Fine Vietnamese coffee
Kim N.

P's VietMi Cafe is always our go-to whenever we're in Orlando. Everything we've tried has been consistently delicious and full of authentic Vietnamese flavor. Our favorite dish is the grilled pork with rice, which comes with an egg roll and salad. It is hands down the single best grilled pork dish I've ever had ..:incredibly soft, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. My daughter usually doesn't like egg rolls at all, but she ate this one and even dipped it in fish sauce! We've also had the pho on another visit, and it was rich and flavorful. The Vietnamese coffee is excellent ! made to order, very strong, and full-bodied. One cup usually lasts me two days. On top of the amazing food, the owner is really friendly and accommodating. We came in with a large group, and since most tables seat about four, he went out of his way to open up the other side of the restaurant with a round table so we could all sit together. Great food, welcoming service, generous portions, and a clean, comfortable atmosphere. This place is a true gem and will always be our go-to restaurant in Orlando. Highly recommend!

Pad Thai with shrimp

We ordered the bento box with pork and the pad Thai with shrimp and a Thai ice tea. Food came out quickly and was good. You order at the kiosk or at the counter and they bring your food to your table. There is a large back room that we didn't notice until on our way out. Ambiance is pretty basic, just some.tables and.some.paintings on the wall. Good place for a quick lunch with some interesting things on the menu. We.will probably be back to try some different things

A good place for a banh mi! The counter service was quick and efficient. Food was prepared fresh and was hot. I ordered the steak banh mi and it was delicious with the fries and spring roll. Value was good too. Definitely will have to come back again soon.

The great Reviews and the recommendation of my Barber are True! Awesome refreshing food. We ordered online for take-out: goi cuon (fresh summer rolls) plus shrimp, and bun thit nuong (vermicelli noodles) with combination (pork& steak& shrimp). The Mexican-Asian fries also very good. Timely food preparation and well packaged for takeout. Friendly service. We will definitely be back many times. Wow!!

Food was really nice. My brother said it's the best banh mi he's had. It was a vegetarian sandwich and the tofu was great. I got a vermicelli bowl with a side of broth and it was really nice. The broth was not greasy. (The portion of food was nice too, they gave me a good amount of grilled beef.) Everything was nice. The windows make the space feel warm. Our cashier brought us our food and he was kind. He helped me decide what i wanted to eat too so that was nice lol. Overall great.

We got rained out at Universal at about 7:30. By the time we arrived to eat it was about 8:00pm and they were going to be closing at 8:30pm. Nobody else was eating but we ordered a pork bahn mi and their bun bo hue soup. We ended up taking the rest of the soup home so that they could close on time. We didn't want to hold them up. The staff was very nice and accommodating. You could either eat inside or outside at tables. We chose inside and it was clean. The bahn mi was so delicious. It had a somewhat creamy sauce I believe which was a surprise to me as I don't come across them like this around Boston but damn was it a delicious surprise. and the soup was amazingly good. I will definitely come back when I get back to this area again. Next time I'll be trying more selections and extra bahn mi's so I can have one for breakfast the next day.

The food was great! I ordered the pork chop with rice and classic banh mi to go! Unfortunately the service was terrible. They asked me if it was to stay and I said yes and they didn't sit me down with a menu and the only table available was dirty. I still tipped as Courtesy. The pork was very flavorful and the hero was super classic with great taste. The shrimp summer roll was amazing too!

Love this spot! Feel like not everyone knows about it since it is located behind a 7/11 on john young parkway, but it's definitely a spot to check out ! They serve great and tasty food ! My girlfriend and I really enjoyed their Banh Mi and the Yaki Udon Combo. Great flavor, mixture of ingredients and very tasty and hits the spot. My favorite was the pork because it has this sweet flavor combined with the shredded carrots and sweet onions. Paired this with some Thai Ice tea which is one of my favorite drinks since it has a great twist of milk, sweetness and tea. All for about $34 given how much food it was. Service was great and they were so quick with it. Our food was out in about 5 mins! It was fresh , hot, and ready just for us. Always loved that the ambiance is pretty quiet with a little lofi music and the crowd is minimal. Always sets the mood and makes you think not everyone knows about this gem. Can't wait to be back to try more of their amazing entrees and options.

Orange Chicken w/white rice, Gyoza Chicken Dumplings and Vietnamese Shrimp Spring Rolls to go.

I travel to Orlando regularly and this little local Asian Fusion restaurant is my favorite stop every time I'm in town. Last night I rolled in at 8:15 just before they close hoping there was still time to get a ToGo order. Dottie assured me they would take care of it even when I was that last minute customer. They could have turned me away but Dottie was so nice and even chatted with me while my order was prepared. Fast, friendly service every visit.. Cute little spot if you are dining in. Everything I've ever ordered has been fresh and delicious! When I'm looking for something on the sweet side, my favorite is the Orange Chicken. On one visit I watched a lady hand batter the chicken they serve for the fried entrees. Fresh not frozen! I order the soft spring rolls every time. Peanut sauce is a little thicker than I'm used to but has good flavor. Fresh, flavorful food, fast and friendly! Give them a try!

Me & my kpop loving friends go here every time we visit the nearby kpop store. They visit from Miami and are obsessed with this spot. I'm a vegetarian & the food was a little bland for me. The portions were huge & served with silverware. Still earns a 5 star because the staff are the sweetest people in the world & I'm thinking the meat dishes must be amazing. The decor is adorable & the drinks are as tasty as they are cute.

Service: 9/10 Food: 5/10 Ambiance: 9/10 small little cafe to grab a quick bite. Its a cafe so once your order service is on your own. they'll bring out the food to you. They have a cute wall with funny little viet food puns as for the food it was decent. we order 3 combo phos and a pork banh mi. Phos were lightly seasoned not enough bone or fish sauce in it. a few pieces of meat was served with it. as for the banh mi the meat was perfectly seasoned but the bread was similar to the hoagie breads not like the ones you would find in a banh mi shop. it was soft and toasted not with the characteristic of having the toasty somewhat chewy bread.

Every time we come to P's we are always welcomed with smiling faces. The food is always fresh and so delicious! The pho broth is so flavorful and comforting. The buns are delightful with the soft bun and delicious grilled pork you can't go wrong! It is a very laid back vibe with plenty of seating there are even a few tables outside. I love the decor and paintings in the wall!

Thai tea (tasty but superrr sweet)

The food on my visit this time around wasn't the best. I brought a couple of friends to try the bahn mi bc it's my favorite. Unfortunately This time it was way too sweet and not enough toppings to balance it out. I was looking for the salty, sour and spicy. The flavor was inconsistent with what I normally gave. They did fill the baguette with a good amount of beef though. The young lady who took our order was very nice though! Oh & Be careful with the several wasp nests that are right outside the door! The wasps are huge. We wanted to sit outside but moved inside bc the wasps would drop down and fly around us.

Iced coffee a little weak this time.

Is there pate in the sandwich? I really like it with and makes it more authentic.

The delux cold cut has pate that is made in house along with all the meats. You can also add pate to any of the subs.

We started with the crispy chicken dumplings--crispy on the outside with a juicy, tender chicken filling. Perfect way to kick things off. We continued with three items: Beef Stew (Bún Bò Kho), Orange Chicken, and Sautéed Cubed Beef "Shaking Beef" (Cơm Bò Lúc Lắc). The Beef Stew (Bún Bò Kho) was heaven on a dish. The beef stew was easily the standout--rich, flavorful, and the beef was so tender it practically melted in your mouth. The vermicelli noodles were just as impressive. Just reminiscing about it makes my mouth water. The "Shaking Beef" was served over white rice (highly recommend), and every bite was better than the last. The garlic butter sauce really takes it over the top. Don't be fooled by the Orange Chicken--Boneless chicken, fried perfectly and coated in their authentic sweet orange sauce. The best Orange Chicken in town, hands down. No chance of leftovers here--you won't want to put your fork down.

Unfortunately, it didn't live up to the hype at all. The broth was unbelievably bland--almost like flavored hot water. It lacked the rich, savory depth that's the heart of a good pho. I kept mixing the soup, hoping the flavor had just sunk to the bottom, but no. Worst $20 wasted ever. Maybe I caught them on an off day, but this was one of the most disappointing bowls of pho I've had, especially considering all the positive reviews.

From the moment I walked in, the welcoming atmosphere and incredible aromas set the stage for a fantastic dining experience. I ordered a traditional beef pho with added oxtails, and it exceeded all expectations. The broth was rich, deeply flavorful, and clearly simmered with care for hours. Every spoonful delivered a perfect balance of savory spices and comforting warmth. The beef was tender ano plentiful, while the fresh herbs, bean sprouts, lime, and jalapeños allowed me to customize each bite exactly to my taste. I also added tendon which was so delicious and melted in your mouth! The portion size was generous, making it an excellent value, and everything tasted exceptionally fresh. I also tried a Vietnamese iced coffee, which provided the perfect sweet and bold complement to the meal. What truly stood out was the combination of authentic flavors, attentive service, and a relaxed atmosphere. Whether you're a longtime pho enthusiast or trying Vietnamese cuisine for the first time, this restaurant is well worth a visit. If you're in the Orlando area and looking for a comforting, flavorful meal, I highly recommend stopping by-you won't leave hungry, and you'll likely be planning your next visit before you even finish your bowl.

On the hunt to try out cuisines I don't venture in often, this local gem popped right on up. Upon entry, it was very date-night coded. With various Vietnamese and cultural decor moments and the mood lighting, it was a nice little oasis / getaway from the usual. They had a nice playlist going and there was more than enough seating. Service was phenomenal. Now, at the time of my visit, it wasn't a busy night. It was only a handful of people there. So, our waitress was able to be super attentive and was so kind to our table. Our orders came out fresh, hot and quickly! I ordered one of their pho options, and it was super flavorful. It was also quite a bit of food, so, I did have leftovers to take home and finish the following day. It held up well and it was just as good the next day as it was the night I got it. Pricing is AWESOME! They are a Michelin Bib Gourmant restaurant - which means, it is "a prestigious award recognizing restaurant that serves exceptional, high-quality food at great value." The quality of the food alongside the pricing, just makes it worthwhile. They definitely deserve the hype and rave!! I think any time you go to a restaurant that serves a type of ethnic cuisine, they focuses on the main or big dishes. For example, Vietnamese restaurants will always feature pho somehow and Cuban restaurants will always feature the Cuban sandwich in some capacity. However, street food or dishes that are small and meant for grab and go and sharing and to be affordable is not often featured at big sit down restaurants. The other thing is when street food is featured on a fancy sit down menu, the small plates and street food always cost more than it should in my opinion. Z Asian really surprised me in that I didn't think the prices were to unfair and it still felt elevated. They are a Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant. We went here for a date night after watching Obsession. By the way, the movie is one of the best horror movies of this year in my opinion and I think a lot of people's opinion. We parked in the back lot as they don't really have a whole lot of street parking. That was confusing entering the restaurant since we entered from the back and it wasn't clear if the restaurant was open or if we walked in through the wrong door. We got seated fast and the waitress was really nice and engaging. We ordered banh khot, which is basically a mini banh xeo. Banh khot is an eggy crepe mixture that is panfried into a circle and a small amount of seafood is placed into the middle of it. It's small and finger food sized and served with pickled veggies and fresh lettuce and fish sauce to drizzle or dip. My rating is a 9.5/10. It was crispy and full of flavor. We also tried the mango tofu salad. It's similar to a ceviche. This was a 9/10. It has a little heat to it but very good and not too wet. We then ordered grilled mussels with is what it sounds like. It's mussels halves grilled with fish sauce and crushed peanuts sprinkled on top. I rate this a 8/10. I never see this in restaurants. On a good day, I can crush like 20 of these and call it girl dinner. We got the grilled corn as well. This is corn kernels grilled in butter and garlic topped with Sriracha. I rate this a 6.5/10. I think it's a good street dished but it underwhelmed me because it's just the corn and there wasn't a vehicle to deliver it to my mouth. The last item we tried was the grilled chicken rice noodles. This was a flavorful dish of veggies and chicken and rice noodles that are cooked in a pan. The rating is a 8.5/10. My overall rating is 9/10. They bill was on the higher end but I felt like it was worth the food we were eating the service and ambiance.
