The place looks so nice when you enter. They play animal videos all day which me and my family are completely content with. The service here is always great. We are always warmly greeted upon entering and upon sitting down. They have a nice big menu with tons of variety. Of course their specialty is Pho. The broth is very nice and the portion is good. We also had bao buns. They have pork chicken and beef and the pork is the best usually but someone in our family does not eat pork so we got the beef ones which were also very good. I think we had the chicken ones before and they were not as great for us. We do love the food here though. This was our second time here. We tried coming another time but they were closed. We will continue coming back.

Came here because it is one of my friend's favorite places. We popped in for a quick lunch and it was so tasty! Honestly, it's what you want in a lunch (in my opinion): Good food, quick service, chill atmosphere. Another thing I liked about this place is also that they have a decent amount of menu options. It didn't seem very busy but I didn't mind that in the least. The staff was very friendly and very nice. The food was very flavorful, a great temperature and tasted fresh. I now want to go back and try some more items!

I'm a big pho lover and a total Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives fan, so when I saw Guy had been here, I had to check it out. I started simple with the summer rolls, cheap, fresh, and came with this sweet peanut sauce that hit just right. The waiter who helped us was super friendly and helped us figure out what to order. We went with the combo pho that had everything: rare steak, brisket, flank, tendon, tripe, and meatballs. The broth was flavorful and you can't go wrong with all the fixings like Thai basil, bean sprouts, hoisin, and a little sriracha. I love that it's clearly family-owned. The inside hasn't been updated in forever but honestly, that's part of the charm. I even noticed a party room in the back which is such a cool touch. Service was fast too. Can't wait to come back and try more stuff next time!

We stopped in for lunch. The restaurant is much nicer on the inside than the appearance of the exterior. We were greeted by Lee and taken to a booth. After reviewing the extensive menu, Lee asked what we liked ~ seafood, soup, salad? He took our menus and we left our selections in his hands. The Shaken beef salad bowl was the best of our two dishes. The beef was very tender, cooked a perfect medium rare and very tasty. The chicken shrimp dish was also cooked perfectly but the sauce was a little too sweet for me and the vegetables were mostly large slices of onions. I would have it again but ask for a different sauce and vegetable. Service is efficient, friendly and the food arrived very quickly.

The Shaking Beef was good but pretty standard, and the Guys pick was a unique taste but also good. I felt from other's comments I was expecting something a bit more surprising but I thought overall it was quite average. The kids loved it so I can't complain, but living far from here I can defiantly name other Vietnamese places in the area that I'd rather have. Give it to Guy Fiery to make me try this place out of curiosity but if you were to ask me it's not my #1 Vietnamese place.

I have lived in Orlando for 18 years and I am mad that this is my first time dining at Saigon. What a gem! The menu is extensive, there is something for anyone from soups, noodles, rice dishes, traditional dishes, and all at a pretty reasonable price point. I started with the wonton soup which had 5 pork-filled wontons and a delicious broth that was not over-salted. For dinner, I had the shaker beef, which was the star of the show. With tender beef pieces in a sweet garlic butter sauce - YUM! My husband had the chicken pho and it was MASSIVE, packed with fresh vegetables and noodles. The kids enjoyed the clear noodles with chicken, also packed with vegetables. Mom approved! Now for the service. My kids couldn't stop laughing and playing with our waiter who was also the owner. What a nice guy. He made the kid's evening and was of course super attentive. All the staff help out throughout the restaurant. You gotta check this place out :).

Everything was delicious!!! The owner did an amazing job coming up with delicious food for me and my family. Definitely will be coming back again!!

If you enjoy seafood pho, you'll love the Grinded Shrimp & Crab Soup. I decided to give it a try instead of pho, and it didn't disappoint. The service was great--I was seated quickly and checked on repeatedly by multiple staff members. You can tell from the vibe and decor that this is an authentic, family-owned restaurant.

Good was good we had the sampler and The gyoza and spring rolls were all fantastic. I had the soup and my wife had a udon seafood dish both were prepared for us after our server Lee just asked what we wanted and decided for us it was awesome. Really the only drawback of the place is it has a funky odor inside which my wife had issues with other wise everything was great if in the area I would stop back.

Super great Pho!! Everything comes out super quick, we probably waited like 5 minutes or less for the Pho to come out. The broth was delicious and the noddles were cooked perfectly. Typical toppings included such as basil, jalapeños, lime, and bean sprouts. Priced were good and the restaurant on the inside was clean and cozy. Would definitely come back.

From the moment I walked in, the welcoming atmosphere and incredible aromas set the stage for a fantastic dining experience. I ordered a traditional beef pho with added oxtails, and it exceeded all expectations. The broth was rich, deeply flavorful, and clearly simmered with care for hours. Every spoonful delivered a perfect balance of savory spices and comforting warmth. The beef was tender ano plentiful, while the fresh herbs, bean sprouts, lime, and jalapeños allowed me to customize each bite exactly to my taste. I also added tendon which was so delicious and melted in your mouth! The portion size was generous, making it an excellent value, and everything tasted exceptionally fresh. I also tried a Vietnamese iced coffee, which provided the perfect sweet and bold complement to the meal. What truly stood out was the combination of authentic flavors, attentive service, and a relaxed atmosphere. Whether you're a longtime pho enthusiast or trying Vietnamese cuisine for the first time, this restaurant is well worth a visit. If you're in the Orlando area and looking for a comforting, flavorful meal, I highly recommend stopping by-you won't leave hungry, and you'll likely be planning your next visit before you even finish your bowl.

First, the staff deserves credit--their energy and kindness were 10/10. The person I interacted with was friendly and welcoming. The food itself was good, but I was disappointed that my order was made incorrectly. I specifically asked for only tomatoes and pickles on my burger, but it came with cheese and a sauce. Luckily, I was planning to eat just the patty, so I was able to rinse it off, but if I had intended to eat it as a regular burger, it would have completely ruined the meal as the bun was covered in the sauce. My sub was excellent, and I appreciated the staff's sauce recommendations. However, I was surprised that the homemade sauce came with a $1.10 charge for each side of sauce--that feels pretty excessive. To make matters worse, I didn't even receive one of the sauces I paid for. I understand they are homemade but it is a 1.5 oz container... My biggest disappointment, though, was the chips. It may sound minor, but when a meal is priced and advertised as a complete meal, you'd expect a reasonable portion. The "side" of chips was literally about seven whole chips' worth, mostly crushed into pieces. It was especially disappointing when compared to the portion of fries. Overall, the food has a lot of potential, and the staff was fantastic, but the incorrect order, extra sauce charges, missing sauce, and tiny chip portion really took away from the experience. My advice: upgrade the chips so you actually get a side, double-check your order before you leave (even if there's no one else in there) , and be aware that the sauces cost extra.

My Overall Rating - 4 1/2 Stars (Atmosphere, Service, Food, Return) Atmosphere - One of the best things about Twenty Pho Hour is the design. It's a 2D restaurant that looks like a huge coloring book. But as I glanced around the wall, one thing caught my attention: Twenty Pho Hour is Michelin Recommended. Challenge accepted! The only problem is I think their A/C was broken. The restaurant was hot and they had two big fans blowing air. I hope the A/C gets fixed. 1/2 Star. Service - You line up and wait to place your order. While this is standard quick service, the staff is super nice and helpful. They gave me some recommendations that I took and was rewarded. 1 Star. Food - Not sure how long they cook the pho broth, but it's legit. This is not Asian fusion or a modern take on Vietnamese Pho. Twenty Pho Hour is authentic as you can get. I ordered the staff recommended "Black Ox". This bowl came with not one, but two oxtails, both with generous portions of tender meat. If you come only once, order this dish. Twenty Pho Hour's version of this pho was...dare I say it? As good as the Oxtail Pho I eat at home. 2 Stars. Will I Return? - Yes. I went from skeptic to believer after one delicious bowl of pho.
