to tip your ski pro! There were 4 in our group and we were paired with a couple other parties for a total of 7 or 8. Our instructor was super friendly and helpful, made sure we were safe and showed us all the best spots/views. It was cold at the top, so be sure to bundle up! 2 hour was the perfect duration for us as we started to feel the cold and tire out/get hungry. I took a jet ski to him several years ago to figure out why it wasn't running and he told me that it needed a new motor and that it was going to be $1800 I got him the money and after a few months of not hearing from him I started asking questions. He came up with every excuse under the stars as to why the motor hadn't shipped. After almost a year I was finally able to catch him at the shop that he had on north Washington street and took my jet ski back to my garage wanting my money returned but he claimed to have to motor. I told him that I wanted the motor and he kept saying that he couldn't just give me the motor because he had to have a core. He claimed to have it in a storage unit somewhere. I never did see my money or the motor but eventually found out that I had a bad starter relay that was fixed for under $200. I have tried for years to get a hold of this pond scum of a business man with no success the one time he answered once he found out it was me he simply hung up. Save your money go to a reputable dealership not this worthless piece of crap that just wants to rip people off.

Their service team and techs are top-notch, and the custom work came back looking completely factory-done. Pricing was fair as well. I later consigned a bike through them, and they were quick to get the listing online, kept me updated throughout the process, and handled negotiations professionally. The sales staff was consistently friendly and attentive, and I even ended up finding a bike there for a friend who also had a great experience. Since then, I've gone back for advice on another bike I was considering consigning, and they were generous with their time and knowledge. I wanted to leave this review because I was genuinely surprised their rating wasn't higher when I looked them up again. I've owned quite a few motorcycles over the years and have worked with dealers all across the city. None have been as consistently pleasant and professional to deal with, including their European-brand neighbor. If they have a bike you want, you'll be treated right.

I took my MT07 to Vickery Motorsports for a recall. Months later when I went to do my own oil…read morechange, the drain plug was stripped and the filter was so overtightened it caved in trying to remove it. They agreed to fix the drain plug, cool. Got the bike back -- now it's leaking oil. Took it to an independent shop for a look. What he found (pic attached): the helicoil they installed is visibly crooked, and there were still metal shavings sitting in the oil pan. Filter was overtightened again. Called Vickery to discuss. Their response was essentially "that was our best guy, he double checks everything" with no explanation for the shavings or the crooked repair. No offer to cover the cost of having another shop redo their work. Just said they wished I'd brought it back again (why would I?). Will never let them touch anything I own ever again and would recommend you do the same. Plenty of other great shops around.
