Nick and Zach on the sales floor are extremely knowledgeable and answered all my first-timer questions. They were very patient with me as it took me a few weeks to figure out a way to trailer it home. (Didn't want to ride it 120 miles right out the gate). Cole in the finance department was also really helpful in explaining cost breakdown and extra coverage options. Overall I felt very satisfied, not pushed into making this decision. No regrets. I received no updates or communication, so when I picked it up the following Monday, I assumed the work had been completed. At pickup, the staff experience was disappointing. The person who was supposed to assist me appeared to be on lunch and acted inconvenienced. After pulling up my account, he simply stated that the bike needed a head bearing and then said nothing further. There was no prior call to authorize this, and no attempt to explain the diagnosis. I told him that I would have approved the repair if they had contacted me. Instead, I was presented with a $1,000 bill for the service they claimed to have performed. What's most concerning is that no one explained what was done regarding the overheating issue--or if anything was done at all. Based on the lack of communication and the fact that the bike began overheating again on the ride home, I genuinely question whether any meaningful work was performed. It felt like the bike sat for five days with minimal effort beyond an initial diagnostic ride. I was told I could bring the bike back anytime, but given the experience, I declined and mentioned I would take it elsewhere. Later that day, I received a text from the General Manager, Bobby, stating he would speak with the technician and make things right. It has now been over a week with no follow-up. In my view, accountability starts at the top. When management doesn't follow through, it sets the tone for the entire operation. Unfortunately, this experience reflected a lack of communication, transparency, and customer care from start to finish.

We walked into Sun Powersports and from the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and comfortable there. Not like that at other places we'd been. We were greeted right away by Samantha. She was absolutely amazing!! We told her what we were looking for and she took us all around and showed us all of the different options. She was so knowledgeable and answered every question that we had. She really made the whole experience so much fun and we learned so much from her. She made us feel like we'd known her forever, and we were just so comfortable being there. We decided to get the 2026 CF Moto, 2 seater in red. She immediately found us one that needed to be built. Absolutely perfect. We were so excited. We also needed to find a trailer to bring it home and haul it around, too. We had a steel trailer for our atvs but we wanted an aluminum one so it wasn't so heavy. (We are getting a tad older) She had it put together within hours of when she knew we wanted it. The whole process was so exciting and stress free. We then went into financing and Ashly helped us, also very helpful and stress free, unlike any other large purchase we'd made before. Sun is just amazing all of the way around. After the purchase, Samantha was there to help us again. She went over every inch of it with us, helped us program it to our phones and when we hadn't yet found a trailer, she arranged for it to be delivered to our house!!! I took my MT07 to Vickery Motorsports for a recall. Months later when I went to do my own oil…read morechange, the drain plug was stripped and the filter was so overtightened it caved in trying to remove it. They agreed to fix the drain plug, cool. Got the bike back -- now it's leaking oil. Took it to an independent shop for a look. What he found (pic attached): the helicoil they installed is visibly crooked, and there were still metal shavings sitting in the oil pan. Filter was overtightened again. Called Vickery to discuss. Their response was essentially "that was our best guy, he double checks everything" with no explanation for the shavings or the crooked repair. No offer to cover the cost of having another shop redo their work. Just said they wished I'd brought it back again (why would I?). Will never let them touch anything I own ever again and would recommend you do the same. Plenty of other great shops around.

I can't say enough about Bitchn Stitchn and the expertise that Dan and his Shop have. I've now got 15,000 miles on the new seat and have never had a single day where my tush was the reason why the ride came to an end. He was able to build a substantial deep bucket to give me some back support without having to put a backrest on the dual seat. Again, there's nothing like custom and if you know what you want, Dan can tell you if it can be done or suggest how to get the best result.
