Omar was such a delight and he took care of ever detail with the car. He made sure I was confident with my purchase and the safety for my family and me were top priority. Mohammed was so kind and caring in the buying process and helped me get everything situated in anticipation of purchasing my beautiful car! Abdullah helped with the selection, he was so friendly and he was able to complete the buying process making sure I understood every detail, he was so knowledgeable. Honestly I wanted to second guess this place but my heart is so full with that amount of support I received from them all. I'm so happy that fate, and an amazing car led me to this family business. When the day does come to move on to a new car I know that I will be coming back here. I really can't express in words the amount of appreciation I feel towards everyone at Carmart Automotive. These guys will do everything they can for you and even things you thought you were on your own with they took care of. I was honestly shocked by there kindness And care.I have never been this satisfied buying a car, let alone I have never been this satisfied with customer service at any business. I'm kinda sad I won't be seeing these guys on a regular basis they feel like family to me. I know that sounds cheesy, but it's true. They won over my trust and gave me faith that there are still honest people in this world, and honest people in the car business. Ps. I had two trusted mechanics come and inspect my car and it passed with flying colors! This place has quality cars. Great prices. Beautiful people. You can't go wrong. Thank you Abigail

These are untrustworthy people.} I paid the asking price for a car plus a $400 "dealer fee" and…read morereceived a firm promise from AJ that it would be detailed before pickup four days later.} When I arrived to pick up the car, it had not even been washed. Omar, the owner, was dealing with two other customers, and another customer was waiting for Adian for paperwork, so I said I'd be back. I suspect Carmart is perpetually understaffed.} When I returned and pointed out the dirty windows, filthy climate controls, fingerprints on the woodwork, roughness in the paint, and more, Omar offered to wipe the controls. When I declined and again requested the promised detail, he began cursing, insisting the car did not need detailing even though his brother AJ had promised it.} Omar's next move was to start calling the police before even asking me to leave.} Listening to him, I knew the obscene speech was well practiced and that he had treated many like this before. Look carefully at the dates on the reviews. These are bad folks.

We have already traveled near and far with our new vehicle and got a follow up call from Mason, our customer service rep. Nick, and his team polished our car and also made our interaction quick and easy. We did have to drive another location to complete paperwork, however, the distance was only 4 mins away.

And you would think for a dealership with a service dept on site they would diagnose and correct all of the problems before they sell the vehicles, but they don't. They either patch them up and hope you don't notice for two months or I have the worst luck in the world. The vehicle I bought myself ended up being in the shop for at least a month after I discovered it's issue. Thank God I found it a week before my warranty was up or I would have been on the hook for the $5,000 it cost to fix the problem. But it didn't come without a fight. It took the dealership two attempts to fix the vehicle. The first time they fixed the wrong thing, and when I told them I was still having the same issue they told me they weren't going to fix it. We eventually got on the same page and they took my vehicle for another two weeks and finally repaired it. For that I'm grateful. But now the vehicle I bought my grandmother had the check engine light come on. Mechanic comes out to give it a tune up and finds the spark plugs are covered in oil. Boom! It needs a new valve seals. My mechanic says "it looks like it's been this way for quite some time". I bought the car less than a year ago. Unfortunately the warranty has expired on this vehicle. So I'm on the hook for this one. I'm not saying don't buy a vehicle from this dealership. But I am telling you to take your car to a mechanic as soon as you drive it off of the lot to find any issues before your warranty expires. Because from my experience it doesn't seem to me like their service department has their customers best interests at heart.

Subaru EJ25 rebuilt engine for $1450 purchased on 4/18/17, engine died and knocking on 5/14/17 after only 80 miles put on this engine. Heads were rebuilt by Area Automotive & Machining 9/9/16 and ran fine, then developed a rod bearing going bad causing rod noise on start up only, no metal ever drained in 8 months I drove it prior to having enough to buy a rebuilt block from Rocky Mountain Roos. Upon draining oil there was a huge amount of shiny fine metal glitter clearly visible, and metal found in pan after they tore it down. They blamed my used heads, which would obviously ruin my heads and old block if the metal came from them, and never drained in oil changes. They claimed somehow that metal sat in heads for 8 months then all ran through the new block all of a sudden in 80 miles, so wouldn't refund or stick by his 1 year warranty and gave me 3 choices: *Pay them to put block together they said nothing was wrong with, but had metal in oil pan *Take $300 and a loss and leave them the engine *Pick up the disassembled block crank pistons rods bearings in a box It would've took them 1-2 hours to find the problem and put it back together, keep a lifetime Subaru owner as a customer, get good word of mouth spread about their work and warranties, instead they screwed me over for a quick $1450 and a whole lot of bad mouthing to every Subaru owner I know. Not a trustworthy shop at all. Also have a car lot, so i definitely wouldn't buy a used Subaru from this establishment. The tech they have named Aaron is super knowledgeable and friendly, he deserves to work for a better shop and owner who knows how to conduct business in this Subaru loving market here in Colorado!! So if anyone's looking for a awesome Subaru builder/mechanic you need to get ahold of Aaron there and make him a offer he can't refuse.
