A simple greeting, kindness, and good energy can make such a big difference in how customers feel. As a small business owner myself, I understand how hard it is to train and build a strong team. I also understand that employees are still learning and growing too. After talking with the owner, I respect her even more because she handled everything with kindness, professionalism, and care. I truly wish them nothing but success, and I'm looking forward to coming back next time I'm in Colorado Springs.
