    Reuben for breakfast!
    Sarretta M.

Entering this little coffee shop/diner, you were met with a clean, bright interior and friendly staff. They serve burritos by Bonfire and handmade sandwiches as well as coffee and tea. Because of a crazy weekend, they were out of all burritos except the bean cheese. (Their supply will be restocked today, Monday, but for this morning, the only burrito was the one my husband had.) after speaking with the Finley young lady at the counter, I ordered the Reuben, which she said was one of the most popular sandwiches. I had a large almond milk chai. My husband normally drinks iced tea, but they did not have any, so he had ice water. Had drinks for me quickly, and I had a seat at one of the mini right 2 to 3 people tables. The food followed soon after. My husband said the bean and cheese burrito was exactly what you would expect. It is good to note that while the menu says there is salsa Verde in it, there is not, apparently although salsa is available in packets . My roof was beautiful and very tasty. They use Boar's Head meats and cheeses, and apparently Boar's Head sauerkraut as well. The sauerkraut was very tangy. The sandwich also had lots of pastrami. We look forward to returning and trying the Bonfire burritos, which we have not yet had elsewhere.

I was bummed Fat Bee pulled out of this space but love to see a locally owned spot here like MoJoe's they've got great hours all day and it's the perfect spot to get a coffee after working out at CityRock next door or to get some work/homework done. Super cute interior and a huge menu. The staff are always friendly and attentive and do a great job whipping up a coffee or heating a burrito or pastry I've ordered.

Super amazing aesthetic and friendly staff. There's an area that has board games, books and coloring pages with crayons. Their cherry blossom matcha drink is not only absolutely delicious it's so pretty.

Cute spot in downtown CO Springs in Hyatt bldg! Service was fabulous, very friendly employee. We shared the Croissant Royale which was AMAZING. Would definitely recommend if you are in the area. They have a mug club for the locals.

Stopped in for a quick meal. Great service, and food was delicious. Will stop in the next time visiting Colorado Springs.

We've gone to two different coffee shops during our stay in Colorado before coming here. Let's just say we wouldn't have minded coming to Corter Coffee Roasters every day instead of the other coffee shops we went to. The manager, LIANA, is the most pleasant person we've met on this trip. First of all, all our drinks (caramel latte's and chai latte) were BOMB. I had to tell myself to not chug my latte because it was so good. She shared places that we should visit considering we are not from here. This helped so much because a lot of our plans fell through. The bathrooms are for paying guests and they are clean and convenient. Liana, thank you for the true Southern hospitality radiating through. My cousins and I truly appreciate your kindness, conversation, and realness!

Cute, quaint spot downtown!…read more Came here for the first time to meet a friend, who unfortunately canceled last minute, so my visit was short lived. But I enjoyed a coffee anyways! Based on barista Lily's recommendation, I had a small Poker, half caffeinated. I don't normally go for fruitiness in my coffee, but it was very tasty and not overbearing. There were a few tables & couches available, and they have WiFi, so would recommend if you're looking for a place to work. It was quiet, even with a few other business customers stopping in. It looks like they may have been moving stuff around/organizing, as there was a little bit of clutter throughout. I'll end with this - give yourself a few extra minutes to find it. I wish there was more signage because I walked into a few different banks/businesses before I found the shop! Definitely makes me want to try their other locations!

While Starbucks is the classic standby (I went there myself one morning), I urge you to try Humble Coffee. The space is airy, bright, roomy and absolutely beautiful. Instead of a get-in and get-out vibe, there is a calming and relaxing mood here. The perfect spot to read, get some work done or just decompress. Signature coffee drinks, as well as traditional options, breakfast sandwiches and burritos, baked goods and a nice selection of Grab N' Go offerings make this a nice alternative to the usual. While my husband had his usual whole milk latte, I asked the gentleman behind the counter to make a recommendation. He did not steer me wrong. I ordered the Poker, which is a blackberry white chocolate latte. AMAZING! So good, I wished I had ordered two! This really is a cute spot with great drinks and friendly service. Do yourself a favor, and give this place a try. It's always nice to support a small business, especially when they turn out to be so awesome.
