Tons of good, clean, fun for the whole fam! No need to buy paddle boards, life jackets, etc when you can just rent them from RMP.

Once we sat at the bar we figured lunch was obviously in order too, and she told me about the pork chop they do for dinner. We were eyeing the pork chop bites on the menu and asked Charissa behind the bar about it. She recommended we split the pork chop lunch special instead, said it was a great deal and the perfect portion for two. Oh... my god... Seriously the best pork chop I've ever had! You could cut it with a fork. And they split it between two plates for us beautifully, pork chop, mashed potatoes, all of it plated like we'd each ordered our own! Charissa and Jerik behind the bar made the whole experience. Genuinely friendly, and even though this feels like a nice place, they weren't stuffy about it at all. Just chill, casual, kind, and it made everything feel right. I'm usually a boring vodka soda guy, but that mojito was so refreshing and light, I'm still thinking about it. Really, really good. Can't wait to go back for lunch again at the bar!

I don't live here but I had it once last year and when I am visiting Denver again that's all I wanted. The portions are GIGANTIC and the prices are fairly reasonable.

TL;DR: Great food and exceptional service made the wait completely worth it…read more I stopped by Parry's Pizzeria & Taphouse during what was clearly a rough shift for the staff, and they still managed to make it a great experience. The bartender was running all over the place but never let it show. He stayed friendly, attentive, and made sure everyone was taken care of, even while handling a packed bar and dining area. I overheard him mention that the cook had called out, so the shift manager had jumped into the kitchen to keep orders moving. Because they were so short staffed, our food took a little longer than on my previous visit, but it was easy to understand why. More importantly, the quality never slipped. Everything arrived looking fresh, hot, and exactly what I was hoping for. The atmosphere was relaxed, the staff stayed positive under pressure, and the whole team deserved credit for making the best of a difficult situation. It's refreshing to see people who genuinely care about providing good service even when the odds are stacked against them. I'd happily come back and hope they're fully staffed next time, because if this is how well they perform on a tough day, I can only imagine how good they are when everything is running normally.

The interior l has fun brick designs dividing the rooms and sections. We sat in a booth across the bar and there were TVs everywhere so we didn't miss a minute of MNF. We ordered fried pickles, wings, the Five Boroughs pizza and a couple beers. Our meal was solid and so was our server, who was also the bartender and had everything in order and not miss a beat.

The lobster bisque was a standout, and they were very generous with lobster, and the spinach salad with poached pears, candied pecans, and gorgonzola was fantastic. That cheese hit - yes! I had the ribeye with a South African lobster tail (off menu), and both were cooked perfectly - great sear on the steak and the lobster was legit! That was paired with a Cabernet Sauvignon - I forget the name now. Great bread basket, too. Four different kinds of bread. Professional, stellar service!!

This particular location was the exception. Our server was not very knowledgeable about the menu and he wasn't attentive at all. He barely checked in on us snd our water glasses were empty. I had recommended this restaurant, so I was rather disappointed that we didn't receive the high quality of food snd service that I had expected and raved about based on my past experience with other Capital Grille restaurants. We ordered 3 racks of lamb. Somehow they were all over cooked. They had a nice char to them and were flavorful, but were dry. The porcini rubbed bone-in ribeye was also dry. I typically prefer my meats medium rare. These were on the brink of well done. The salmon was juicy but the bed of asparagus it sat on were rubbery. I didn't care for any of the entrees. The appetizers were great, loved the raw oysters on half shell and the jumbo shrimp cocktail. Loved the bread basket. We ordered 4 desserts to share: - Cheesecake - Crème brûlée - Coconut cream pie - Flourless chocolate espresso cake My favorite dessert was the flourless chocolate espresso cake, and the least was the coconut cream pie. No one cared for the pie. Overall, my experience here was average at best.

The establishment has a fun vibe and is tastefully decorated. The live dj was fun to watch and listen to. Our waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu and even the wine list. They made great recommendations for food and drink pairings. They were very attentive and friendly throughout our whole visit. The bread that is provided as a starter was light and fluffy. It came with a great whipped butter and olive oil. I ordered the lobster pasta and it was amazing. It was a little spicy for me, but the tomatoes added freshness to the bite. They added a lot of lobster so the price felt fitting. My partner got the Australian steak. The meat was very tender and perfectly cooked. We also got the Brussel sprout which were cooked perfectly and very flavorful. We ordered a chocolate lava cake for dessert which was delicious. The cake was moist and melty on the inside. The berries and ice cream added a lot of flavor and freshness to it. They validated our parking for the garage next door which was a pleasant surprise. We really enjoyed our visit here

While the steak itself was excellent and the California wine was sublime, the service and atmosphere were completely awful. The vibe in this place is downright embarrassing--it looks like Paris Hilton and the Tao Group designed the space, resulting in a dated aesthetic that feels like a New York City nightclub from 2002 rather than a premium contemporary steakhouse. The service issues began at the bar, where the bartender seemed confused by just about everything. To make matters worse, a random guy walked in off the street, plopped down right next to my seat without purchasing a single thing, and proceeded to be incredibly loud and rude while watching the World Cup. The staff did nothing to address the disruption. When it came time for the bill, I asked for the 20% discount extended to guests staying at The Thompson Denver. This turned into a ridiculously long, painful conversation with the manager just to get them to honor the promotion. Even after finally applying the discount, the manager offered absolutely no comp or gesture of goodwill for the terrible experience. I paid, left, and will never return.
